I was hopeful, but unfortunately left disappointed. The first blow is probably more to my ego than anything else. As I was waiting in line a staff member came outside with what looked like stickers advertising their business. I love stickers so I was pumped. Then, he went directly past my car to the car beside me. I think, that’s fine, he’ll loop around. Nope. After giving them a sticker he goes to the car behind me. I regress, it’s time for my car wash. I got the works for everyone’s favorite, tri-colored foam. Only to sit as the neon sign says it’s foam time and white foam sprays my car. I think that’s fine, strange to do double foam but I’m ready for that tri-colored beauty. Nope. Water. It’s spray down and dry time. I was pleasantly surprised to see vacuuming was included but in the end, I'm stickerless and wishing I had just gotten the basic wash.

This is a very nice and clean car wash. There are 3 options for washing your car and the top option is definitely your best value. Each of them offer an undercarriage wash which is essential in WNY. After washing your car there are vacuums available.

I purchased the most expensive wash and sadly have to report that it did a terrible job. I had our mini-van washed and it hardly touched the back window and tailgate. I had to wipe it down and use glass cleaner to get it clean. I was hoping it would do a better job than it did because I like to support our Hamburg businesses but it really didn’t. Wasted $16.

Expensive and did a poor job. Lines from the wipers were barely cleaned. For 13$ you should get more than a 50 second wash time. Pressure was good but I don't think they allow enough time for the detergents to soak on the vehicle. I won't be returning.

This IS by far the best self service car wash ever! The $13 wash and dry is 10 times better than Delta Suckit! Along with powerful FREE vacuums. Support local business!! Give this a try, you'll be happy!

Fantastic place, my be home always turns out great every time. Yes it may be a little pricey but realistically with the economy we live in and for the quality of the wash it is worth it all day. You simply pay for what you get. You can go somewhere else and pay $8.00 but it simply will not turn out as good. The location itself is always very clean and up kept. Great locally owned business I love to see it.

This isn’t just a car wash - it’s an experience. We got the highest tier wash and our car has never been cleaner. We’re still talking about the unbelievable water pressure. And the vacuums! I had so much fun vacuuming the car. If we lived closer we’d probably come every week.

This car wash is AWESOME! It accommodates vehicles of different sizes with ease - Subaru Impreza, RAM 1500. Some may question the value, but for me it’s a good value when you consider the convenience of washing your vehicle during the winter months. Owners have been responsive and when onsite are very helpful and attentive to their patrons. Selfishly, I’m really glad they chose this location, super close for me and they opened just in time to keep my vehicles washed this time of year. Thank you Apex Car Wash!

This car wash is my son's favorite. He has autism and LOVES car washes. This one has great lights for him, and gets my car super clean, which makes me happy! The first time we went the owner was there, making sure everything was running smoothly. Great look for the area, too!

We love this car wash! It is very convenient being in the village of hamburg. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The lights inside the car wash are really fun for kids and I love knowing my car won’t get scratched because it is a touch less car wash. The vacuums have a ton of suction as well.

I had higher expectations for the top tier wash. It did not do a very good job of cleaning the wheels, there were still bugs on the front end and the drying leaves a lot to be desired. I don’t use an automatic car wash to then spend 5-10 minutes drying my car more.

Car wash is excellent and cleans very well. Everything was done up to my standards. Water pressure is amazing for a touch less wash which allows the system to get those tough to reach spots. After talking to the Tyler I also learned that there main goal is customer satisfaction which they have proven to me in a very short period of time. I will be a repeat customer to this business. Thank you for the great customer service/communication and of course car wash. The FREE vacuums are also a huge plus. These guys want to earn your business. I suggest trying them out!

UPDATE: We have given them another chance and having gone twice recently: I must say that both times were good experiences. The pressure of the wash was great and took the messy NY salt off of our car very adequately. I have re-written my review and upped the star rating. Also, I’m very glad they changed how the lights function…..initially they were fun for kids, but quite obnoxious. I wasn't impressed with the thoroughness of the wash when they first opened, but I am glad I decided to revisit, because it seems they have worked out the kinks. Keep it up!! 👍🏻

This car wash was amazing! I won’t go to delta sonic anymore. It gets your car cleaned and won’t chip the paint off like delta does. It gets inside the rim for an extra cleaning! They have an app to earn points.

Wow. No 3 minute car wash here for 20 bucks. You get your money worth! Vacuums and air hose nozzles to clean out your vents and door jambs is real nice. Staff very helpful.
