I have visited this car wash multiple times and have always been impressed with their facility and the staff is very professional and energetic. They actually put in more effort prewashing your car over other carwashes that just spray some liquid on your windshield and wave the next car up putting minimum effort into your car.

Great car wash! I bought the $25 a month plan and use the car wash almost everyday! They get all the salt and dust off my car with ease each time. The kids also love seeing the rainbow effect on the car. This is great for protecting your car against the harshness of being closer to the sun as well. The vacuums work great too! With the vacuums I generally only pay once to do my third row suv.

This is a good place to wash your vehicle if you have access to Ft. Carson. The access is easy, the machines are good (at least one was replaced with a new or updated one). They provide different services, from fully automated (with different levels of automatic washing) to do it your self or self service. All of them are easy access, no hurry and peaceful (for what i've seen so far). Some people wash their car as a type if therapy (better than doing nothing) and in here that can be done in a good quality way. I have been using that car wash for some years now, and although I am not a regular, for what I see and for the service, that is the car wash I use if I want to wash my car.

I'm not stationed at Ft Carson, but this car wash puts every other military base car wash to shame! It has several self-service stalls that were all operating!! And two fully automatic wash system lanes, one of which is manned by a crew of two who do a nice soapy pre-wash and greet you with a nice, friendly attitude. I was in the brushless lane and one of the guys came over and helped me enter my card and select the wash option... of which there were 3 per lane, so a total of 6! Top notch!! Now go to the Air Force and show them how it's done!!

Has everything one would need from a touchless car wash to your regular car wash that one drives their vehicle through. You can pay with cash of card for everything. Best thing was meeting the Vietnam veteran that works there, Richard. He is a good and helpful man!!

I use the touchless car wash. Be careful not to pay for your wash too early because it’ll ask for payment again. It’s the second time I’ve had to pay twice for the wash while waiting in line. If there’s a long line, pay right before it’s your turn, if not the machine will bypass the first payment

4 star pass thru the express wash was $15. The car was filthy, so anything was an improvement, but there was a good amount of dirt still on the tailgate after the wash. The wash was pretty quick, and the rinse didn't get all of the soapy water off. Maybe the cheapest option would have been the better choice.

The card machine for the self service wash bay overcharged me twice. I was charged 15$ each time I stopped the card machine and was only supposed to be charged around 5$ each time I used the card machine.

🚗💦 5 Stars — “Came in with a funk, left with a fresh whip and free coins like I hit the jackpot. Steam cleaned the crumbs of questionable origin and deodorized away the ghost of fast food past. My car hasn’t smelled this good since it was new—or at least since that one time I spilled an entire bottle of Febreze. Love this place!”

Ever since the ownership changed the quality of this place has plummeted. They offer these bogo deals and you can’t ever get ahold of anyone to honor that. Come here if you like sitting in the entrance for ten minutes before leaving

Gonna have to repaint the whole passenger side of my truck because the presoak cycle of the brushless car wash glitches and swiped the whole side. All the other cycles missed it. Will I be coming back to this place? No. All I got in response of bringing it up and showing the staff on duty was ill look into and see why it did it. I guess these people don't realize how much paint costs. Pics may not do it justice but from the back corner all the way up the bed, both doors and into my front fender down to the primer. Update- my response se to your answer is your employee never said I could file a claim and I didn't have the time then to hang around and argue to get a clai. Nor did I know the extent of the damage at the time. Get your facts straight. Defamatory you call it, i call it telling the truth and it hurts some people feeling it seems.

Have been a very satisfied member for two vehicles for over 10 years. Always treated courteously and professionally by the staff. My truck was damaged a few years ago, staff was very helpful completing a claim and offered to let me keep my membership for the brushless wash to preclude further damage. Was disappointed today when I pulled up for my wash and was told by one of the staff members that the manager had directed that I could no longer use my membership for the brushless wash. I regretfully cancelled both my memberships and will take my business elsewhere...

First of all, the finish on my car was horrible, and it did not dry at all. When I asked an employee for help, she told me there was nothing they could do and suggested that I either buy a towel or use the handheld dryer and dry it myself. I was fine with drying the car myself and understand that technical issues happen. However, when I asked if the drying was included since I paid for a full wash, she again said there was nothing she could do except let me use the handheld dryer. When I asked if I had to pay to use it, she hesitated, said “sure” with an attitude, and waved at me to back my car up. She then walked over to the dryer, turned it on, and said nothing to me, acting as if I was inconveniencing her. What should have happened was a simple apology for the machine not working and clear communication that I could use the dryer free of charge due to the issue. Instead, as I was driving my car, she came back out with an attitude and said, “Did you just drive out? You know you’re supposed to let it dry your car.” I told her again that the dryer never turned on. She walked away without saying anything. The issue was not the technical problem but the lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I will not be returning. There are usually better employees here, which made this experience even more disappointing. More care should be taken when dealing with people’s cars, especially when the service is not cheap.

Not worth $30. RFID rarely works therefore, a quick wash will ended up beingin there for longer, and most times they forget to give you coins for free vacuum.

I love a good touchless car wash, and this place definitely delivers! They offer three options: touchless, express, and self-serve bays, but the touchless is my favorite. I’ve come here a few times with my husband, but today I went on my own and had a great experience. The touchless wash has three tiers: $12, $16, and $18. While I was deciding, one of the employees came over and kindly helped me choose an option on the machine, and I went with the $18 wash. Totally worth it! My car came out spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back!
