I went in to get some allergy medicine. Went up to the pharmacy to get it. There was one lady loudly complaining about all kinds of things. The girl that helped me was rude. She asked me "what can I get for you?" Wish I had gotten their names. The one that was complaining went to the window to help someone. She was rude to her asking her to move closer to the window. That she couldn't help her from the far right lane. The starting saying loudly "do you go to mc donalds drive thru and pull to the far right lane when the left one is open?" And kept complaining as she walked away. I only went in there cus its right across the street from where I work. If people can't handle their job anymore. There are hundreds of them out there. Go find a new one! I will not be going back there. I would rather drive down the street to Walgreens.

I bought some pain patches for my back for $5.49 or $5.79, cant remember which, and when I got home I realized you put them on your clothing not your skin. Since I was going to wear them while I worked I had to get the ones that go on the skin so I took them back. I did not have a receipt but I was going to exchange for what I needed so I didnt see a problem. Imagine my shock when I was only given $3.14 cents back. Because i didnt have a receipt!!! Is this even legal??? i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately. Just like a previous post, Rite Aid is right near my home and i walk everywhere, but i will be going elsewhere now. This is NOT the first bad experience either.

Never coming here again, terrible customer service!!!!! The cashier did not how to do anything, the store NEVER has items in stock despite them being bogo free, the chubby women with black hair and glasses (management I think) was talking badly about one of the customers with another employee while there was carts and bins all over the aisle. The pharmacy is always a mess, I think one of the employees is on something and has been for a while now. The store manager always swears in front of customers! I used to come here every month to get my prescriptions but not anymore! Go to Amherst st or Hudson, dont waste your time here! CLEAN YOUR PARKING LOT! Disgusting!

Staff closes the drive through when ever they feel like it. Say it’s staffing but can only assume they want people to go to Walgreens and not inside. That’s what we did. Longer hours and friendly service there WITH a drive through.

Horrible pharmacy. Doesn't tell you when stuff is ready, if it does, it might not be even in store. I filled a script in the AM and opted to pick up the next day after 2. I come in after 5 and the line is 12 deep and shocker they don't have my script. I wait over a half hour for them to check what's going on with my meds. Seriously this is gross negligence.

Utter disgrace of a pharmacy team. They wouldn't fulfill our prescription until 9/8 even though we were running out, and wouldn't give us an emergency dose for our baby who is trached and on a vent. Then I show up on 9/8 and they no longer have the medication and told me to come back tomorrow. My daughter is now on 2 days without her meds, in a critical care situation. I'd be going to CVS if my insurance covered them. They dont deserve the 1 star!

Love the store, light and bright and all personnel are very friendly. Great sales too. Updated my review per pharmacy. After waiting for more then an hour to pick a prescription waiting for me, the price they wanted was not the same as on my phone. I use GoodRX for my pain pills. The pharmacy insisted it was just over $30. My phone said $18, then $23, which is what i usually pay. Since I was not the only car who waited in line, I paid it. Future Prescriptions will be picked up inside (though it will hurt to walk in), so if needed will be able to call GoodRX, which they recommend.

The staff of the store is genuinely great. The Pharmacy on the other hand, and honestly I will never even write a review unless it’s a 5 star I come from a business where they’re taken so seriously it’s impossible to operate without fear… but this Pharmacy is a legitimate problem. These people have the easiest job in the entire world, there’s videos online of how simple and FAST the process a Pharmacist has to complete a script… there should be no excuses from these people but it’s unfortunately all I ever get after the plethora of chances I’ve given them. Calling ahead is how you would normally get around such an issue, however they’ve nullified this method by placing an person sitting directly next to the phone to simply pick it up and press hold after the first ring. This persons sole job is to greet the drive thru and ask for them to wait - and then return to the phone seat to pick up & press hold. I’ve watched them do this, trust me as I’ve had hours of my life wasted sitting and observing. It really is pathetic, and I’m so sorry to the regular store workers because they’re awesome - but seriously the fact that Rite Aid has built new locations within 10 miles of this one and not taken notice of the absolute incompetence taking place here is a testament to the business as a whole. GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF. My god.

It won't let me write another review so I deleted my old one. Which was just as bad. My doctor ordered my son meds 24 hours ago. I show up and they were not even looked at. 30 minutes go by and I needed to leave. This was after she said she would get right on it. I sit an wanted in drive through line for another 20 minutes. Just to be told the insurance didn't cover the meds. I'm so frustrated with this pharmacy I really wish I could go back to CVS. To wait over 24 hours for meds and even then they hadn't started them is ridiculous. They don't deserve 1 star.

This pharmacy has lost its integrity and is unsafe for many reasons. They allow a 3rd party to deliver medications via uber eats or "Scipt Drop". Medications have been left out on the streets (literally) with personal information attached. This is not ok and violates any protection of privacy. Medications have been falsely claimed as "delivered" with a fraudulent signature by someone that is unaccountable (being a 3rd party food delivery service). This presents an issue with having missing medications replaced due to Insurance not allowing/ covering it. Complaints have been made with no accountability taken. Signatures have been falsified by Rite Aids choice of delivery services on every delivery. That is fraud. Rite Aid has been made aware of this with no resolution. This was a decent pharmacy and has increasingly gotten worse over 3 years. If you value your privacy and medications being delivered with any amount of integrity or respect, do NOT use this pharmacy. Note to Rite Aid: If by chance I have a response on this review being "apologetic" , save it. This was a review 3 years in the making and Rite Aid had many opportunities to resolve issues. When you realize that medications are not fast food, you may stand a chance to repair trust that has been lost on Rite Aid.

I wanted to give this Rite Aid the benefit of the doubt but the pharmacy staff here are either very overworked, just plain rude, or both. Calling from a hospital to check on meds should not be so unpleasant, and if this is how you treat other medical professionals I worry how patients are spoken to.

I am on a medication that could literally mean life or death for me and there was an issue with my insurance, the pharmacist, not sure her name, but my insurance wasn't working and she basically just blew me off and didn't try to take any further steps to help. A gentleman with long hair and glasses, not sure his name either, But this guy he is the real MVP, he did everything he could possibly do to remedy the issue! He went above and beyond! If he had not been there for me the outcome could have been disastrous to my life. God bless his soul and give him a raise!

I never received my Lcosamide(AntiEpilepticDrug). On 4/9 I was picking up 4 prescriptions total and was only given 3 out of 4. I realized I did not have this medication on 4/11, but it was too late to call the pharmacy. I called on 4/12 at 11:00 am I called to ask if I left the medication behind. I was told that the medication was scanned out and picked up by me on 4/9, even though it was not in my possession at that time. I spoke with my neurology team, and they told me I wouldn't be able to get a refill because it's a controlled substance, my insurance already covered it for the month, and I could not afford this medication out of pocket. Because of this, I called in a refill of Lorazepam to keep my seizure threshold controlled, as missed doses are the main way to provoke a seizure. While picking up my Lorazepam on 4/14 at 7:00pm, I began to have a seizure in the pharmacy. While seizing, I begged the pharmacy to look for my lacosamide again. The pharmacist and technician began searching the shelves, and they found my medication in about five minutes. They handed the medication to my boyfriend and stated, "Sorry for the inconvenience".This was no "inconvenience"; this was an incident that could have ended my life. Your pharmacy team manipulated me into thinking I lost my medication and that it was my fault when in reality they were the ones who scanned my ID, scanned the bottle out, and proceeded to never give it to me. I am deeply disappointed in this pharmacy team as not only did they never give me my medication, THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP DURING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, besides unlock the bathroom door for me to go vomit. The only positive thing that occured in this store was the incredibly lovely cashier who helped my boyfriend make sure I stayed safe during the seizure. She's a lovely woman with gray spiked hair, and she offered to stay outside the bathroom in case the situation worsened and my boyfriend needed help moving me. When I was done in the bathroom, she got me a chair so I could sit until I was ready to walk. She offered to call me an ambulance, offered me tissues, and went as far as cleaning up my vomit when my boyfriend asked her for a mop to clean it up. She even helped me walk to the car so I could be brought to the ER. I am incredibly thankful for this lovely, compassionate cashier, but I am so incredibly disappointed and disheartened by the treatment of this pharmacy. I will be returning to thank your lovely cashier, however I will NEVER use this pharmacy again. Please make sure your pharmacy team is more considerate while handing controlled substances and make sure that once they are scanned out they are actually given to the patient.

This is/was a better pharmacy than CVS or Walgreens. It really is a shame the people who were addicted to pain pills chose to file frivolous lawsuits and destroy a decent company. this location in particular was the best in Southern New Hampshire. I just want this included as part of the review so that people actually know the truth about Rite aid. The people at this location were efficient, friendly and they were very polite. Unlike the people at the CVS and Walgreens down the street were/are very rude, and nasty in their demeanors. I wish the people at this and all Rite Aid stores good luck and best wishes.
