I have a Range Rover my sticker in the top of my windshield because range Rover had a sensor in the windshield I told they worker put my number they was like I can do they but I don’t want to all rude I was like I’m here if you can scan it I understand but put my number will show very bad customer service this location should be shut down no one give them business over there

This place broke my passenger mirror that was replaced not even a year ago honestly sucks and I had to buy a new one and I’ve noticed more scratches on my car. Will definitely be going touchless or just doing it at home as I was. Makes me wish I never started a membership here AMAZINGG WORKERSSS they are so sweet but the car wash sucks.

This car wash got a one because I just bought my brand new car went into their car wash three times now my car has residue all over it told them about it. They took pictures and then said they seen it on my car when I came in which is wrong because I have pictures of that car when it was brand new and every day after it where it has nothing until I went into that car wash I have been speaking with Stacie and which is a very very rude, rude person to even have working for you let alone speaking for you, I asked Stacie if I could see the video and on what date was it because I was requested to go back through the car wash one time on old Oakdale Road to see if it would wash off and it did not and I think that is the video that she’s using against me and tells me that I need to turn it into my insurance. I think that is wrong of her and of the car wash for not standing up to the wrong doing the car wash done to my car. You can clearly see the residue from the car wash left on my car and all I’m asking is for them to get it off. I’m asking for nothing more. I will now not only turn it into my insurance. I am going to make a police report and I’m not gonna expect my insurance to take care of it. I’m going to expect the car wash to take care of it. It’s not my insurance problem what’s.

I took my brand new car through their car wash 2 weeks ago now. The dryers damaged a part of my car. I filed a claim with them and I have yet to hear back. Such a horrible experience. I used to be a member with them on 2 vehicles a couple years ago. Canceled in 2021 because at 2 different locations they damaged both of my cars at the time. I didn’t file a claim last time but I did this time. I should have known better than to go back. Filed the claim this time and still nothing??? Do you have that many claims that you can review and process? Horrible experience. I will say the supervisor that helped me file it was amazing. No reflect on the staff that day. They’re good people. The claims process and the wash itself are horrible.

The car wash damaged our car, and they didn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Now we’re finding out this has happened to other people too, so it seems like this kind of thing is normal there. We were really nice about the whole situation, which makes it even more frustrating. It’s messed up that they keep doing this to people but still expect us to keep our membership.

Where's my check to cover my mirror that your car wash broke and I had to replace? It's been over 2 months ! 4-18-23 the car wash broke my passenger side mirror and scratched my door, talked to the manager ms. Able she went into the car wash and retrieved part of the broken mirror , she took pics and filled out a damage report and said I would hear from corporate within 48 hours with a resolution, a week went by and I stopped back and asked ms. Able what was going on she said to call the corporate number, sat on hold an hour to be connected to Erin the district manager and she was no help, called corporate again and was now connected to the regional manager Stacy who said they would be fixing the damage and to get estimates, within an hour I submitted estimates with the manager mrs able, and left a message with the regional manager Stacy , no response for a week, I ended up buying a new mirror and replacing it mys and submitted the receipt, stacy says the check is being processed and to go to the body shop , she says she has contacted the body shop and everything is setup to have the scratches fixed, it's been 10 weeks and the body shop has never been contacted and I have not received the check to cover the mirror I replaced, cancelled my monthly membership a month ago,

The staff here has some of the nicest people. But, they got what seems to be a few new guys. That have turned out to be pretty rude. Don't know if he's a manager just that he's thin with a scruffy beard.

If you are looking for a membership Mister is more available than Quick Quack.. however I find Quick Quack to be a better facility. The staff is excellent at Mister but the attendant was really pushing me to get a membership.
