Used to be great. Lately not so great, car looks like it was rinsed off not washed. When you pay for their most expensive wash and your car looks like it hasn't been washed afterward it's disappointing. Will be looking for a better place to spend my money.

Needed to use the pressure wash for a spot that Time To Shine missed. I used my debit card and it took under 3 min to wash and rinse. I hit the button that says to to stop charge and screen said Final Charge $4.00. Little steep for three minutes but cool. Then I see a $20 charge on my account. NOT Cool!! I will never go back not recommend it to anyone! That is theft!

Went here to do a self-serve wash today. Bays were all busy as usual. Randomly picked a bay and waited in line. The person in front of me was so slow that as many as 4 cars finished in the bays on either side of me while I sat there. When I finally pulled into the bay the attendant (Jonathon) walked up and told me to put my money away. He noticed that I had been waiting a long time and gave me my wash for free. What a nice gesture and great service! I will definitely be a regular customer! Great wash and great vacuums too!!

I recently had the 2x Platinum Wash at Iq Car Wash in Owasso, OK, and it was fantastic! My car looked spotless inside and out, with a brilliant shine. This service is very sufficient making for a quick yet thorough experience. Highly recommend it!

Best car wash in town. I never have missed spots and they are always open. I love this car wash! Others in town destroyed my tires and rims that came standard on my Acura. IQ car wash has NEVER damaged my car.

This is the best car wash in town! It’s open 24/7 and always clean. The attendants are very nice and willing to assist. I mistakenly went into the touch free car wash instead of the soft touch wash. When I spoke to the attendant they were gracious enough to let me go back through the car wash free of charge. I love the way they handle business. 10/10 would recommend!

The facilities are fantastic and the wash itself does a great job. The family is a good godly family so it is is always nice to support them. A few things that would be nice to see would be an additional 30 seconds on the dry time coming out of the wash. I am never able to get my vehicles through in time and reasonably dry without the blowers turning off. Secondly, the card readers need to be updated. I’m not sure if this is just a way to push people toward the app, but I have rarely been able to get the card reader to work and usually end up having to use cash. Finally, from my observation, there are more people that utilize the touch free vs the soft touch. I see many people waiting in line and many that leave due to the long wait time. It may make more business sense to convert one of the soft touch bays into a touch free.

Always a great clean. I usually come here because it’s a convenient location and a consistent clean that is gentle on my car (and surprisingly quiet so it doesn’t scare my kids), but I always have trouble with payment on their app. After the kind assistance I received from Alex this morning, they have my loyalty for good. Great service, quality car wash, definitely recommend.

Strong vacuums, with accommodating bays, at no charge. The washes are coin/cash and cards and feature a variety of washing modes, waxing choices including a good blow dry for the clean-freak in you. Prices are reasonable too.

Don’t waste your money here. See photos for the quality of their automatic service. These are after photos. Car is still covered in the same amount of grass as when I went in.

Went thru the touchless $20 wash today with a not too dirty black Jeep Grand Cherokee. Wash result was horrible. Ended up rewashing myself in my driveway. I won't be going back. 😳

Been using IQ for some time. It does a great job on our dually. I'd give them 5 stars but they dont go all the way around our duallys and the tail gates never get washed until we hand wash them. Doesn't matter if we pull our hitches or flip them under it still doesn't wash the tailgate. I would think with all this automatic and computer stuff they could program newer ford dually for tailgate. We just went thru the was and tailgate is dirty.

Went to this car wash after having my hair done in owasso and only chose it because my husband swears by their self serve wash however I was in a crunch for time so I chose the soft touch wash and these results were terrible for a $20 wash. I will not return nor will I recommend.

Took my pickup truck here for the first time and used the self-serve bay. The setup is straightforward with a $4 minimum and a $20 max for 20 minutes before it automatically shuts off. I was really impressed with the step-by-step cleaning process and the end result—my truck looked great! One tip: skip the drying feature at the end, as it’s not worth the time. Overall, a great experience at a fair price, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’m pretty bummed. I paid for the highest priced car wash, yet the back of my vehicle wasn’t cleaned at all. The front and sides look okay, but this photo was taken right after the wash and clearly shows the back was missed. For $20, I expected much better results. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend.
