We love this car wash. It’s clean and well maintained. Staff is always friendly and they do a great job of spraying off your vehicle beforehand. They give out an air freshener and wipe for the inside at each visit. I also like the free vacuums and fresh dry towels that are available if you want to use.

They are so friendly and customer service is outstanding. Their employees actually love their job and take it very seriously. You don’t find that often! The young man that worked there was very polite and when a piece fell off my car (which had been hanging for a month), he brought it to me and apologized. I told him it wasn't his fault and thanked him for bringing it to me. He tried to reattach it and maybe it will hold for a little bit longer. Such a kind young man.

Great wash! Great people! I got the wheel wash and was happy with it but they saw me in the vacuum lot and saw my car was still dirty from all the bugs so they offered to bring me through again and gave me their best wash (that comes with a big scrub) and it literally made my car sparkle and shine and got all the bugs off! I definitely recommend this car wash and love their air fresheners they give with the top wash! Love this place.

I was down for my sons graduation and used this place. My car is a 2013 mini cooper and the car wash ripped my antenna off. It took me 2 days to get some one to respond and then another week to get them on the phone to see what was gonna be done and they called me back telling me that the car wash was at fault but basically because my car is 11 years old they would pay for half of my antenna but wasn't going to pay to have it reinstalled on my car. And then knocked the 15 dollars I paid for the car wash off of the price of the part and Said he would pay for half of that price. Then starts talking about they have signs statng they aren't liable for any vehicle older then 11 years. What. A Coincidence that that is just how old my vehicle is. My car is very well maintained and very well taken care of. Another thing if there are signs you wouldn't know because as soon as you round the corner after paying you don't have time to read or look for any signs because you have to pay attention to the 2 guys directing you in to the wash. So there fore I didn't see any signs. I don't even live near there to argue if there even signs. Why have a car wash if you refuse to take responsibility for the damages it may cause? But I guess that's just how money makes some people.

They have always been super kind and helpful. The wash accidently caused a small panel on the front of my Audi to come off and it had to be replaced. I brought it their attention of the owner. The part was only $150.00 and they paid for it and there wasn't a charge to have it installed. If you would have bought the part from your body shop, they would have installed it for free. I thought you were required to remove the antenna if you can before going thru the car wash. Your antenna must have been really expensive. I'm really sorry that happened to you. I love mini coopers.

I will be going back to that location! They the young guy made sure I was good! He saw rewashing my truck and offered to help me get my truck cleaned off! He was very sweet and respectful! Then I got myself stuck and he ran to assist me while still assisting other people as well! Good job Sir!!

Above and beyond as always here the place is always clean the staff is very courteous the vacuums always work and drying towels are readily available the owners are very nice people and run a good business at a fair price been coming here for the last 4 yrs and will not do business elsewhere give them a try you'll see what I'm talking about

Horrible experience. Ripped off the front bumper on my daughter’s car. I realize things like this happen, but the lack of communication is extremely frustrating. She took a picture of the incident report the employee filled out and it clearly states that someone will contact us within 72 hours. It’s been 12 days with me texting them because they refuse to answer my calls. I’ve had a total of two responses to my 17 text messages. The last response was Wednesday, March 19 and that was simply asking for the Vin number. I’m not sure how you can run a business when you refuse to communicate with your customers. Update: As expected, after I posted a negative review, they finally reached out. However, they are refusing to take responsibility for the damage. The representative admitted on the phone that they have camera footage showing the car entering the wash without damage. She then claimed they inspected their equipment and reviewed footage of hundreds of similar cars going through since then, insisting that their wash couldn’t have been the cause. I noted that the employee completed the Incident Form clearly noting what had happened and she had no explanation for that. I guess we have no choice but to let our insurance company battle it out. Unbelievable but hey, at least they finally responded - 13 days later!

I took my work vehicle here that had seen cleaner days. The guys working noticed and went out of their way to make sure everything was scrubbed off and prewashed. I chose the $25 mud bug wash. It could have used more time in the dryer but they provide towels, vacuums, dash wipes and these adorable bubble gum air fresheners. I’m pleasantly surprised.

I don’t have a membership but when u need my car washed that’s where I go. They also have always had free vacuums which was a plus because I have kids . Today I stopped by there to vacuum and they made me leave. Walked up to me and asked did I have a membership I said no. I was told I have to leave if I don’t purchase a membership I can’t vacuum for free. What happened to just being happy with customers choosing to get their car washed and cleaned there membership or not ALWAYS has been my favorite car wash but as of today I will not go back again.

My husband has taken his truck and I have taken my car to wash several times. Great wash. Even removed almost all the bugs on front. That never happens. Young man was very nice and did a great job on the pre wash. Vacuums would great. So glad you reopened this location and made it so much better.
