Went to wash car at557, waited at booth no one came, 607 pm man handmotions that they're closed. I read Google hours that this carwash closed at 7. Need to update.

I booked an appointment for detailing yesterday. They were supposed to show up at my house yesterday at 4pm. Nobody showed up, and there has been absolutely no follow-up or contact whatsoever past the appointment confirmation text I received yesterday. Very disappointed!

I made an appointment for them to come to my apartment and yes he was on time. Unfortunately he assumed the garage of my apartments would have a working electricity outlet so he did not bring the generator with him. I then figured out a way for him to connect to my power outlets around 6 pm. At that point, he suggested to come back another day to finish the detailing because there wasn't enough light for him to finish the job. It is now more than a month later and he has not been back to finish. I paid for a full detail but ended up getting just a car wash and vacuuming job. If you are wanting your car detailed I do NOT suggest using them. They are good only to wash and vacuum a car not to detail a car.

I was a little skeptic when he arrived cause I was looking for a truck with a water tank, power washer, etc., etc. They always say "don't knock it, til you tried it" so I let Michael do his thing! I was extremely amazed at the awesome immaculate job he did detailing my car inside & out! My baby looks amazing! I 100% recommend them...keep up the excellent work Water Boys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked The Waterboys for an employee appreciation car wash event, and they were fantastic! We had the pleasure of working with Michael, Trez, Gabriel, Johnathan, and Rudy who were all great. They were here for several days and were so nice, communicative, quick and thorough, knocking out probably 35 cars in 4 days. I would definitely recommend this company for your needs!

I asked for exterior cleaning and inside vacuuming, but not detailing. I give this company five stars for the quality of the cleaning and vacuuming, however he did arrive a bit late, according to our agree-upon time. That would have been fine except he didn't call to let me know - I had to call them after he was 10 minutes late. I didn't take away a star, because they scheduled me earlier than the time I first scheduled. The young man who showed up was polite and hardworking. I would suggest inspecting the finished job thoroughly after completion, as I did find a couple of small places that I would need to go back over. However, it is a good service, and I can recommend them with the caveats I mentioned.

WOW. They were AMAZING. Ladarius B. did my car detailing and was great. Scheduled online. He showed up on time. My car had a can of kombucha explode (gross) so his vacumming of the carpets and washing even the INSIDE of my windshield were key. It was money well spent. I will use them again and again here in Dallas. NOTE: have had "detailing" at car washes in the metroplex before and have NOT been happy with the outcome. Waterboys is as promised with their detailing. Highly recommend.

My daughter just got a brand new car, and unfortunately, got carsick while she was driving home yesterday. She & her baby were both terribly ill this week & she did not have the strength to clean up this disaster. I booked the full interior detail service last night for her. Waterboys absolutely rescued her beautiful car first thing this morning and returned it to its original condition.
