I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’ve either had great or horrible service, and unfortunately this was the latter. I also have never expected to write a review for a car wash, but I digress. Melissa/Marissa or something (i’m sorry i’m bad with names and I could barely read the tag) guided me into the wash, I was putting my car in neutral. It’s a manual car so I don’t know if she understood that I had popped it into neutral. Anyways, she angrily yelled at me to put the car in neutral… after I had already put it in neutral 😐 I told her that it’s in neutral already and she just rolled her eyes exasperated and waved me on. Oh also, I am from California and I was visiting my boyfriend- the most I’ve paid for a car wash was $15. I have really bad social anxiety that I have been working on, and this ruined my entire day. We didn’t even stop at the self service afterwards, I just drove home and my boyfriend had to calm me down.

I’ve been coming to this wash for a few years now. I continue to go to this wash because even though ownership has changed, a specific associate of theirs, Maryssa, has always been amazing to me. She greets me with a smile and wave every time I come in and goes above and beyond to help me with any issues/questions I may have!!

The new set up is pretty ridiculous with the new ownership. I have had a monthly membership for years now on both of my vehicles and now have to renew it after not being able to wash my car the last two visits. You are REQUIRED to provide a phone number if you want to resign up for a monthly subscription. That’s BS! Not everyone has a phone! You’re already showing our full name on the screen every visit. I’m having pay $15 for the cheapest car wash just to get out of the line.

Very high prices compare to previous owners. $15 is the cheapest car wash they have now. Car came out of the wash with bugs all over the front. To top it off the vacuums are ALL down. When speaking to employees about possible reimbursement he showed 0 understanding. There is signs letting the customer know but it is not until AFTER you pay. They try to send you to the west valley location (10 minute drive). Employee stated I am paying for the car wash not the vacuums. Won’t be returning, very poor customer service

The place has fallen short each time we have come since the new ownership. This last visit this morning was the worst. $30 for the most expensive wash, husband said treat yourself so we did. We were so close to the car in front of us, guided by staff, that we were worried we were going to hit them the entire time. Additionally, it was clear because we were so close that there was no difference in the wash that we received from the car in front of us. I don’t expect automatic car washes to be perfect because they are in fact automatic, however for $30 the absolute trash that was called a premium car wash was horrible. My wheels were just as dirty as when I went in, large portions of my car were still covered in a layer of dirt to include the side panels and hood. Additionally, as I tried to dry my car off I found large clumps of wax that were dried into my car. We used to love this place, we will not be returning.

I’m baffled by the other reviews I see in this company’s page. My experience here was absolutely atrocious. When I pulled into the entrance, I was greeted by a nice enough girl with black hair. I didn’t catch her name. She helped me select the 30 dollar wash (which is insanely expensive for this area by the way) I thought since I’m paying top dollar that I’d get that service. Boy was I wrong. The lady that pulled me into the tunnel was a heavier-set woman with a permanently affixed scowl on her face. She did not seem interested in serving me at all. I’m fine with that because I’ve worked menial jobs before. Well once I was in the wash I noticed a large gap between any brushes or chemicals. It almost looks like there’s brushes missing in the wash! How crazy is it to be open but not be fully functional?? After my wash I took a look at my wheels and there was black gunk all over the sides of my vehicle. This experience was a $30 joke. I finished my wash and parked in the parking lot. My spot had a half ripped rubber curb, as well as a vacuum that wasn’t connected to the hose. Great. I checked the self-service station and there were no towels. I asked the nice lady if she had any and she told me she would get in trouble if she left to fetch towels. Amazing. She can’t even do her job. DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE LIES. This place is a red flag, go somewhere else.

I have used other car washes but this one is the best. If the bug or dirt( which is rare) doesn’t come off they just send me back through no complaint's! Sam and Maryssa are always helpful and both a pleasure to see every visit. Very professional!

Thoroughbred Express Auto wash is one of my Favorite cash washes to go to in the area. First off there car wash truly gives your car an extremely good clean! The team is always friendly when I come to get my truck washed. I met the manager Maryssa the other day when getting my truck washed. I had questions about the different car wash memberships as I told her I’m interested in being a member. She explained all the different plans and was friendly and professional during the whole thing! I truly think thoroughbred is the best in town!

I used to love this place by Walmart so I got a monthly membership, however lately, my car comes out without the windows being clean and end up with spots half the time. The last time I went through this one, there were at least 2 stations that weren't working properly.

Never Going Here again Went And had got my call all scratched cause of it I've used other car washes before and this one is by far the worst! took some of my paint off of my car. Pay too much just to get my car scratched. would rate 0 stars if I could

What's the point of paying for a monthly subscription? When every time you come in, something is broken or Isn't working? Just came in today to get my truck washed and the tire Shine, apparently is broken. And there is no ETA on when it will be fixed.
