Brought my mustang and was told it was going to take an hour. To hand wash and shampoo seats. Great. Went to urgent care and came back 75 minutes later. The mustang hadn’t even moved, and wasn’t washed. Their job is to work with cars and they couldn’t even start the car. For a hand car wash they could have washed the car without moving it. The wash was $100. Terrible service.

Hate to write a review for a business but this is my experience $50 hand wash for my new g wagen No problem When I saw the car, dirty spots on wheels, body and leather. The guy sees me inspecting my car, touches up the wheels and when I showed him the spots inside, he was trying to use the same towel for the expensive interior leather. Stop that I said Don't use the same dirty towel for the inside. Just no consideration for people's expensive cars...

I never like to put negative reviews. But this place and the manager whom I've seen there for years are just awful. $26 for basic wash for SUV! $5 tip. $31 for an 8 minute "basic" wash! Basic does not include making sure the outside is totally clean. If it comes out dirty they will not rewash! And as for the inside, they will not touch any of the seats. Won't even wipe them down! For the owner of this car wash, maybe you need to be there and see for yourself how your clients are dealt with by your long time manager. Never again.

The absolute WORST! There is a yellow stop line painted near the vacuums. Although I stopped at the line, the vacuume guy motioned me aggressively forward beyond the line, as if I've never been to a car wash. The problem in driving beyond the yellow line is that this puts the drivers door right up against a plywood shed that is painted deep black and is difficult to see. The result of being parked too far forward is a dent on my door from making contact with the shed. The "manager" in duty didn't understand that not only was the dent caused by his worker, but he didn't understand why a dent is a big deal. Will NEVER be back. Message to the developer Gods: bribe whomever you have to to seize this property, force them out and build another ubiquitous mixed use apartment/retail development. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to say but my 2 year old can do a better job. First time and last. Paid about 90 dollars for a hand wash and wax. No attention to detail. Maybe this is too much to ask of a commercial car wash? But when I saw the guy pull out a garden hose and use his finger to create some pressure i knew I wasnt in a good spot. Why don't you have a pressure washer only like 100 bucks homedepot. The guy who waxed my car accidentally waxed my steering wheel, which everyone by now knows not to do. Im Def unsatisfied by their work. I did read the reviews but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I was Def wrong. Sorry guys for those prices ya need to step your game up.

Paid for a $55 hand wash. They neglected to use the necessary solution for a matte vehicle. Car came out with lots of water stains on the exterior and on the windshield. This is what I paid the $55 for, to remove all of this. Otherwise I would have gone through a regular car wash at $25. This place is supposed to be a professional shop.

Very rude cashier I don’t know what his problem was, but the guy be Trippin. There’s a lot of car washes in town and I don’t have to come here although this has been my favorite LA spot but maybe not so much anymore?

I paid 30 dollars to have an internal and external cleaning of my vehicle. They did everything in a hurry, not even throwing out the garbage. I had to do it myself and in addition take a rag to finish cleaning the outside, it was still full of attached mospers.

I used to go there every time I need car wash. I did today car wash for $24 and look what my car look like. I called manager told me bring the car back right now I don’t have time to bring it back now. He said then you have to pay again like what the hell

Carlos at The Wash welcomed me with open arms! Carlos and his wife are the nicest people I have ever experienced within the area. These two run this business very well and have converted me into a lifelong client. Much respect to both of them! I will never take my 2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car to any other car wash business or service, even if The Wash is closed after business hours. Carlos has provided me with the best service possible from our first meet and greet and foregoing. I enjoy going to The Wash as I know I can sit and eat a late lunch in a clean and safe area while knowing my brand new car is being well taken care of by the best people in Los Angeles. I usually opt for a quick interior vacuum or hand wash + wax and these services are on a top notch level and of superior quality. Take your car here as you will not regret it! Pricing is perfect and the service is quick, easy, and even relaxing. The Wash also offers restrooms and even a mini-shop inside where you can find quality goods like Evian waters, snacks for your children, and affordable car accessories that will make your car smell oh-so good! Ps. Any reviews that aren't 5 stars shouldn't be valued, regardless of elite Yelp status or not. I have read a majority of them and the miserable people that have posted those >5 star ratings should understand the world does not revolve around them.

Car was almost as dirty going in and going out. Water stains everywhere and had to ask them to vaccum again... which really bothered them, and they showed it. My rear view mirror... just shows how dirty the cloth they used to "clean" it was. See pictures. Really not a good job :(

My full service closed after the 2nd ice issues which sent me looking for aboroper wash after about 6 years. I decided to try this place and was so dissappinted. 1st issue was the pricing which was reasonable but I saw they only have 2 options but several prices. Those options being vacuum and clean windows inside or NOT. Next was no option for express wash which is the option for no inside cleaning. Next was how the front man talked to me when I mentioned my car may sit to low for the track system. He emphasized the signage said they are not responsible for damage. OK so can we talk his response thst he didnt want to argue, and trust me there was no arguing Im just trying figure out if my car can go through the equipment after another wash said no. The last straw was when I went to get my refund, saw a suv roof being washed withnwhat looked like a push broom (scratches anybody). So all in all Inwouldnt recommend this place for a rusted out tank. The only good thing was there was no issue on the refund.. thus 2 stars instead of one star.

Great name. Even great employees. But whom ever determines pricing for this car wash is ridiculous. Unfortunately it'll be my last time going to this car wash. They literally charge for everything especially for interior cleaning. For example they will wipe down the dash board and cup holder and skip the seats. Rather then wipe down they will just use the air blower. Move the dust a standard wipe down should be basic. The cashier a younger dude has attitude. And stays quiet. Acting like he can't speak. The wash pretty much just expects that because it's in a decently good neighborhood that they can charge the prices they charge well back to the mom and pops we go. Sucka cause this place is close to my house. But I'll drive a lil further for better customer service.

Today was my first time, but it won’t be my last based on my experience. It’s a bit more expensive than other places close by but honestly they do an extremely thorough job. I have been to a few other similar sized car washes close by and this has been the best service that I have received so far. They did a great job cleaning and really went the extra mile making sure it was well done. I chose the works wash for $52 and feel it was worth it. They have more expensive and cheaper options than that, just depending on your needs. I really value my car and spend a lot on it so I don’t let just any place clean it and feel I made a good decision to bring my car here.

This place is completely exploitative. They refused to let me put my Tesla through the standard car wash machine and claimed I had to get a hand wash simply because of the car I drive. The kick in the teeth is that their hand wash pricing is more than double the price of the regular wash. It feels like a total shakedown. There is no valid reason to force an upsell that costs twice as much just for owning an EV. Unprofessional staff and predatory business practices—avoid this place.

Took my Mercedes E-Class for a full detail, everything looks great! Excellent hand wash, polish, and ceramic top-up. Paint shines deeply, wheels spotless, water still beads perfectly. Seats and dash look great, no greasy residue or streaks. Took the correct quoted time and they have friendly staff. Highly recommend and will return.

This is the worst experience. I paid $70 for a car wash and fine, the inside they didn’t need to scrub for the price but most of the interior wasn’t vacuumed. The outside was still covered in dirt. We called to ask what was included in the package and none of what they said was done. When we asked for assistance he wouldn’t respond told us he’s busy and hung up and when we called back continued to ignore our calls. I wish I could give this place 0 stars
