Take 5 Car Wash = nothing but lies and denial of service. Signs say “complimentary,” but the employees make up their own rules. Manager is never available, and because I asked questions they refused to even let me wash my car. This is how they treat someone who fought for this country. I’ll be taking this straight to the corporate office — maybe they’ll explain why their “service” is nothing but scams and disrespect.

I recently visited Take 5 and was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they took great care with my vehicle. I opted for the full-service wash, and my car came out looking brand new—inside and out! The attention to detail was fantastic, especially in the interior cleaning, where they got into all the little spots that most places miss. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Prices were fair for the quality of work. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough car wash!

"I've always had great experiences at this car wash, with friendly faces and a staff willing to go the extra mile. However, my visit on Sunday, October 26,2025, was an exception. I waited over an hour for the manager to address an issue with my sticker, but they never showed up. It was my worst experience there. Typically, during the week, the staff, including the manager, are visible and attentive to customers. So, just a heads-up: maybe avoid this car wash on Sundays-the weekend manager wasn't very responsive."

Really happy with the service here. Everyone was nice and made things easy from the start. My car came out super clean and shiny, way better than I expected. They paid attention to the little details and didn’t rush. The place is kept up well, and the price felt fair for the job they did. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this spot to others.

Horrible business model: they do the interior cleaning right at the entrance to the automatic car wash holding up everyone else in line. Pleasant employees but it doesn’t make sense to make everyone wait while someone gets their car vacuumed. They should have a separate area where the employees can vacuum for customers who choose that service.

Terrible customer service. Terrible service. Twice I have gone through only to find out their rinser didn’t work and because they didn’t let me know before hand I had to leave with a soapy truck. No apologies, both times they simply said, “oh yeah it broke earlier today. Take 5 also will spray down your vehicle before you enter the car wash. At this location, I’m lucky to one pass on a bumper or quarter panel. I understand these guys get paid minimum wage but you have one simple job.

It’s not fair how this location treats The Weekend manager. I see him weekend after weekend with no staff. He’s honestly the nicest most respectful one even before the switch from franks. I feel bad asking for full service because he’s all alone. Although with no hesitation he’s wiling to help. The staff through the week is slack. They sitting in their cars on their phones even the week day manager is in his car. Shame on yall for the mistreatment. I will give my 5 star ⭐️ rating to the weekend manager. I think his name is Brian. Very helpful very friendly he goes above and beyond with little to no help. Matt also deserves some ⭐️’s because other than Brian he’s here over the weekend. Those two are great

Worst Take-5 I’ve been to. Vacuums don’t have pressure, while some didn’t work at all! The vacuum are is a bad design! It was made like a gas station. Once you’re in, if you are done, you can leave until someone moves there car. There is no designated lane for the vehicles to enter and exit, you’re just stuck. And lastly, I get some locations don’t have the nice mat machine. Employee directed me to someone who had a pressure washer to get the gunk off the mats. Guess what, guy says it’s not working. Very surprised it’s still in business. You’re better off going to the gas station car wash! 🤦🏽‍♂️

A special shoutout to the manager — they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and truly made me feel valued as a customer.
