I’ve always come here for connivence, it’s a nice place. They have about 4-5 different types of car washes different prices. You get a free vacuum and they have rags for you to use. They do have a membership going on, I did ask if they had a military discount bc I saw an ad for it but the only have it available if you’re a member. It’s a good place for a good price. Great customer service also!

Had a great experience here. Great service and great setup. I’ve been a member at some other car washes, and I love that ModWash gives you free air freshener, has air for your tires at the vacuum stations, as well as a mat holder and window cleaner hooked up to a spray wand. Those are some unique features that I didn’t have at my last place. Will be back again. Tyrone had great service and was very helpful

Great customer service. I already washed my car and was looking for a cheap gas station vacuum when I noticed this car wash and vacuum establishment next to the Parkers. I asked if there was anyway I could pay for just the vacuum sense I didn't need a wash. The person let me in free of charge as long as I left a review. Kind of hard to not give them 5 stars after that. The vacuums are very powerful, what a great experience. Will be returning.

I’m an avid reviewer who gives honest and fair reviews, so this one will be no different. I’ve enjoyed getting my vehicle serviced at ModWash in the beginning of their opening, however there was an issue with my account being over charged on multiple occasions. I contacted the “guest advocate” service through email since it’s the only form of contact it seems, and I only received one response from all the emails I’ve sent. It claimed, through a question, that I had 2 vehicles. I responded with a clear “NO” and confirmed the only vehicle I own and use. No one has responded since. I’ve sent 2 corresponding emails and still nothing. I’m quite disappointed with the lack of consideration, respect and professionalism by this company. It’s absolutely unacceptable to dismiss or ignore a customers concern involving their money’s or their vehicle if there was a valid complaint. I would advise everyone who has a membership with them, plz keep track of your account charges to avoid this experience.

This is the best car wash! Stacy was so helpful and informative. Vacuum works so well! Staff is friendly and the location is convenient they have mat holders near the vacuums and air guns for your tires and inside your car. This is really a great place to get your car right!

Canceling a membership is unreasonably and extremely difficult. Initially the issue was finding information to cancel. Because I was unable to find anything online, I requested cancellation in-person from an employee who said it would be taken care of. It wasn't. This is now available via their website (it wasn't at the time), but ModWash was unwilling to refund all of the months since we initially attempted to cancel, stating that it could not be proven that a request was made. However, they can certainly see on my account that we have not used the car wash in several months. Their resolution was to offer a voucher for 12 months free, however, I had made it clear that we now lived overseas, so they knew this would not be something we could use.

Love this car wash! Best in the area. Not only does the wash perform better than the other car washes in the area, but their vacuums are better than any other place. Never have to worry about getting one of the vacuums that has no suction. And the staff is supper friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I would highly recommend getting a membership here!

I have a monthly subscription with Mod Wash, and for the price I pay, it’s a solid value. The automatic wash does a pretty decent job overall, and the facility is always clean and well maintained. Each vacuum station has hoses on both sides of the vehicle, and about 90% of the time the vacuums work really well. On the rare occasion one isn’t strong, it’s easy to just pull into another spot. Every station also includes an air blower, glass cleaner, tire air, and towels, which is a big plus. The car mat cleaner is usually working too and has both wet and dry modes, and it does a good job. Overall, I’d recommend Mod Wash for one-time washes, and I’d definitely recommend the subscription if you wash your car regularly.

And points that caught my attention are that they have a support for you to hang the rugs on, which helps us a lot, and they also have a tank so you can use it to wash your hands or anything else, and they also have ambient music. Expected a lot more pollen on the roof to be taken care of by a $30 wash, that’s for sure. I wiped off what I could but I’m too short to reach. Happy to see the washer fluid spray nozzle, very helpful in cleaning the missed/hard to reach spots. Probably will stick with a cheaper option though.

Such a horrible car wash. Their brush knocked into my mirror and scratched it. When I reported it to them, the first employee told me it happens quite often and when they reviewed their cameras they said it was not visible when I exited their car wash. What they did not state is they must use the very first digital cameras ever made.
