Went in for oil, a rearview mirror, and a good trunk tie-down for my friend's car. The guy who helped me was so patient and extremely helpful. He put the oil in and fixed the trunk for me.just very kind people there. Much appreciated

They have a solid selection of standard auto parts in stock to fix your car. Online, you can basically get whatever part you need. I also appreciate that they will plug into your car and tell you the check engine light error code for free. The staff is typically somewhat knowledgeable, but don't expect them to be mechanics!

I went in to purchase a new battery and as I was walking in a few people followed behind me, one of the cashiers just skipped over me to help the people behind me. Yeah whatever, I didn't care that much, but when it was my turn to be helped by the other worker everything went well until I was leaving. I have a v6 charger that requires a good size battery, I saw the worker (a pretty hefty male) struggling to carry the battery from the back up to the counter then after I paid he offered to help me out, I replied "idk is the battery pretty heavy?" He then said "give it a try" I could pick it up but oh my it was really heavy for me, the cashier could clearly see it was hard for me to lift up. As I was leaving another customer walking in offered to help me take it to my car giving the employees a pretty dirty look. I just wasn't satisfied with the customer service I received and I'm not one to usually complain, but come on.

This place has a very slow and extremely rude staff. I just brought my friend in because he was having car troubles and needed something. We walked around and even waited in line and not once was addressed or asked if we needed help. Kayleen was the front cashier and there was a short lady with brown hair in a pony tail walking around the store. I noticed she had a orileys shirt on so I walked over And asked if anyone could help us look for a certain item, she looked at us continued what she was doing and said you can wait for her after she’s finished what she’s doing extremely rude turned around and walked off! You guys have 0 customers service and your employees are an extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. Will never bring business or refer business to this establishment ever again.

Lazy employee's. We came here to get a diagnostic check for a check engine light that just came on. The guy behind the counter said they were really busy and would be right with us after they helped a few customers. We waited in our truck directly in front of the store and watched them clear the store.......twice, and still not come out to help us. My wife got upset and went inside to find out what the hold up was and was given a bunch of excuses and told they would send someone out. Ten minutes, and no other customers, later an obese gentleman came to assist us. My wife went to hop out to give him room but he said "your fine" and just through himself under the steering wheel resting his elbow on my wife's knee for support. This visible hurt my wife and left a bruise. Luckily it didn't take to long and he popped back up with a reason for the check engine light.......then walked away. So we went to AutoZone and purchased all the parts O'Reilly' s said we needed. We will never go back to another O'Reilly' s.

I walked in today at about 1030am in search of a bolt for my car, I grabbed some hosing clamps and proceeded to ask one of the employees about what bolt or size it may be, was then met with a inconclusive answer instead of a simple Yes or No. Then the customer who seems like more of a friend at this point said he would have slapped me if I asked him I continued trying to be nice but the customer started harassing me at the counter and nothing was done. (SMH) I will not visit anymore switching to Auto zone for good.

Only one guy working today. Not able to unload freight to give me what I ordered. Nice guy, but his manager should have come into work himself or called in someone from another store to help him.

Finally was able to get the right light bulbs I needed for my truck... It only took 4 tries... And 50 bucks later... To get it done... But at least this time... I wasn't leaving until I had them correctly... And THEY OFFERED TOO INSTALL THEM FOR ME .. THANK YOU BOYS .. THAT WAS MIGHTY NICE OF YA ... ☺️

Worst customer service experience award goes to this place. Went into buy ligts, dust cover n wipers. waited...n waited listen two the two employees were having non work related conversations. Waited ....one guy looked at me but continued his conversation. Another customer walked n they turned to him......I have never felt so invisible!!!! Stay clear of this place ladies, our money is not wanted here! Yakima 40th n nob hill

Second time!!! I have gone to this place and they always have an excuse as to why they can’t help me look up a part I needed. They had no one in line. All I needed was a simple part number for me to find the item my self and go on about my day. Thank god auto zone is just down the street!

They're consistently slow. I've often had to wait 15 - 20 minutes to check out or be helped with ordering or helping find a part or two. Doesn't help that it always seems they've got at least a few staff members roaming around through the storefront and in the back.

I went to this store about 45 min before closing to get my check engine light read & I waited in line for about 5-10 minutes with another gentleman that was just wanting to buy two items. Alejandro was refunding another customer back while (it looked to be) the manager was scanning stuff in the back. It seemed to be that Alejandro needed a managers code to proceed with the refund so he asked the manager to come up and he did so. After, the manager proceeded in the back to scan more items instead of helping the two customers in line. When it was my turn to be helped after the gentleman with two items was checked out by Alejandro, Alejandro told me that they couldn't check my engine light because there were only two of them in the shop and it was dark. This store is on the corner of two of busiest streets in Yakima, and apparently they are scared I was going to try to shove them in the car and steal them. I am a young, small girl, and all I wanted was for someone to check my engine light and give me good service. If they had a sign up that said they would refuse service to check the engine light past a certain amount of workers/dark times I wouldn't be complaining. However, I got bad service and they refused to help me. Honestly, Alejandro seemed like he was just doing his job while the manager was dinking around in the back. Do better and attend to your customers and put a sign up. I waisted 10 minutes of my life for you to scan 20 items and then proceed to tell me no.

I needed a transmission funnel, to add transmission fluid through my dipstick, which is a very small tube employee brought it out and installed it over the dipstick, it was a good snugfit I put in a gallon of transmission fluid to get me back on the road, thank you and be blessed young man!😇🙌🏽🕊️

My check engine light came on and I went there to get a free scan and they figured out the problem instantly. Oxygen sensor os2 replacement. There not mechanics but will tell you what the most likely problem is.
