I purchased a package in 2019. When I purchased it they told me that if I paid for 2 detailing they were going to give one for free and that i could use it any time. No expiration date. As long as I had my phone number they can look me up in the system. I come to find that now that it was a lie to sell me a more expensive package that I never got a chance to use. They made paid the most expensive price and didn’t apologize. I will never use their service again. Their service is great but I don’t agree with unethical practices!!

This place has great customer service very nice people smiling and all however my car was not washed nor cleaned in the inside properly I had to ask them to vacuum the inside again my Matt's were still dirty and my 30$ service for my CRV wasn't included in the price won't be back however when I complained the people were very nice and briefly re vacuumed however it still wasn't cleaned well even after the 2nd time

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Rude, and when you ask them a question the guy gets nasty. He asked me if I was paying cash or card and I said cash (which is 25) 22 plus 3 dollars because I have an SUV and card is more so my boyfriend goes to pay and gave him 30 so I asked isn’t it 25 cash and he got loud and rude with me so my boyfriend had to step in and tell him in Spanish I was only asking because I saw 25 on the screen. Didn’t give us the right amount back (we even tipped the people outside who dried the car) and he still had the nerve to give me a look. I said I would never come back and tried it one last time and today has confirmed I am NEVER coming back here. They need new management running the place.

The owner is so disrespectful and was getting loud for no reason. Also your car is still dirty after I had to go to another car wash. DO NOT GO TO XPRESS WASH. They have a different name on Google so you can’t see all the bad reviews they already have .

I purchased car wash couple months ago and he said owner changed today. But all workers are same. Anyway I let them wash my car and I paid for again. But I had to wash my car myself when I went home. At least you wash good one time at least for not giving my money back right for apologize It is unbelievable. Totally they don’t care about anything even though all workers are same.

Worst car wash ever, don’t get your car ruined here, they send my SUV with open window and get all interior wet, manager didn’t care, he just said it okay its only water. Plus for a regular wash they charge me 33$. That was my last time here 🤡

Absolutely love how did they clean my car! I have recently taken my SUV here to have it cleaned. Staffs are friendly and working very hard. When they finished cleaning, literally it clean and shines like a new car!! They did such an awesome job inside and out.It does take them a while to clean the car, but it was worth. The price was reasonable compared to the service I got. I would definitely to go again!

This is my first time doing a review for this place, but it’s not my first time going there. They changed ownership, but still is the same, the employees don’t know anything about new technology on cars, but I guess neither did I when I first drove a car with new technology. Anyway, that’s not my whole point. The manager is pretty good when it comes to do his job. He always try to check the cars that are coming out of the machine, but I’m sure he can’t check all of them. Most of the time I stay out looking at the guys vacuuming and cleaning the rugs of my car and it’s always the same. They clean them nice on the top and leave them clean but wet and soapy on the bottom, I’m tired of repeating myself, that makes the car smell funny. They usually don’t open the trunk and vacuum or clean it. At the end they dry the car and if you don’t say anything they don’t open the trunk and if they do, they always leave the edge all wet and with soap at the top. I have an 2021 SUV so can have an idea. I don’t like to do reviews, always thought it’s a waste of time, but being this my last time going there I want to leave the rest of you with my thoughts of this place.

I just got out from there and I have dent on driver doors. I choose exterior wash only and while I was in my car I heard pretty noisy bang on my door while guy was “moping” my car.

Disappointed and lied at the same time I purchased six car washes in December 2021 valid thru December 2022. The owner told me that this card is not valid anymore because of a new owner. He refused to give me the money back. ONE BIG BS!! Also he has crazy prices. Find someone better in the area!

This place always has an issue. And they are just okay. Be aware that they only take cash and their ATM machine is shady! They need a huge sign outside before you pull in that says cash only. I won’t return unless it’s an emergency.

My husband visited this car wash a few days ago and the chemicals they used damaged the paint on our car. When he went back, the owner was extremely unprofessional and aggressive, even recording both the car and my husband without consent. Instead of addressing the issue, he claimed it wasn’t his problem. We decided to cancel our membership. They take no responsibility for damages—terrible service!

I have never had a good experience in this car wash and today was the drop that made the cup spill! I came in to get an exterior wash plus my mats. I’ve gotten this service before here and it’s $14 for the wash and they usually add like 6-8 bucks for the mats. The manager was sneaky and charged me $40 and I confronted him about and gave me a bullshit story on how the don’t have a package for exterior and mats only. If you can avoid this business do at all cost. They leave your car like shit anyway……

Do NOT Go Here! This was my first time going there. Before they even started, they charged me $53 for an interior and exterior wash. The wash was terrible, and my car’s rims ended up completely scratched. There are so many employees standing around, but all they know how to do is take money — not actually do the job. Today I checked my bank account and saw another $53 charge. I called them, and they claimed I “signed up for a monthly membership,” which is a complete lie. They were rude, talked over me, and refused to refund my money. They said the membership was “canceled,” but I never signed up in the first place. Stay FAR away from this place. They don’t know how to work, and they just look for easy money. Total scammers. !!!!!!!

I went for the Super wash and asked the guy in the back to please use a soft brush on the rear passenger side since it was sticky and flat out said”We don’t have time for that.” Not the answer a customer wants to hear paying 35.00 plus tax and SUV charge.After the car was dried it still looked dirty and asked for manager. Well the manager was the same rude guy that told me they have no time. I demanded to see the owner coincidentally he’s not available.Will never go back there again.
