I had a terrible experience after purchasing appliances from this place. They sent an unprofessional delivery team who left my washing machine tower without fixing it, even after I provided them with the necessary repair kit. To make matters worse, they rescheduled the installation again. This time, the installer didn’t even show up to work and claimed that we didn’t give him access to my home. (He was simply lying.) I had waited for him for almost an hour. Despite delivering my appliances three days ago, the issue remains unresolved.

I went and returned a lamp last evening and was warmly greeted by a young lady named Autumn Rose. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. She was also extremely knowledgeable where choosing a new lamp was concerned. She helped through the whole process right down to which bulbs would be the best for this lamp that I ended up buying. I don't believe I would have ended up leaving with a new lamp if it wasn't for her. Thank you Autumn Rose

Very poor customer service. They dnt follow the schedule for customer delivery. They gave us various reasons that car was small exa uber so boxes couldn’t fit and other store manager was very rude and said different that he dsnt have employees to deliver during July 4th. they should have told on time of purchases.

Ordered a multitool 4 a job. Online checkout date was 5 days away. After checkout pushed back 4 more days to 7/11/25. Now home depot with all their milions holding my $89.10 for 23 days??? How is this legal??? Why do big corps have the right to do watever they want with MY MONEY. I,LL NEVER GO BACK TO HOME DEPOT EVER. LOWES IT WILL BE 4 ME. THEY RESPECT THEIR VETERANS!!!!!! Should be ashamed of urselves,but cant cuz they have no shame.

I wish I could give zero stars. I have gone here twice for the same reason and both times the same clerk has messed up. I needed a sheet of 1/2'' BC ply wood cut 32'' and 3/8'' long by 12'' and 3/4'' wide. The first time I went I had the board cut at the store. I got home its completely cut the wrong size. I can't return a piece of lumber that's been cut wrong so I wasted 20 dollars at the cost of their mistake. I figured I would give them a second chance and try again a week later. The same guy cut the wood. I clearly and politely stated the dimensions. I brought a tape measure from home with me the second time. He cuts the wood then I measure it and it's the wrong size again. How can you work in the lumber department if you cannot properly read a tape measure yet alone understand simple fractions? I tossed the wrong cut wood pieces in the cull wood cart and left to head for Lowes.

I went to the Nashua area where it was close to my house and the workers who came up to me and my dad to ask if we were all set. That was very kind of them since my dad and I couldn’t find the mulch we were looking for and they went to go find it for us and was just very pleasant and kind. I also was so happy since i found some nice flowers to go with my front yard which i was not able to take any pics since i forgot because of the yard work lol

It seems like every time I have a list of things to get I find like 1 out of 3 items. It also shocks me how quickly they move from one season's items to the next. Went in around jan-feb because I needed ice melt and could have used a shovel or two. Had maybe 2 options for snow shovels, neither of which I wanted and no ice melt. It's still winter!?!? How do you have like no shovels or ice melt when it's still winter? I guess, what do you expect from the big boxes? Overall, you can still find at least the normal bits & pieces without them being "in season". I did have a nice employee help me out this time. I was looking for a few specific things and he went the distance with me, that was nice.

Prices are ok. Not enough help i had to spend 10 minutes trying to find someone to cut the straps on the wood i was buying. I asked cashier to page someone to lumber but she did not page. I did find a gentleman who was stocking which came over soon as i asked.

Every time I visit Nashua there is something to fix at my daughter's home and Home Depot has everything we need. Staff is Susan at the Commercial counter is always helpful. Love their well organized store.

I bought 37 cases of Malibu Wide Plank (5500$) from this store. The floors were supposed to arrive at 6/18. But it did not. I called the store and even went to the store several times, they couldn't tell me where my floors were. 4 days later, a truck arrived to deliver. However, the driver had no tool or helper. He just pushed our floor down from a very large truck. And the floors were damaged. We went to the store and talked the manager. They promised to refund our money. But they need to get the floors back first. However, it has been 9 days. The store still couldn't figure out who would take the floors back. The manager said the manufacturer was responsible for picking up the floor but she couldn't get an answer from them. And she refused to refund me because she couldn't get the floor picked up. This is not right!

Home Depot is awesome to me personally! But my favorite store to go is the Manchester NH location, but this one is a close 2nd! Everyone here is great they go above and beyond everytime but not annoying about it either. They're just like can I help you with anything? Oh ok I'll be right over here or next isle if you need help with anything, please don't hesitate. And just go about doing what they were doing.

So we bought this amazing fridge from here, right? Turns out the delivery service moonlights as a demo team, and their claims department also doesn't exist. They moved our fridge in but had to take the door off to do it (understandable), but in doing so they leaned the door up against my porch and a gust of wind sent it flying against my house, cracking the door window panel. Of course they felt awful about it, but then placed it back in the same. Exact. Spot. And the same. Thing. Happened. Again. Shattering my door window and cracking the frame of it. Not *only* that, and I'm sure the delivery team submitted the incident, but the claims team hasn't done ANYTHING about it. We currently have a cracked front door with a destroyed glass window, covered in cardboard, and not one employee, supervisor or manager can explain why our claim hasn't been submitted yet. Literally this company hasn't even put in *effort*, let alone the minimal amount to help out a house where they just destroyed the front door. Thanks for the fridge I guess?

I waited for 45 minutes trying to rent a truck I already had a paid reservation for. They couldn't figure out how to make it happen. "Sorry glitch in the system nothing we can do". No ability to depend on Home Depot nor a regard for my time. Go to Lowe's instead, their rental process was quick and painless.

Mike was so helpful in the flooring department. He spent hours with us locating the perfect flooring, scheduling, measurements and called around to several stores to make sure we received all the boxes we needed for our project. Home Depot has a gem on their hands and someone with a lot of patience. Also, wanted to mention it was an amazing deal we were able to secure.
