I have been a customer since you opened the car wash on Thomson Blvd. I changed my payment card online and when I went to the car wash on Thomson blvd it said card error.. a young lady came out and said she could not do anything. The manager was not there. I went to the one on St James and spoke to the manager there and we got it fixed no problem. The Manager is the most friendly and accommodating person.

Super awesome “mat cleaner” machines I haven’t seen before. Maybe I just don’t clean enough… but they were a treat to use!! So nice to be given glass cleaner and rags- I never remember in a million years to bring them. Also, the coupon for the free $32 wash worked, so I am just blown away honestly.

The girls Mikayla and Lilly and then the guy Cam were very helpful and nice. Mikayla helped me pick the perfect wash for my car which was covered in pollen. I also had a car mat get sick and Cam helped me get it out so I could clean it. Love these 3 people and can’t wait to visit again.

I understand that you want people to buy your monthly rate. However, I shouldn't have to tell your attendants FOUR TIMES, that I do not want your monthly rate. I understand that I was paying more for my one time wash. But its rude that before swiping my card, she asks again, "Are you sure you want to pay more??". If I had the time, I would have backed out and left. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Sooo bummed. We went opening week and while the mat cleaners and vacuums are amazing, we left with a large spot of paint peeled off our minivan that absolutely wasn’t there beforehand. Never had this happen at a wash before and it’s so noticeable!! Not sure what to do about it.

Signed up for the free trial a while ago. The girl assured me I wouldn’t be charged and this wasn’t a membership. I went to the car wash the other day because I don’t go often, and paid $15 for the basic wash(because I don’t have a membership, or at least, shouldn’t have). I checked my account today and saw that I was being charged a $24.99 membership fee along with my $15 car wash. Disappointed. I reached out to be reimbursed so we shall see if they allow that.

Price increase without notification. I will probably be canceling my membership. The price increase was high so I decided to cancel my membership. I did like being able to wash my car when needed but it just got to pricey.

I'm not big on paying for a regular car wash bc i usually do it myself, at home. But I really like the way this company is set up! It's easy, convenient, affordable, and i cannot think of one time that I've had to wait in line for ANY of their services! The employees ate always helpful and polite. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, but still structured! I recommend it, especially if you can't take the heat, or if you just want to save yourself the hassle and mess if doing it at home! It's definately worth it!

BEWARE!! The attendant didn't do her job (guiding customers safely onto the track) then had my wife back up after the conveyer was engaged. When my wife was in between gears, in neutral, it snached her car and slammed it into the side of the car wash. They claim they are not liable for anything. Update: as you can see from the response below, they take no personal responsibility. Thank you for driving home this fact. My wife has a Masters degree and is fully capable of following simple instructions as given. To insinuate otherwise is an affront to her intelligence. I'm sure the camera system with clearly show who is at fault and I'm sure my insurance company will be requesting this footage.

The best carwash around. My car comes out super clean! It's way overpriced, as is most things these days. The vacuums are awesome and there's always glass cleaner and towels available. If I had a real problem with this place I'd just wash my car at home.

They didn't honor the Damage to my vehicle that was caused by the car wash system. They lied about were it happened in the washing system not knowing the employee at the time of incident told me they've been having issues with the system. And all present and future customers should know New management do not honor any damage to vehicles made after 5 years of current to year date are not responsible for any type of damage caused by the company period. For example it's 2026, your car's 2021 and under they are not liable for any damage. So sad 😞 😔

Update: Hannah reached out and verified everything from their corporate. She then approved the mirror cover replacement via Toyota. She stated that the age of the vehicle does matter also. Changing my review from 1 to 3 because of her customer service. Been through so many car washes and never had issues. First time through this one and bam! Not only did their machines damage my mirror when it was folded in, but the manager just shrugged it off and handed me the piece back.

Yesterday I Stop By For My First Time Ever To Get A Wash A Black Guy Name William He Convinced Me to Get Membership so I would be able to wash my car for 30 days for the same price. After He Signed Me Up He Also Was A Big Help & He Had patience In Showing Me How To Wash My Mats. Overall 10/10 Wash And Customer Service
