Can’t recommend enough! Great communicator, super thorough for a basic maintenance detail it looks amazing, like new! He didn’t rush through it even though it was the basic service and I also accidentally booked two services that overlapped so he explained I didn’t need both because one was included in the other and he removed the unnecessary service from my tab (some people might have just charged my naive self!)

I have been rolling around with a muddy car for about a month but my birthday is in a few days. I can’t pop out in a dirty car, right? I googled a few detail spots and after seeing all the 5 star reviews of That Drip, I had to check it out. Will was prompt, I dropped off my car and he messaged me when it was almost finished. He even offered me water as it was hot outside. Love the attention he paid to my 2034 Lexus RX350. Someone had scratched the car, but Will was able to get this scratch marks off. My car looks as good as the day I got her. I’ll be back!

To start my story off. One of my friends borrowed my crew cab Silverado, not only did he wreck it, but he smoked in it for 3 weeks and then the day I was coming home he used some kind of chemical spray and perfume to mask the odor of the cigarettes which made it even worse. I was out of town working for 4 weeks and his vehicle broke down he was supposed to borrow it for one day to move some things. But he lied to me and he drove it for almost 27 days. I called several car detail shops but everybody was out for several days to get to me, I explained to the owner Will of this detail shop that I was leaving town again traveling from St Louis to Omaha and I really didn't want to breath the smoking chemical smells. He said not a problem I will help you out bring it over right now. And I did that 4 hours later he called me and I picked my vehicle up it was fantastic, inside and out he had detailed it out it was as clean as it could have been from when I first bought the truck and no smells in it at all. Now it's been about a week later and the truck is still beautiful I love it. Will has became a friend and somebody that I would highly recommend.
