This place is GREAT! We bought the highest monthly plan for our family car. We have had the machine take off the top shark fin antenna. Make sure you check your vehicle after exiting. The staff was friendly and found it inside the washing bays. I went hope and applied epoxy to glue it. No problems since doing this to the antenna. The wash is excellent and the bays to vacuum are excellent. I LOVE the microfiber cloths and glass cleaner to touch up after the wash. The mat cleaner works great too. I highly recommend this place!

I appreciate their service. Their washing process does a good job of cleaning the whole vehicle except the tailgate area and the undercarriage. I was disappointed to find out, on my credit card statement, that they increase their prices. It would have nice to notify existing customers of the increase in advance.

The entrance through the booth payment was so sharp the it scratched my new car wheels. Very disappointed by the people signaling to enter. I told them so this incident and I was told that its happening to many other customers through that entrance. If its happening to all other why you guys keeping that entrance open. Strongly believe it is classic example of not caring for customers. I just paid for carcass not damage or scratch it.

I just got an email saying that my “basic” car wash plan is going from $20 a month to $25 a month. That is a 25% increase! I have two vehicles so that’s going from $40 a month to $50 a month. No multi car discount and no discount for loyalty over a long time. It is a good service, but the mechanical wash is a little tough on vehicle paint. The employees are super nice, but a 25% increase is ridiculous. Time for some competition.

I was going to the car wash at my gas station about once per week and was paying more than the time to shine membership costs per month and there w a s no vacuum available. Since I got the Time to Shine membership I now get the whole car washed every time I need the windshield cleaned and I can also vacuum and be on my way in about 5 minutes. My wife keeps telling me that the Tlme to Shine membership is the best investment that I could make for our SUV.

Great car wash, however, I only had it a few months and the price already increased on me. I see where you guys said the price was the same for a while but that's not relevant to new members when we already see a price increase. If we had our membership for less than a year we shouldn't see an increase that fast.

The absolute best car wash I've ever been to!! $18 for the carwash drive thru and it got all the dead bugs off my grill and windshield!!! They have complementary towels and Windex and a machine to run your car mats thru. Then they have free vacuum, which their suction is impeccable vacuuming, wow I'm so impressed!! I live in sand springs and now I will only drive here for my truck!

Just unbelievable that this car wash doesn't want to wash my roof or the sides of my truck past the rear doors. FOR $12 DOLLARS I EXPECT MY WHOLE VEHICLE WASHED. The pictures are after 2 times through and the reason given for shutting off the brushes is my roof rack and trailer ball. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN YOUR A CAR WASH DO IT RIGHT OR CLOSE UP YOU IDIOTS. WENT TO SAND SPRINGS WHERE THEY WASH YOUR ENTIRE VEHICLE

I am most amazed at the TTS team. They always greet you with a smile, as you are checking in. I have a Membership for both of my vehicles and especially like it when I'm complimented on how GREAT they always look. I even had one guy ask me where I got my car "hand washed'.

Okay you see a 4, I should give it a 4.9 or a 5 because the car wash is outstanding and the employees are awesome. I know these kids-young adults (who knows) will get older and probably find other jobs but whoever or however they were chosen needs repeating when that happens. In Tulsa off 71st and Yale there's one that gets a windshield a little cleaner (sides - no where near as good) but for the cost and everything you probably couldn't beat it. My truck and girlfriends Lexus always looks top notch. I just thought about this, my truck has R16 wheels and the tire shine misses about 2 or 3 inches which I always find funny.

We pay for unlimited monthly. At first it was great, car was always clean etc. lately I cannot get my car to come out clean. This morning I went through 3 times, asked the guy to spray because it wasn’t coming clean. 2 of the 3 times the drying spinner didn’t touch my car. 1 of the 3 times none of the cleaning brushes touched my car.

Never leaves any residue & love the tire shine my tires always looks glossy black. & they have the best vacuum cleaners I’ve ever used anywhere! I have been using this car wash for over a year and liked it a lot until yesterday. I went in yesterday and they let a SUV that was completely covered in dirt go in the wash in front of me. I didn’t want to go in after that vehicle but had nowhere to pull off to. After I got out of the wash my car was still dirty with muddy water. While wiping it down I noticed I had little swirl scratches all over my truck. I know it’s was from the dirt from the car in front of me being stuck to the brushes of the car wash. This makes me extremely angry because I just bought this truck and it’s brand new doesn’t even have 2k miles on it. This could have been prevented if they would have denied entry to a car covered in dirt.

Washed my jeep. It was dirty from normal road driving. Got out of the wash (used the best top of the line wash) and the jeep was still dirty. Tires not shined like promised, windows still dirty along with mirrors, sides of the jeep were streaky with dirty, bugs still all over the front grill and on fenders of jeep. I went to the front office to revoke my monthly membership and told the young man my jeep was still quite dirty. He didnt seem to care to much. He deleted my monthly membership. Didn't ask for more information, didnt seem to care or offer for me to go through the wash again. Not impressed at all.
