Was on my way out of town when the low tire signal came on. I am disabled and things like putting air in a tire unfortunately are things I am incapable of doing. I asked if they would mind and they were happy to do it. I do get my oil changes here also and they are always so kind and courteous. Do a great job and find discount coupons to save me money without me having to ask. Great people to do business with.

Since I have had my 2019 Toyota tacoma I have only gone here for oil changes . Today I get my oil changed before heading to packwood to pick up kids right after work and once I get home I notice oil in my driveway which I have never had a leak ever on my truck. I look under my truck and some irresponsible technician didn’t bolt 2 of my bolts back on for my skit plate and one bolt is half out about to lose my whole skid plate . I get it’s difficult to remove but why do a job if you’re not going do it correct and responsible . Also found oil sprayed everywhere under my car and check my oil and I’m reading nothing on my dipstick. And drive 145 miles after leaving there. Let’s hope for them my truck is not messed . You pay over $100 for an oil change and the tech wants more money but can’t do his job. This is how stores get shut down I’m so pissed at this moment .

Every time I come to this location they are fast, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Not once have they ever pressured me into things I don’t need. Christian helped me with my AC today, and even though it was a bigger issue, he still tried his best to help me figure out what was wrong. The person at the computer was very friendly and knowledgeable, they were very quick with my oil change and they let me know that I had a small leak forming from my oil pan gasket, and that while it wasn’t bad yet I would need to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed.

Amazing experience at Valvoline in Yakima! The whole crew was friendly and professional. Gavin was honest and sincere — instead of upselling me on a serpentine belt, he explained it might be a tension rod (which they don’t service) and referred me elsewhere. I came back for an oil change, transmission service, and air filter replacement — all completed in under 20 minutes. This kind of honesty and professionalism is rare, and I truly respect it. 5 stars — highly recommend this shop!

This was my first visit. They were very polite and explained in every detail on what they were checking and why. They were quick and completed the service in a timely manner. The only thing that peak my interest was how they could do their job was that the air compressor was not working. So even if my tires were stated that psi was within the required range. How if they weren't would they be able to inflate them. Otherwise good job you guy's. I will return again for future service.

Recenlty I experienced fast reliable gentle service, every question I asked was answered. I had difficulty manuarving my van into processing and was offered from staff to drive my vehicle into the area. Which took a whole bunch of weight off my shoulders myself being a single 9 months pregnant mother with a toddler this kind gesture goes above and beyond the quality of service. The staff present excellent moral service that I am forever greatful for.
