Absolutely love this place! They are efficient, kind, friendly,and always prewash the truck soooo good. They always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Even my little girls enjoy going just to tell them hi!

This is the only place I go, to get my car clean. The men are friendly and work hard. The vacuums are great, parking lots are cleaned throughout the day, and the car wash itself gets all the dirt off your vehicle from top to bottom. 😍😁

As far as cleaning your vehicle the wash does a GREAT job. My family and I all wash our vehicles faithfully and tried different places and The Wash was my #1 place when they first opened but after a while it seems as if the employees became lazy and not as nice as they were before. I had a monthly membership since they opened but I canceled today bc of that reason and a few others. You never know which time you will go and get that 10 out of 10 service or the 3 out of 10 services. Yoy would think by giving the workers tips they would do a little more but doesn't seem to be the truth. Unless there are changes I will never be the customer I was before.

OK, so here's an update... This wash is way too powerful and they know it. It constantly pushes my mirrors in the wrong direction and even took off the cover to my driver side mirror, I was so worried that it would have killed the electronics and damage the cover.. Thankfully it did not and I was able to put the cover back on the mirror.. I went to cancel my subscription but stayed on as the dude said he could make the spinning brishes a little wider when I go through.. But instead he put the entire wash at half power or below, and it didn't even wash the car! I then tried to go in at 10mins before they closed and they had already closed, so I called to end my subscription as I was just done with this place. I told him I had just gotten billed $20 and last time I went there was almost damage to my car and wanted to have it refunded.. HE REFUSED saying I used it once already and couldn't refund, I'm like.. It's a $6 wash and you're charging $20 for it.. We went round and round.. He finally said he'd refund the full amount so I was done and hung up.. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't refunded me! I feel like he did this just to get me off the phone. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Will never refer anyone to this place! ORIGINAL REVIEW: After a year subscription at Classic Auto Spa, this place is much more professional and has a much better que system than CAS.. $5 higher per month, but makes all the difference!

Why such a low rating well let's see. 1. They charge my account twice for $40.02. I set up a monthly account for the platinum deal with my debt card on 04-06-20, in which my card automatically gets debited for the account. I then go to the car wash that afternoon to see what it's service is like not to bad of a wash. 2. My wife goes back on 04-07-20 to ran the car through again and to vacuum it out. And what do I see on our account another charge for $40.02. Not cool charging your customers double for services.

It's funny to me that there aren't any full service car wash locations offered in Lafayette especially considering how muddy everything is. I came from a city that offered a slew of choices including having someone vacuum your car out which every car wash here make you do that yourself. I'm not a big fan of the car washes that touch your car with the big foam brushes because I feel like that scratches and dent your car. I like the touch-free car washes but this is one of the nicer car washes in town so that's why I go there. The staff is always been friendly.

This car wash is the best in town. Not only does it give the best wash to my vehicle, the monthly subscription is a great deal. The employees do a great job prewashing my vehicle every time I go even when my truck was covered in love bugs. Highly recommended.

Been having the monthly unlimited membership over here for the last couple of years. The people over here always friendly, they always clean off the windshield, front of the vehicle and everything else by brush before you enter the automatic wash. Wouldn’t think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else unless I need it a hands on, full-scale detailing. Definitely recommend!

Been to a dozen automatic car washes in Lafayette area and surrounding areas, this is by far my favorite one! We’ve had monthly memberships here for years for our personal vehicles and also many of our of our company vehicles for years now, wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Vacuums always work, there’s always smiling and friendly faces and the automatic car wash itself does a fantastic job of cleaning our vehicles.

Absolutely great job. The employees whip down your car as they guide you into the car wash. I have a monthly Recurring membership. I love it. It’s never too crowded that it takes forever I was a member with the pelican car wash in New Orleans. The car wash has it down and very convenient and professional. The only thing I would recommend open on Sundays. That’s a great day to wash your car. Thank you

I miss the old workers because they were so nice, happy people and lively! I spent 5 min struggling to use the card reader and none of the new men came to help me :( My car came out really clean and I love coming here but the customer service isn’t the same; a whole different vibe after being gentrified.
