Due to the weather they were only doing exterior wash, completely understandable. The exterior wash was $14 and doesn't include tire shine, mean while the super wash costa $18 includes tire shine and vacuum, seems like the exterior wash is extremely overpriced. The car was left wet as well, and the water froze so the car doesn't even look clean

Been coming to Main Street Car Wash for years. Mostly getting the best service! One thing I have learned, come early, get a decent car wash, and be on your way quickly. If you will come at the rush hours, you will get a rush wash. They are great, just know when to come.

This car wash is owned by the same company that owns the car wash immediately next door. Historically, this car wash was exterior only, fast service in and out. Their other location next door is a full service interior exterior waxing more expensive etc.. now, this car wash is full service as well as exterior only. So if you're coming here for exterior you are going to be stuck in a line for 30 minutes behind other cars getting exterior and interior washes. They have completely defeated the purpose of this car wash. So silly.

Was pressured to buy a $57 wash as soon as I opened my mouth...I told him that's too expensive and I just want the second tier wash and clean interior. After picking up the car and paying tip total was 32. They missed loads of dirty spots inside the car, didn't vacuume my sons car seat. I had to clean it myself afterward. They also threw away things in the car I wanted to keep. I had a full bottle of water and a bag I was using to keep litter in. They're gone. Never again. Don't recommend.

I don’t know how anybody can rate this place less than 5 stars. I went for the first time yesterday and I am grateful I did. They did such a thorough and quick job. I’m mad I didn’t leave a tip. This place will now be my go to spot every 2 weeks. Great job guys. I never wrote reviews but this place deserve it.

This place is high volume/low quality. First off, they are using literal brooms to scrub the soap on my car. RIP my paint job. Second, there were huge chunks of bird poop that didn't come off and I had to beg the drying people to manually clean it up. So what do they do? they use the drying tools to remove the bird crap and then proceeded to dry other parts of my car with the same dirty towels. 30 bucks for a terrible car wash and my car is still dirty.

The only good thing they have in this place is that they are fast. But it has to be!!!! Their service is horrible. I went to get my car washed and not only I have to tell them where to vacuum, but also, after my car was “done” I had to clean the inside because as dirty as it was before getting it “cleaned”. I also had to dry the windows and they don’t even provide paper carpets. It was a disaster. And I didn’t pay for the cheapest service. Besides, their prices are not specified in their price board. They are false advertising!!!! Worst service ever!!

I was looking everywhere to find a car wash you can drive through while staying inside! Here you can! My toddler and preschooler loved it! For $20 I had entertainment for 15min and a spot clean car. Finally can look out my windows again and use the backup camera again as it’s so clean! Thank you also to the nice crew that wiped the last wetness! They were so sweet to my kiddos! Now need to find your website to subscribe monthly!

I brought my car in for a wash, the price was reasonable but the job was terrible. My cmback glass is still dirty, and the back door and my tires were not shined. The car has no gloss to it like it was cleaned.

Not a good job at all ,Cup holders, the doors inside , the sides, the windows, Dirty, where not even touched, and they use the same rag that they use for the seats to Clean the windows.

I purchased the superwash package plus carpet cleaner which includes vacuuming and interior cleaning. They forgot to clean the inside and vacuum the trunk so I looped back around when the outside was done. I asked them kindly if they could wipe down the inside and vacuum the trunk. They were reluctant to do it, but ended up doing it and did a botched job. See pictures.

I got the most expensive service on their price list. This is how they gave me the car after paying over $30. (Check the pics!) I had to go over and clean my car. I do not think I will come back since there are so many other options around.

I went for a routine car wash and when I went to pick up my car, the front visor had been snapped and left hanging. I spoke to the manager who said he would look into it. 30 minutes later he comes out and says I can't help you, call the police. The NRPD very graciously came and took a report since I was given no option. I drive a Porsche so it looks like this may cost me $1000!! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH. THEY ARE CARELESS AND UNETHICAL!!

I went to the car wash this morning, and the person cleaning said they were closed for today. I arrive at 7:46am, and they open at 8:00am. I was parked outside, waiting for their opening time, but the employee came to my window to tell me they were closed for the day, even though I could see him setting up for the day. So I drove to Larchmont to find another Car wash. On my way back, I saw that Main Street Car Wash was open and not closed for the day. I understand you didn’t want to take clients immediately you open, but lying that they are closed for the day is very irresponsible. He could have said, "Please wait 15 minutes," and I would have waited because I was already parked outside.
