We used the car wash. It works great and takes credit cards in addition to coins. The only issue with this location is there is no audible warning when you are running low on time due to neighbors complaining. Keep an eye on the countdown and it's a nice spot to clean your vehicle. Good headroom in the wash bays.

Take it from me a connoisseur of car washes(I really am! ) this place is always clean and accessable. One of the last self service washes under $2! Forgot to mention, there's a 24 hr. laundry on the same property, and yes I have used it before. It's always clean and well lit. Love this place!

Nice little car wash. Equipment is good and actually works properly, unlike some other car washes. And $1.75 gets you four full minutes of operating time. In addition, right next to the car wash is a small but very clean coin operated laundry. I just did my car inside and out as well as washed clothes for just under $10. Amazing bargain these days.

My review is mostly about the laundry mat. I've used the carwash and it's my preferred goTo for life for self service. Today I used the *surprisingly 24 hr* laundry mat and found it clean, efficient, lower cost than other area laundry mats and fast. You can even take a hike down the nearby B2B trail just over the train tracks while your load spins.

No complaints. Needed to wash clothes when our machine hit the skids, so gave this place a try as there aren't any 24hr laundromats near us. Seemed decently clean and quiet late on a Tues. Can't comment on whether this is market rate pricing or not, but seemed fair enough to me. Appreciate having a clean restroom to use, too.

This place is amazing. Had an issue with a washer at 1:45am and one of the owners got out of bed and came out to fix it. The facility is always clean and they maintain their equipment regularly.

Rates gone up and cleanliness and machine maintenance has gone way down... Washed sheets and blankets and they smell awful, like burned chemicals... half the time I go there and half the machines need the change emptied and the coin slots are locked so you can't even use them. Update to original review: reply to the owners response: if this place is cleaned each morning, you either are either terrible at cleaning or you should find a new cleaning person because you're getting ripped off....don't sit to close to the window or you will put your head right in cob webs.. and the floor is just yeaming with ants marching around... unfortunately simply due to the lack of another laundromat I have had to return. This time I pulled my white sheets out of the washer and the entire load was covered in greasy balls of soap residue... forcing me to re wash the load. There goes another $6. Called the number this time and I got a voicemail a few hours later and I have yet to receive a call back.

Very clean and we'll maintained. Came around 5am to do an emergency load. Was slightly disappointed the big machine had items in it and no one around. Thankfully the machines are decently priced (thank you! ) and didn't kill the bank to run 2 washers. Small machine 1.75, med was 2.25, large was 4.50 and super only 6. Im shocked by thr cheap prices. Its nice the car wash is next door. Drove around and the bays are clean, not trashy. Cute little places. Loved the little tree out front.

I'm a Poplin laundry pro! I come here to wash other people's laundry because it's always clean and prices are great! Only problem i have is that it's small, which is no fault of the owner. I try to come early so I can use a table to fold since there's only 2. There's not enough room for another. I'd highly recommend coming here if your in this area at all.

Lots of soap for a good price, 1.75 maybe two more quarters to finish rinsing it. The brushes were in tiptop condition with no leaks. Lots of pressure came out out of the sprayer. I was very satisfied. I’ve seen some car washes similar to this that were just awful no soap no pressure. You might even put money into it and it doesn’t work but not at this place.
