Service at start is good, once car comes out the guys aren't usually too interested. You have to watch them to make sure the car is really cleaned. For the amount of money you pay you really shouldn't have to do a wall through of the car. And for me, this happens every time I go there. I go there because they are a few blocks from where I live, definitely not the best experience ever.

They are so slow when they vacuum the car and prep it. The lines get big and they don’t speed up.

Why tf am I paying $30 for a car wash and it’s still dirty?? My car was broken into and they left a dirty mess everywhere so I paid for a thorough cleaning. Literally go anywhere else.

This car wash has always done a decent job at washing my car. My only real complaint is that the rain x that you pay extra for doesn't seem to last as long as if you would apply it yourself. Once your car goes in, it only takes about 5 minutes before you get it back.

Been going to this place for 2 years once in 2 weeks. Months ago I noticed the service become bad my car was scratched, they wast putting my car straight on rails and it was awful. I was a great customer always leaving good tips. Today my car was scratch also my car throught the cleaning process wasn't put the correct way on track not the first time. Anyway if you don't care about your car being scratch go there! The lady and the guy working there said it's not them!!! Why would I lie?! Stay away from this place! Service is awful after they "clean" my car I had to do over again my self. I'd stay away from Chinese car washes. People only care about money not customer service.

Well today I went for the third time and got the number 4. The job was sloppy. As the first and second so I gave it a try one more as they say the thirt time is a charm they, are useless. Won't go back at this place again. Just another mediocre wash for a top wash.

They did a very terrible job on my car. I paid $42 for interior and exterior cleaning. I was watching as they wiped and told them where to wipe, but one of the guys just walked away from me. This is not a good car wash center. I would never go back here ever again.

Went bright & early, no wait. I did the tip top wash. They did a good job. The windows at the car wash are gross! They need to be cleaned! I told the owner, but I don't think he understood.

I had terrible experience at this car was.i paid for full service. But car Came out with steadily still on the doors and rear side.i pointed poited out poor service and zero attention to details. I won't be coming back. Waste of money and time.

I wouldn’t recommend this car wash. The service was sloppy and my car wasn’t cleaned properly, especially the trunk area. For $25, I expected much better. The staff didn’t seem very thorough, and overall it wasn’t worth the price. not recommend

They just sprinkle a little water and wipe it a little, they don't clean it at all.. This was my first time going there and I won't be going back. I advise everyone to get it cleaned for the money you paid.

I took my personally owned 2019 Escalade for a wash at this place; the car is clean in and out only 68,000 Miles. I do not know how but now I have a strip of missing paint on my hood. See the attached Pic's. I spoke to the store manager he said it is not his fault. I called the police and had the manager show me the surveillance video. I attached pics. You can see before the car went in it was not damaged and after the car came out a strip of paint is missing. I bought my car new; I never had an accident or had a reason to paint it. I have brought my car to many other car washes in the neighborhood never had an issue. Do not bring your car to this place; if your car is damaged, they will not care. I brought my car to a collision repair for an estimate and was quoted $750.00 to paint the hood. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.

Been coming here for years. Other car washes won’t take my truck because the pull chain isn’t strong enough but this place is perfect for my beast. My truck always comes out looking fresh and clean so can’t complain. My only request is that they clean the windows weekly so we can all take better videos of our rides going in.
