Terrible. Vacuum machine ate my quarters. Hand held car wash had settings that did not work. No number on line to get money back!

The automatic wash does okay if you want to get the salt off, but my car is always still dirty afterwards.

The vacuums require quarters, but the change machines only give dollar coins. Other than that it's a good place for car washing.

Paid $16 after tax for the car wash. And left with my truck still dirty.. Third time I have tried them. And every time the same results!

Please stop plowing into the Sidewalks and to Route 5. It is illegal due to Town of Evans Code to push snow into the sidewalks and to the roadway. Stop clearing pushing the snow out of the Vacuum areas just to scam people for their money as the vacuums and reviews below do not work most of the time. The snow is plowed every snowfall to Route 5 and people cannot see coming out of the road right there to safely make it onto the Highway. Stop being ignorant and also clean your bays and mow the lawn in more often. The previous Owner was there every day washing out the bays etc. Respect the neighbors before accident happens and clean the sidewalks!

I paid $9.00 for a car wash it’s sprayed under my car and did nothing else. I was locked in the bay both garage doors down!! There’s no phone number to call anyone??? getting officiated for about 15 minutes, until I had to call 911 to help me get out, and I left with a dirty car.

I came here to clean and vacuum my car. When I went to the machine to vacuum it it ate $10 on me and would not turn on. I tried to call the number on the building but couldn’t leave a message. I’m extremely upset that I can’t even contact anyone to get my money back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems and haven’t been able to reach anyone. I will not use this again and I warn others to be careful. If something goes wrong you will not get it rectified. It’s extremely unprofessional.

If you’re ever considering to get your car washed here, save your money and do it yourself. Probably the worst car wash to go to. The machines will eat your money. The foam brushes were broken. The tubing that dispenses the cleaning product will leak all over your body. Literally just go somewhere else unless you’re looking for a headache.

50% price increase for broken down car washes - no thanks. It's time to take my business elsewhere. Evans is just not a $10 - $14 car wash town kind of town. And no monthly fixed price deals either. Hamburg has much better car wash options.

I went there to vacuum my car, tried 3 different vacuums. 2 took my money but wouldn't turn on. The 3rd turned on but did not have any suction. called the number listed at the car wash and it gives a message stating "Call back at another time" and memory was full so i couldn't leave a message. How do you run a business like this and not have means to have someone address problems when they arise?

Automated car wash Bay #2 (second from end), does not work using the Ultimate Car Wash option. Took $13.05 (including tax), rinsed my car for about 20 seconds, then no soap, no wax, no rinse again, no dry. Just a prompt for the exit so the car behind me could enter the bay. I called and no call back a week later.

No lights, no colored soaps, and a couple more dollars than this quality of wash should be. And 2 years after those terrible reviews about the dryer, it still doesn't work. Never returning.

Horrible car wash. The self wash is a scam.. sprayers suck, takes a minute for it to activate and actually start to spray. Once you add money it will not allow you to add more. I live in derby and I will never go back here. 4$ to start it and it's a $1 for a minute.... Horrible. Stop ripping people off!!

Used automatic car wash , first bay. Pay $12 for Deluxe wash which shoukd have included drying. It didn't dry the car. I hand dried it myself. The wash was brief; didn't go through all cycles. Very disappointed that I can't talk to someone. No phone number available to share this experience. Writing this review hoping someone reaches out to me. The other reviews state similar issues. Unfortunately, would not recommend this car wash.

Automatic car wash is below average and pricey but it's nearby. Manual car wash bays are trash. You must pay in EXACT cash only, and you MUST start with 4 $1 bills , you cannot start the machine with anything else. Then once the timer starts you get to waste a couple minutes trying to get the bill reader to accept your $5 bills which, guess what, it rejects them constantly. Pretty slick scam you got going there.
