I took my GMC HD for a complete detail. Brandon inspected it before quoting the price. Dropped it off for the work to be done. Received a call saying it was complete. Upon arrival to pick it up was I formed the price had increased by $75.00. He said because he had to buff scratches. I paid and felt kind of taken advantage of. One would assume he would have seen them upon inspection. Last Sunday I dropped my daughter's Subaru off for a detail. Received a call Tuesday afternoon saying it was done. Asked what the charges were and was shocked. $375.00 for a small hatchback. This business represents its self as a Christian business. The Jesus I know wouldn't do people this way. My suggestion if you must use this place, get a quote upfront and shop around.

I feel here in the south, detailing standards are different from other regions, and people's satisfaction seems to rest more on the emotional / religious than the quality of work. So here's a more objective review: Out of the detail shops in Mobile, AL, this is -currently- the one I recommend. The staff is professional and courteous, but more importantly, they speak with you at-length about the services you want, your ultimate expectations, and what can be realistically done. Goals are established up-front, and you leave knowing what to anticipate, and the final cost. I brought in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS with tan cloth interior to have a full interior detail performed, but with a focus on getting the seats as clean as possible; all other matters were secondary as far as I was concerned. They were familiar with the type of cloth material used and warned me up front that there was a good chance they couldn't get them back to perfection, but that when they were finished, they would be as clean as is reasonably possible. In the end, they were right: the seats came out still looking a bit dingy, but clean enough you could eat off them. That's all I could ask for. I did, however, have a bit of an issue with the UV protection performed on the plastics in the interior: The panels were left looking greasy, slick to the touch, and with smear stains on smoother plastics. I had to go over certain areas with a microfiber cloth to remove the excess, especially the pedals, which were slick enough to pose a danger while driving. I understand in this region, there is an appeal for glossy interior finishes, but coming from a background of using matte-finish UV protection on the regular, buffed dry as instructed, this seemed like a sub-par job. Still, I couldn't find one area missed, and that speaks volumes about their attention to detail. In all, I was satisfied, and would certainly consider giving them my business again. Will probably try their exterior detail next!

Brett and Destiny are Awesome!!!! Brett has done all my work. There detail packages a bar none! I highly recommend not only getting the detail and wax but go the extra step and do the paint sealant!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! They also impressed me with the ability to remove hard water deposits out of my windows and also in the paint. No matter how many times you wash and wax your vehicle, you can not get those water spots from acid rain out of your windows or your paint. It will always be there. They will go over and beyond what is required. I had a water leak coming into the cab of my truck and the lengths Brett went to find not one but two leaks was remarkable! There is not a company in Mobile that would ever take the time and patience to find such leaks. He had to take fenders, dash, battery, and other items to expose the fire wall just to find the sources of my water problem. They truly are Heros in my book. Working with them is like working with your best friend. They make you feel great when you leave because you know you got the best work for your money.

Brent was awesome to deal with. I'm in Mobile on business. Our schedules didn't line up, but he was very helpful, working with me on drop off and pick up. My car looks fantastic! Found out they do window tinting. So, that's on the list for the next trip down. I highly recommend this shop for your car detailing.

Was pleasantly surprised how clean the owner was able to get my car mats! Very pleased w/interior job, hand wash seemed to have a few spots missed but since a co-worker asked if I got a new car, I'm ultimately satisfied OVERALL. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE: Recently, I took my Lexus to "Right Touch Inc Auto Detailing" to address a lingering odor inside the car. After discussing the issue with them, we agreed on their "Unlimited Interior" package, which promised maximum stain removal for $285. I expected a thorough treatment to eradicate the smell. However, upon picking up the car the following day, I was shocked to find that the interior now emitted a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a seafood kitchen. When I expressed my disappointment, the manager/owner was dismissive and replied “don’t come again”, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. Adding insult to injury, when I pointed out the evident oversight lot of dust on the back seats in the vacuuming process, I was met with aggression from the owner's son/employee, who menacingly threatened me. Such extremely disgusting unprofessional conduct was utterly appalling and tarnished my experience entirely. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value their respect and don't want to waste their money on subpar service running by tras*h*y people.

UPDATED: This facility actually does pretty good work. Had a couple of minor details that I should’ve had expressed prior to having the vehicle brought in (my fault). All in all, they do good work. As with any service, just make certain you are completely clear about what you want prior to initiation and I’m certain these guys will do a great job for you. I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone who wants a quality detail job on their vehicle. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Right Touch is, in my view, a 5-star establishment for car cleaning, detailing, and interior restoration. My car had been leaking water into the interior, and although I knew it was damp inside, I was not aware how bad. I got injured and was not driving my car for awhile. Went out one day to move it, and I found a garden of mold inside! I called The Right Touch and discussed the issue with Brent, the owner. He assured me that he would do his best to restore my interior and locate the leak, or leaks! He was relentless with his efforts to find them. The results in the end were as follows...7 water leaks in the car, which he fixed on-site, new padding installed under carpet, which was black mold infested, steam cleaned and mold free carpet re-installed, seats and dash professionally cleaned and sanitized, a mold free interior! Also removed worn out window tint and re-placed with new! He called with up-dates through the entire process to get approval and additional costs for discovered issues! I highly recommend this company for any car restoration needs you may have! Thank you Right Touch!! God Bless your business!

These guys did a magnificent job on my Mustang GT. It looks like a totally new ride. Thank you guys for such a great job. I will be back and also send friends your way. The owner met my wife and I at their shop on a Sunday to drop the car off. We had to leave Sunday to head out of town but he met us to insure me car got locked inside their lot. Great customer service.

I took my Highlander in for a detail cleaning and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience unpleasant. The cleaning was far from accurate and did not meet the expectations we clearly communicated. It felt like they ignored what we asked for entirely. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service.

The chemicals they used rubbed away the writing on the door lock and radio power button. Speaking of the radio, after picking my car up, I noticed the radio was very dim. I tried every setting to increase the brightness. The dash was lighting up fine, but the radio display would stay dim. I immediately called the business about it, and they said to see if there are other brightness settings because they have never had that problem. A day later, the radio display was completely black (no, the power wasn't off), but the radio still worked. At that time, I definitely knew the cleaning chemicals got behind the display and broke it. I ended up having to pay for a new radio and have it installed. Also, we had a sticker where the speedometer is. It's fine that you decided to peel it off, but you couldn't spend an extra 2 minutes getting the rest of it off? The car is clean for the most part, but I will never go to another detailer again. It became more of a headache than what it was worth.

Fantastic work. My 32 year old carpet was just obliterated. Hauled parts, spilled drinks, food, cigarettes, tires, oil leaks….. It put in 32 years of work. These dudes got me in here last minute on a whim (got off work early and decided to do it finally), trying to make crunch time for an event the following weekend. means so much to me!! (i’ll add pics in the daytime) serviced my car LAST MINUTE, GREAT PRICE, and a GREAT ATTITUDE. think i just found my detailer!
