My boyfriend was given the hardest time over our trucks “lost” car mats. We dropped our truck off to be detailed, when we got our vehicle back it was dark so we never saw they were missing. My bf called the next day to explain he would pick them up and they said they were there still. When he went by to get them the next day. No one could find the mats. The manager insisted on giving him a gift card to pay for the lost mats. He was asked to come back the next day to get it. When he went they said come again tomorrow we can’t give it to u. He went by today cause they still never reimbursed us. One of the workers finally said he remembered him and that since it was like his 5th time trying he would get it handle he would get this taken care of. They paid him in pretty much all $90 in 1 dollar bills.

Took 2 cars today, my truck I had to stay on top of them to get things done right, my son, first time there, when he got home, the food not do the front and I believe it was being done by one of the bosses. Quality has gone down, they charge you extra for the rims. Too bad it was convenient, close to my home, but is fine too find another place.

I always pass by every time I go to the Grove and I always thought it was such a funky cool place cause it’s all colorful, I never imagined it was a car wash! I needed a full service car wash and I google places near me and they popped up! Finally I knew what that cool place with the shark hanging out was 😂 I came in on Saturday at around 10ish and it was super simple! You pick the wash and then they take care of everything for you. They do have other add ons which is great and they offer you discounts just so you can try them! Prices are super reasonable too. Palms is now my official local car wash and I will be coming when I need my wash. Everyone was super chill and waiting for my car was not boring at all. Great vibe, great service and my car looks so fresh and clean! Definitely referring my friends and family. Thank you to all the hard working guys in the “blue shirts.” They are the heart of this place! Without them I wouldn’t come back.

Its sad other washes charge $15 everywhere else for the same wash that this establishment charges $3 for. For an extra $5 I added extra services, so for $8 my truck is clean and my tires actually shine. Honestly admiring them right now nearly 24 hours later. Wish I had one by me as I live and little over an hour away. Great job. Customer service at the kiosk was outstanding as well. Thank you!

I live right across the street from this car wash, so it’s super convenient but this was my first time going. I got the Great White package that was supposed to include all exterior and interior cleaning (photo attached of services.) The guys were decently nice, not fantastic customer service but not the worst either. My car seemingly only had the driver’s seat shampooed, because it was wet when I drove home but my passenger seat got nothing, and it’s the one with stains lol. Cup holder still dirty, didn’t vacuum in between seats, sand from the beach still on my driver’s pedal. I was expecting a lot better based off previous reviews and recommendations from friends. My car is definitely cleaner than before, but won’t be back for detailing.
