Went in this morning and an employee was blasting racist hillbilly music on a Bluetooth speaker right by the door. Super loud as soon as you walk in. Very distasteful.

The employee tried to steal a hundred dollar scratch ticket. I went back and now they won’t give it back to me or let me speak to a manager……….. do not go here

Stop by there on my way home to get gas and the pumps where off and the lights where off on the pumps but look like the store is open if that place is supposed to be open 24 hours they should not shut off the pumps at all people need gas and u shut them off when I drove off the person who was working was outside having a cigarette

This station is infested with Self- Proclaimed Covid Vigilantes. In spite of my Doctor's Note, the clerk was very Rude. The next time, they shut the pumps off.

The gurl with blonde long hair working today at 12:15pm 8/18/19. Not friendly at all. No how are you. No thank you. Does not belong in customer service. Will not visit here again witb customer service as poor as that employee provided. Unnaceptable!

I’m on my last dime, no gas, driving around Nashua hoping and praying for a gas station nearby and there’s a 24 hour one (here) and I pull up and it’s “closed” despite what google says because the only lady working wants to have a cig outside. I drove around in a panic trying to find somewhere else just to drive past again and see that it’s open. Have a cigarette while I’m getting gas why don’t ya? I know you need a break but the fact that you had yet another cig 10 minutes later while I was getting gas was a slap in the face. Don’t take the night shift if you can’t work at night. Pos

Automated pump question about whether I would like a car wash today. Yes, in fact that's why I went to this particular station. After fueling, low and behold, there's a large sign in the car wash lane, I've been duped and cannot in fact get a car wash today. Now I have to keep the receipt in my car and use it within the next month, hopefully when it's twenty above freezing. That said, that will be the only reason I return to this location.

I was in this store around 510 this morning, there was a line almost out the door, cashier was doing her best but there was a lady counting cig and not helping the customers! Also she was sitting counting cigarettes I might add! I have gone to this store when a young man is by himself and there is never a line! I saw customers walking out the door cause of the line! I guess counting cigarettes are more important than helping the customers get what they want and on their way! I know I am only one customer but I think I will look for another store in the morning!

Love the service here. Every time I have been greeted in the morning by Jen, my day has been that more pleasant. She does a wonderful job, and it shows. When I have not come in the am, the other staff have also been top notch. Not to mention the best car wash deal in the area. Thanks Shell in Nashua for bringing that local friendliness, it means a lot!

Every single time I've gone here between 5-7am the pumps never take cards or display "see cashier" after inserting any card. I hope the cashier can "see me" leaving and going to another gas station where they will gladly sell me their product without a hassle! Get it together Shell franchise owners!

Fuel prices are reasonable and I don't think I've ever had to wait for a pump. I did have an incident shortly after the station and car wash was remodeled a year or two ago. I went through the wash and my rear wiper was caught in the spinning brushes and torn to shreds along with the arm being bent beyond repair. Luckily it's a quick fix so I wasn't that upset, just a little unsettling to hear and watch my rear hatch trying to be ripped off the hinges.

Nouria in Nashua NH on 7 Harris Rd will never ever get business from me or anyone i know which is a lot of people!!! Let me explain why.. Me: I put my phone down on boxes in store so i can grab my ID. Cashier: Heavy set white woman with pink hair whom was eating pizza on the job while ringing customers made a comment to her coworker about me , her coworker stops sweeping to look me up and down. Me: I ask is everything ok , to the worker who was sweeping. Cashier: Tells me to take it down a notch.. and talking very rudely.. Me:??? HUh?? ain't nobody evening being loud i asked if there's a problem because clearly the heavy set cashier made a comment about me .. we exchanged words due to her unprofessional ways and rude comments and had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Then the rude cashier had the audacity to tell me to never come back to that store .. I will do what i please!!! and will make sure the manager pulls the footage from the time of 940 pm on 1/11/26 so they can see how disgusting the performance of their employees are .. that's an embarrassment Nouria would allow people like her to work in a customer service environment .. Then again she is the reason i call Nashua Trashua .. sloppy people like her are a disgrace.. very disgusting and disappointed!!!

Is it pointless to leave a review for a gas station right off the highway? Probably. People are gonna stop or they won't, I suppose. What I want to do, though, is bring attention to the staff here. I work early mornings and stop on my way in every day, at least. Sometimes, multiple stops in a day (what can I say, I love my caffeine). This convenience store has become a part of my routine over the years and I've seen a lot of people come and go, but over the last several months I've grown quite attached to the folks I interact with behind the counter. Shout out to Adam for his banter and warmth on cold mornings, and a big thanks to Jessica for her genuinely kind demeanor and for enabling my obsession with the Winter Red Bull. I have never had a bad experience here, and I hope they are recognized for their customer service. ♥️
