They have almost everything i need and are much better than the Home Depot on I 35. It's still almost impossible to get anyone to help you, but at least so far, they have not been rude like the other location. The parking is crazy because there is not much room to get around. If lowes does not have it i come here next

Whatever you do, don’t buy shades from them it’s six months from ordering one arrived broken when the installer came to fix another broke when he tested 😳and now we have a third one sagging in the center when closed. They still haven’t the first two replacements installed yet !Beware of Home Depot and the Bali rechargeable shades !

Tried to return a shower head. I lost the receipt (my bad). However, the return person did not believe I purchased it there. Insinuated it was stolen. Since then, I avoid Home depot.

Seemed like it was inconvenient to all for help. lThen was given wrong product. When i had them correct i was given bags of mulch with holes in them and soaking wet so now my car is a muddy mess. The pic below is just a small bit. Which shouldn't be there either but other part of car we didn't get pics of

I meant to do this a couple days ago when I was fresh off the stores parking lot but got distracted so here goes I broke the pull chain in my bedroom ceiling fan light and there's a part inside of it call the pull chain switch and I broke that as well having no idea that such a thing existed went to a local home Depot where I encountered a young lady who when I asked her to direct me to the thing didn't give me directions decided she'd stop what she was doing which was not tending to a customer and show me directly where the item was it wasn't precisely where she thought it was so she took the time going on a little hunt with me and using her home Depot device she was such a fantastic CSR that I had to leave this for hopefully her or her managers to see she was not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but a delight to go on a hunt with that girl deserves a promotion or a bonus or something because she is dedicated to helping people out when they don't know what they're doing without her I'd have been in the store for at least another hour thanks Mischa 5 stars all the way.

I bought wood that I needed to be cut from here, and at first, they couldn’t cut it because the saw was down. Okay fine things happen, but when I came back a couple of weeks later asking if I could get someone to cut it for me, an older employee gave the rudest and most condescending remarks about how they couldn’t even cut anything less than 12 inches. No one informed me of this the first time, so I then ask where or what I could get to get the job done. He continued to be rude and condescending. It feels incredibly unnecessary given your job is literally to help the customers. It’s okay if there are limitations to things, but you don’t have to be rude about it. Ridiculous. This is why I go to Lowe’s.

Home Depot Waco Tx. Typical large chain store. No help, no experience, no care. After carting 100 bags of mulch through the store from the garden center because they wouldn’t open the garden center gate or send help. I decided to do my business elsewhere knowing the results will most likely be similar. The guys in the rental side have been very good which is why I gave any stars at all. Home Depot’s sales would increase 10x if someone cared enough to manage it properly.

I spend $10k+ at home depot every year. Twice now the pre order is lacking. Specially today the employee who picked my order sat and gossiped standing 10' from handing order in for 10+ min. Him being a middle age + male made it so the responsible teenage girls to fearful to interrupt his convo. Do better, Lowes offers military discount too

Went plant shopping. They have a great selection of herbs. Bought some sage, oregano and rosemary. Oh..... and some flowering plants. Enjoyed my shopping there. Everything was organized and they had good deals

Garden area is closed. Asked to employees what time does garden area open?. Both employees did not have a clue. When you’re older, and you live in Texas, and it’s hot as hell. You go to work early. Need to do some landscape work in your garden area is closed. What the hell, I assume it opens up at 9:30 or 10. I was there at 8:30 and it was closed. Anyway, it’s got too much crap in the aisles. You can’t get your shopping cart around. I hate this. I’m beginning to shop more at Lowes. I find better deals also.

I recently visited Home Depot to collect my order of 25 cases of 30-mil vinyl flooring. Upon entering the store, I requested that the staff bring out my order. An employee did take the order outside on pallet . His name was VICTOR , but then left me to load the cases into my vehicle on my own. This was not only inconvenient but also disappointing, given my previous positive experiences with Home Depot. 6/21/2025 @ 11:45am-12

I went in to get materials for a project and I needed a lot of cuts and Charles was so nice and helpful. He didn’t get frustrated that I wanted my plywood cut an exact way so that I could have one long strip off the whole board first then the length cut down so I could use all pieces of the board. I did not get her name but the cashier who helped me ring everything up was very nice as well. I had a great experience all the way around.

Best customer service we received yesterday from appliances department. Went in late with a very tired toddler and the lady helping us purchase a refrigerator was so patient and friendly. Clean and organized store, easy to find what you looking for and if you can't find what you're looking for the staff is happy to assist you. We will be back and definitely recommend this place. UPDATE: 03/31/2019 We have been back maybe twice every other week. We purchased all our appliances and blinds for 18 windows for our new home. Maureen helped us pick up a door and was supper nice and pleasant to work with. I cannot even begin to explain how excellent the customer service is here. So far this is my best home improvement store. UPDATE: 06/22/2018 Currently in the the store looking for paint and again Maureen was working in the paint department today. She is so phenomenal at what she does, she provides the best customer service ever. She is so patient and very helpful without feeling like you're bothering her. We love this Home Depot so much because of the customer service we receive from the employees here, highly recommend this store.

Only issue is the help there need not be so lazy. If you dont feel like helping a customer or help find what he us looking for, get off the floor. I was literally lied to when asked about a product they carried. He literally told me that it was online only. I loaded the home depot app. Look up the item and behold. I got the row and aisle number for what I was looking for. Do better. The item i was looking for were drawer liners.

The Home Depot on Waco Drive near the mall. Went inside to look for some plumbing supplies. I was having a hard time finding what I was looking for. I saw a gentleman employee walking up the isle my way so I asked him if he could help me. He looked reluctant to help but asked me questions. I told him what I was needing. He then walked away as to look for it. Left the isle and never came back. To be honest, it was pretty funny the way he just left. I waited for a short while thinking he would come back. Never did. I proceeded to walk around to look for what I was needing. I went to the next isle to search and there he was helping another person. Now, I understand there is a good chance he was already helping someone else. I get that. But, he never acknowledged me or kept me updated on his findings. I’ve worked at a Home Depot before and I know how busy it can get. But, I can just tell that man didn’t want to help me. Very unprofessional. This was the first time I’ve visited this location and it was a bad experience for me. I’ll stick to the nicer stores for now on. I never got his name. Wish I had. Not sure how long he’s worked there but maybe he doesn’t like his job or doesn’t like helping certain people.

Honestly kinda disappointed with Home Depot. I’m redoing the floors in my kitchen and went up to the Waco location to get 350sqft worth of rolled vinyl to which they said they don’t have enough and that it would be 2 rolls and heavy enough to need 4 people to move. So I get it delivered payed the $55 delivery fee for it to get here and only be one roll and only 84lbs (myself and the delivery guy lifted very easily). Sounds like the employee was just too lazy to measure and cut it for me in store.
