The one star reviews are correct. Avoid this place. They broke my windshield and then denied it so I have to sue them in small claims court. I watched them check the video and the windshield was completely intact. The first pictures are their own surveillance showing the intact windshield when I came in, the next picture is how I found my car when they said they were finished.

This is by far the best car wash experience I have had throughout the nyc boroughs. The attention to detail was way above average. I got the bells and whistles package which was $54 for an suv and well worth it. They got out a ton of dog hair and caked on mud, and even buffed out a hit and run sideswipe that happened to me a few weeks ago.

Just try this place please you’ll never go to another car wash ever again. Quality wash and they put in the work regardless of time or size of line no rush process. They put in that elbow grease in washing your vehicle. They are the only place that offers 24 hour rain or snow coverage. Enjoy washing the work they do every time l. This place is so good you’ll enjoy leaving a review. Check out there instagram it’s always a car show inside. Process is super Thorough 1. Wash with water 2. Clean wheels with hand brush 3. Foam entire car 4. Hand scrub 5. Rinse 7. Undercarriage wash and wheel wash with pressure 7. Then goes into the magical wash cool process to watch 8. Hand dry and air dry car with air blower and vacuum they attack the inside 5 deep Clean windows inside and out 9. Then you leave with a spanking clean car 10. Then repeat the next wash All this for about 15$ just for outside wash I leave 5$ tip every time they deserve it

Very disappointed. This car wash is not worth it of your time and money-$43 for dirty wheels and untouched calipers , faded plastics and harmed vinyl wrap due to too strong chemical use during washing process . There was dirty untouched spots all over the car. Stay away. Evidence shown on the pictures attached below Edit after owner respond: photos was made 30 min after you clean the car . You have a good point, car looks filthy right? !!!!! This is exactly how the car looks 30 min after your service. Shame . My car is 2 years old and it’s entirely ceramic coated with gold package and my plastics were in a great condition before your service. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed.

This is the only place I get my car washed. The guys work really hard and do an excellent job, all for $20. The downside is the wait; I often spend 30 minutes, but it is worth it. You get a true hand wash of the car, and the people working are exacting in their work.
