Always clean & friendly. The vacuums are Awesome. Since I never stuck my pass to my windshield it actually fell down into my dash. The young lady (who's name I didn't get) & the nice young gentleman Blake worked about 10 straight mins in the heat to get it out for me. That's going above & beyond.

I had a wonderful experience with a gentleman who helped me today! I thought my gift card still had $12 on it, so I decided to stop by for a basic wash, as my rims and windshield were quite dirty. When I arrived, the staff member was very nice and kind. After checking my gift card, he informed me that it only had $8 on it. However, he generously decided to give me a free basic wash! I’m so grateful for his kindness, especially since I had no idea my balance was lower than I thought. I was prepared to pay the difference, but he insisted on helping me out instead. This place truly has great staff and a wonderful customer care and service 10/10

This is the best Time to Shine location I’ve been to in the Columbia area. I was really impressed with their vacuum and how efficient its suction is. Unlike other places, their machines weren’t clogged with previous debris and had my car really shining, inside and out. My bad I was in a rush and didn’t take time to take pics. I will be visiting them again.

Great car wash and the MOST powerful vacuum cleaners I’ve ever used; my car mat got stuck in the mat cleaner, but was finally removed with no damages, shout out to “Asia” for helping a Brotha out! 😉

I've had the top pass here since I got my first car as a teenager and the quality has slipped IMMENSELY in the past few months. The sticker only works to open the gate 10% of the time so you have to wait for the attendants that stand around and talk to press the button for you. The actual wash itself is great, no complaints there. But when you get to the vacuum stalls you often have to move 2 or 3 times to find a stall where the vacuums actually work. In the last 3 times I've been there, there have been no towels or spray out either. Very frustrating when all you want is some cleaner and a towel to clean your car. This place used to be awesome but now I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription and trying some of the local smaller businesses because these guys just don't seem to care anymore.

I came to this car wash because I parked under a tree and had leaves and pollen all over my car. It got my car clean for the most part but unfortunately left soap suds to dry on my windows, only cleaned a third of the top of my car, and BROKE the antenna off. There are also dried soap suds on the rest of the car but not as bad as the windows. Wouldn’t recommend.

Hands-down, one of the best automatic car washes I have ever had done on my vehicle. I normally have to scrub my rooms prior to going through the automatic car wash just to even get 25% clean however, this car wash did 75% of the work, which is phenomenal for my dirty car, the staff was extremely pleasant and nice. The property was extremely clean and welcoming and I will for sure be back.

I only used this car wash twice. The first time had no problems the 2ed time the car wash ripped my spoiler half off my car and even after it ripped off, they didn't stop the car wash and let my spoiler keep hitting my car with every part that cleaned it. I heard it rip off and was freaking out. Once I got out the wash I stopped and looked, and my car was all scratched up. If that spoiler would have hit my window and it got close would have broken it. I asked them what do you do when people have a spoiler on their car they said watch it or don't let one part go down on the car. They also said they sow it happen so why didn't they stop the car wash why didn't they not let that part go down on my car. Why didn't they tell me that might happen. Well, they called and said they won't cover it but will give me one month free. That's not going to fly this will be taken to court if not cleared up. I just bought this car this year still making payments on it. The white on the bolts is part of the spoiler I had to ask a man to help take my spoiler fully off since it was broken and there was no way to fix it if that part of the spoiler stuck to the bolt. I spoiler gets screwed in not popped on or glued.

This was a really good car wash! I just got the cheapest option, which still did a great job of shining my car up. Most of all, I loved the free vacuums and mat cleaners, which made the inside of my car look just as good as the outside. I’d recommend this car wash to anybody looking for a cleaner car!
