They block the sidewalk with their orange cart and make it NOT handicap acceptable. I moved a cart to try and get around, and an employee immediately blocked it. I left and went to Lowes. It is hard enough without employees making it harder.

Amazing to me, the attitude of the employees at Most Home Depot stores including this one is sooo much better than Lowes. Was greeted upon entering the store, department worker directed me to what I was needing quickly and they actually had it, cashier was really nice and pleasant.

I was in a bind because I had water that had leaked into my basement, and with guests coming, this was the only hardware store open within reasonable distance. My ETA was 10pm, but I called ahead on my way in and explained the situation, and Ray Bender, employee extraordinaire, identified the Ship Vac I would need to clean up the new and promised to have it waiting at the front desk, even if I got there a minute or two after close. When I got there, Michael was at the door and after a quick exchange he let me in, I was able to purchase my Shop Vac from Ray, who, good as his word, had it waiting up front, and get my house cleaned up before the guests arrived. This is customer service at its best, and I'd patronize this Home Depot again any time.

Not sure if I had bad luck or not but this was disappointing. Staff wasn't very keen on helping and the lawn mover bagger I got had a birds nest in it. But when I called the sense I got was this happens. No offer to clean it up nothing other then bring it back. Not going back to this home depot.

Sweet baby Jesus , the app is garbage, Online orders will not be completed promptly. And curbside service is a joke as you will have to waste 30 minutes in the parking lot and then would have to come in .This is outrageous. Why would I get a notification stating; order is ready, when is not !!! The pickup process is not efficient at all which defeats the purpose. Pickup lines are all over the place which makes it confusing. Asking employees is the worst you can do as they feel attacked when you approach them. In the end you get the products but it's a head aid.

I ordered garden supplies on the app with curbside pickup. I accessed my email once my order was ready to signal my arrival. I had several days to pick up but went the very next day. Easy to park in a curbside spot and check in. My stuff was delivered to my car and loaded, and away I went. LOVE IT! I will be using this service again. Great time saver. Easy to use App. Friendly service.

Of course I have time to search for price tags , employees and then repeatedly walk back to do your job. I'm suppose to understand you cant leave the register, and wait/ work 30 mins of your shift. Just close this store. You all should be ashamed in this managements leadership.

Went to get a pipe cut and threaded. Not one single person could do it. I drove 1 hour just for NOTHING. because Managers don't take the time to EDUCATE!! So frustrating

I was there the friday before the impending snow storm. I didn't get any assistance, because the employees were too busy talking to each other. then you have a whole bunch of them standing around doing nothing at self check lines. what are you paying them for, and we have play cashiers ourselves for spending money at your store.

Worst experience ever. Never recommend these people for doing any kind of cabinet's and countertops. Suppose to have been delivered before Christmas. Here we are January 7th and to be delivered today and guess what? Now everything will be delivered January 9th. And of course Amber says there’s a ‘glitch’ DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went to this location to buy items and stood near employees talking about items. We were looking for no one spoke up and said oh. Here's the item number 1 number 2. Went to pay for our items and check out. The machine had no receipts, didn't really need a receipt but wanted to inform the employee. Your device isn't giving receipts. Just looked up at me then. Proceeded to walk by me and start fiddling with the machine. Never asked never apologized and never thanked me for giving him the heads up that it won't give receipts kind of rude. Maybe train your employees to be more helpful and courteous!!

Went on Black Friday and was dreading the crowds but to our surprise, they had staff in place and we were greeted throughout the store from multiple workers. We picked up an online order, had keys made and also grabbed some odds and ends. In and out within 1/2 hour and woulda been sooner if we weren’t busy goofing off. This store and crew did great and deserves a 5 star for their performance today!

Honestly blown away at the kindness and hard work of some of the staff here. Our Christmas tree stand decided to crack this year, which we weren’t aware of until we had the tree set up and put water in it. 🙄 I spent all of Monday evening looking at multiple stores for a stand with no luck. Home Depot said they had several in stock, so 20 freaking minutes later I got there to find ONE left on the shelf WITHOUT hardware. I was defeated and stressed. A man named Trent, I believe (I’m awful with names, sorry.) & another staff member came to the rescue and went searching for the others. When they couldn’t find them, they got hardware from a smaller stand (worked perfectly by the way) and got me taken care of. Then in my normal difficult fashion, I needed a flashlight for when we lock up our chickens at night. I could not find this either. So one of the men from earlier and one more went on a mission to find it for me AGAIN. They found something a smidge better and kept it at the same price I had been looking at. Beyond grateful for you 3 helping a stressed Mommah out that night. I apologize for somehow becoming the MOST difficult customer ever but am beyond grateful for you guys! Y’all literally saved our Christmas this year! I hope y’all have a wonderful one yourselves!
