They have this app Everwash... don't do it! Used it on my rental car while my car was being fixed, got a nasty letter about only using the car registered and that my service would be canceled...I had only used the thing 2 times in the 2 months I paid for

I really like the open cans beside the car vacuums so there's no need to pre clean the interior...Just show up. Great for those last minute urges to clean the ride!

Took my Beamer through. It didnt even dry my vehicle. The car also didnt clean some of the pollen spots and bird poop..(lol) but yea never going back to this particular carwash.

This no touch automatic washer does not clean completely, but honestly don't know of any that do. I inadvertently wiped my car with a white towel after visiting this car wash and discovered my car wasn't really clean.

I got “THE WORKS” car wash and it comes with the spotless dry and my truck was still soaking wet afterwards. All of my windows were still wet as well, I did a video for proof, immediately after my truck was washed.

I got back home from my 10 dollar car wash and receiving 40 quarters in change for my 20 dollar bill, only to find out my car looked worse and was dirtier than when I left that morning. I contacted the owner who conducted his customer service (or rather the complete lack there of) via text message. He doesn't even respond to all messages and claims he doesn't get them. He's a real piece of work. The car wash has mold on the foam surrounds of the sprayers and last maybe half the time of other car washes and it is contactless (useless) I've been to in the past (I make a habit of not using them). I am encourage you to get a refund from this jerk if you get ripped off. I got my 10 bucks on back but I'm still ticked off at this guy. He even had the audacity to brag that it cleaned his car just fine an hour before i used it.

If you are paying with cash then expect to pay with exact change because it doesn't provide change for you. I payed $10.00 for a $9.00 car wash so I got lucky and only lost a dollar. That wouldn't have been so bad if it had actually done a somewhat decent job of cleaning my car but that didn't happen either.

I've taken several different vehicles through this wash over the years and it does a great job. Is it as good as a 2 hour hand was in your driveway? Maybe not, but for the speed and convenience, Mr Suds is hard to beat. The pay systems are like 95% of drive-through washes out there, so I'm not sure what one of the reviewers here is upset about. I guess $10 in quarters may not be the most welcome surprise, but it's not like it took his money. Live learn, I guess.

Convenient? Sure, but don’t bother. I paid $10 for my car to look the exact same as it did before it was washed. You’re better off going to Frank’s or somewhere where the results are better and where real people can note the details and your cars specific needs (non-automatic wash center).

Paid for the best wash with all the bells and whistles. I was extremely disappointed with the amount of dirt left on the truck and the lack of shine. The truck is new to me and was not all that dirty but I want to get it cleaned. What I got was $13.00 poorer and a truck that was not clean or shiny. I recommend Frank's in Lexington on 378. I took my car there last week and got a much better wash.

I was able to text the phone number for assistance, and I received a response almost immediately, and this company made everything right, right on the spot for me!
