I stopped in spur of the moment because I had an entire crock pot of queso spill in the back of my Nissan Rogue. Was on my way to a party and happened to be going past Pronto Car Wash right after the spill happened. They helped me clean up the "emergency" with a smile on their face. Wonderful and amazing. I can't express my gratitude enough!! Thank you!!!!

My husband & I made an appointment with this company on their website for today at 5:30pm. As you will see in the pictures below, we received email confirmation of the reservation, as well as a text message reminder the day of the appointment. Only for my husband to get there 10 minutes early with no one there. After waiting until his appointment time with no one arriving he called the phone number for the location with no answer & a full voicemail box. He then called the emergency line to be told they would look into it & to give them just a moment, only to hang up on him & never call back. After several minutes of no call back, my husband reached out again but his call went unanswered. He then received a text message from the same number saying "sorry I can't talk right now". He then called the emergency line several times with no answer. At this point it has been 30 minutes of sitting waiting, calling & 20 minutes after our appointment was supposed to start. We then received a call from a random number. The woman on the other line stated she was a manager & that they close at 5pm. My husband then explains that their website as well as google says they are open until 6pm & he booked a reservation right from their website from a 5:30pm slot. She said she would look into fixing the site & then said she would “offer us a small discount” if we wanted to set up a new appointment. We declined. After wasting 30 minutes of our time, being hung up on, ignored & the offered a "small discount", which was a slap in the face to say the least at this point. As you will see from the pictures attached all of the sites, they are on from Google, to Facebook, to their own company website, states they are open until 6pm during the week at 7pm on weekends. So it seems this woman lied to cover for herself & her staff based on the evidence. Beyond this they should not have a site you can book a reservation, if the reservation means nothing & will not be kept. Also to text a reminder for the appointment when you have no intention of keeping it, is just disrespectful of everyone's time. Then to have full voicemail, emergency lines that don't answer, or hang up on you, text you that "I can’t talk right now", the whole experience just screams unprofessional. Do yourself a favor & find a company to detail your car that is courtesy of your time & will go above and beyond to make things right when they mess up.

Nice people but missed obvious places, left wax on the car unpolished, still black with dirt in the door jams and the gas cover (he said they don't do that?). I could scratch off the dirt with my nail in some areas. Inside was shampooed and wiped down. For the price, I expected more than what I could do. He did offer to touch it up as we stood there, so he tried to make up for it.

Giving 1 star since zero is not an option. My van was taken here for over spray removal which they new at appointment and drop off. After having all day they said come get it. They supposedly clay bar the whole van, but it did nothing. Wouldn’t you notice that pretty early in the process if it’s working or not? They charged $250 and when they new I was not happy said I could request money back. That was done but the area or district manager reached out and offered to “correct” the problem and use this as a “training”. Was talking about buffing the van, maybe made it 50% better, at best. When I picked up he was already gone but I sent him a message and he said he would be right there, which he was. After I pointed out there was still overspray he said the only way to fix would cost more money!!! I left and figured we would discuss later. Well about a week went by and then it rained. After the rain I could see what an awful job they did on the van and all the (I assume) wax that’s still on the van. When I sent pics to the manager he said give him a day and he would come to me and correct. I have messaged him four times since and not a single response!! Such a professional business. Lol. Oh and since it’s under a parking garage it’s pretty dark for a “detail” shop. Car washes may be good but so far not anything more than that!! Would not recommend

My SUV was long overdue for a good cleaning, by about 3 years😊. I run an animal rescue so my vehicle has been used to haul hay, animals, feed etc. I figured it was about time to clean it up. Taking on this job was not for the fainthearted but Kelly was clearly up for the task. Great job Kelly. There is no doubt I will be back..... We also met the owner, Scott, who also was very accomadating..... Thank you for the excellant service.

Brought our Dodge Ram lifted with 37 in tires for the first time to Pronto wash and Wow!! We paid $44 and the truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Well worth the money!! We've always gone to Clean Machine formally Baybreeze but they've really gone down hill and their carwash is often broken down. I would much rather pay an extra $10 and be completely satisfied at Pronto.

They don't have prices posted. Few weeks ago they charged my brother 55 to clean his CRV inside and out. I went to them because my brother said they're the best. I have a smaller car she wanted to charge me 129... why? I asked what's the cheapest she said 79. For a basic wash. So they can just charge whatever to whomever they please. Not cool.

**BEWARE** I made an appointment for an Exterior Hand Wash using their mobile website. The site says $29 for an exterior hand wash. I arrived to my appointment on time, on a Sunday morning, only to be greeted with: "Do you have an appointment?"....."Yes"....."What price did you book?".....not even ask for my name to look up appointment....but, "what PRICE did you book?" I told them the $29 Exterior Hand Wash....immediately answered, it would be an additional $20 dollars if I wanted my windows washed and tire dressing applied!....what kind of exterior car wash doesn't include washing windows on the OUTSIDE? They're charging $49 for an exterior hand wash folks! No greeting, nothing, just "what PRICE did you book??"....

I received good service. I had interior done with shampoo. All stains removed with exception of couple stains which they warned me about ahead of time. I explained very, very well what I wanted and I was clear on my expectations. I was able to negotiate my price from the beginning. They did couple extra things as a courtesy. That was nice. I was super happy with the results. I will take my vehicle again. Good service received. Recommended.

This company is very unprofessional and disrespectful of the customer’s time. If I scheduled an appointment at 11:30, I expect for my car to be serviced at that time. I showed up at 11:15. I received a confirmation through text and email of my booked appointment and it still was not serviced when I picked it up at 1:15. No one texted or called me about the time delay. I was told by the attendant that multiple people can book a slot which doesn’t make any sense! If I booked a slot, then no one else should be able to book the same time slot. What’s the point of booking an appointment? My suggestion for this company is to just do a walk-in service (first come, first served) because this company never notifies the customer if they are double booked or if they decide not to show up. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am still waiting for a call back from the manager. Update: I finally spoke with the manager about my experience today, and he was very kind and understanding. I hope everything runs a lot smoother at my next appointment.

The wheel covers were not properly cleaned and the vacuum was not well done too. I see no point of scheduling an appointment if I have to wait another hour for my car to be taken in.

I used to love going to this place. It wasn’t always perfect, but the price was reasonable + it was hand-washed. Lately, they’ve been getting worse with their service. Recently, they made me wait 1 1/2 hours for my car to be finished, which I was okay with, so I walked around the mall until the time was done. When I walked back, they immediately said, “We got sidetracked with a transmission,” I realized they hadn’t done anything with my car. I asked them how long it would now take, and they said the wait was 45 minutes (45 until they could get to my car). Here’s the biggest issue: they had my phone number; if they knew they were sidetracked, the most responsible thing to do is let your customer know. I wasted my time. The funniest part is that it was the manager.

I had my car cleaned here, and unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. There were still visible stains, dirt, and streaks left behind, which showed a lack of attention to detail. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a thorough and professional car cleaning. I swear I have stuff missing from the place.

I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with your Pronto Car wash. Not only is your payment system suspicious and lacks transparency, but to make matters even worse , valuables were stolen from my vehicle during this service. This is completely unacceptable and poorly on the trustworthiness and professionalism of this business and its employees. I expected a safe and honest service, but instead feel violated and taken advantage of. I strongly urge upper management to take immediate action to address these serious issues, both with the payment system and the unethical behavior of your employees. Until then, I cannot and will not recommend your business to anyone. I suggest you look elsewhere to get your car detailed or waded. This is not a reputable business.

The Worst Customer Service in my 10 years of owning a car. 1. They told they cleaned it and asked me to check it out and i saw them closing the trunk. 2. When I’m checking out car to see the work they did, i was shocked to see all the dust is still there, and i showed them the dust, they told they dont have a vacuum which will fit there, so they didn’t clean it. Such a stupid answer 3. I opened the trunk and i see it is untouched. Added the video They charged me 179$ for this.

This used to be my go to place for when I wanted to get my car looking extra special. After my last two trips, I'm done. On my previous visit, the attendant was running late and ended up rushing through the service. He missed a number of places in my car and was still almost 45 minutes late in finishing my car. This visit, the attendant had no record of my appointment and was hesitant to start. He said that it would take an hour and a half to clean instead of the scheduled hour. He insisted that he needed the extra half hour because of the pet hair seen in the photo. It was his poor attitude about it more than the time. I cancelled the appointment and will find another place.

I took my large Mazda SUV to Prontowash at Wiregrass for a deep cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. With a toddler, the car had become quite a mess - sticky spots, crumbs, and stains everywhere. The three guys who worked on my car were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They paid attention to every detail and managed to make the car look and smell brand new again, inside and out. The seats, cup holders, and all those tricky spots were spotless. I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into their work. I’ll definitely be returning regularly to keep my car in this great condition and highly recommend Prontowash to anyone looking for quality and reliable service.
