Texas Excellence Detail did the best detailing job I’ve ever seen. My car is 10 years old and was extremely sandy. I went with the Gold Package; they spent 2 days and roughly 12 hours (if not more) to make sure the job was done correctly. I left feeling like I had just bought a new car. I’ve been coming to Texas Excellence for the past 9 months to service my IID device, and from day one, the experience has been surprisingly pleasant considering the circumstances. The staff is always courteous, professional, and genuinely a joy to be around—even with something as frustrating as a breathalyzer. Got my windows tinted here and was “guaranteed lifetime warranty “, went today after 3 years just for them to tell me there’s no record of me tinting my windows here and they did not bother to search up my history and decided to charge me instead for a new window tint. Lifetime warranty my ass. Make sure you have your receipt upon purchase because they fail to mention that part you need to hold on to your receipt for life instead of them being organized and having it in their system of your purchase history .

My fairly brand new car has paint damage on my driver side door extending to the passenger in the back. My insurance company has sent Texas Excellence to fix it. David was sent into my place to fix my car. I am extremely thankful for his knowledge of his trade and genuinely attempted to fix the paint damage. The paint damage was too extensive and he recommended that my car needed to be in a auto repair shop because both doors need to come off to be able to completely repair the paint. He was honest about his assessment on how my car needs to be repaired instead of trying to gain a sale for that day. Long story short, I took my car to a local auto repair shop and was indeed estimated and approved for repair. I personally want to thank David for his professionalism, honesty and knowledge of his trade! Thank you!!!

Took a brand new 2021 Tesla Model 3 for window tint left with tint and a new giant scratch in the paint. Right above the rear driver side door so I can see it everytime I get in. They did nothing to accommodate the scratch and denied causing it. I wouldn't bring my vehicles here at least not if you care about them.

Their service is awesome 🤝so far we have put rock lights on our truck, we have done the undercoating and they installed a badass system that changed the way I listen to my music, it thumps GREAT 👍 Martin is great at explaining and breaking down everything. They really do know how to take care of their customers. I would recomend this place 100% 👏Next up is a 4 inch lift kit and I can't wait for it, so excited 🤗

I want to personally thank David, DJ and staff for going above and beyond. I went in for what I thought was a simple undercoat and internal spray lining for my cargo trailer and man was I wrong. David not only gave an affordable price , He picked up the trailer, completed the job and took it back to the trailer company for more work to be done. On top of that he took the time to explain the process and did not rush it in any way. It was done right the first time and I'm very happy I chose to go with them instead of someone else. So as I have brought me and my father's business here at Texas Excellence Detail & Tint, Alarm, Tires, Auto starts, Wash, Wax, Bedliner Audio installes, Amp, Running of wires hidden. CLEAN! & I MEAN CLEAN. Oh and don't forget lighting, rims, oil, grill gaurds... And more.. I mean MORE! David, DJ, Martine and along with the rest of the team. To many too thank. I took my truck in to get my audio system upgraded and a tint job. I’m very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of materials and products and extremely satisfied with my audio system upgrade. The only downsides for me was the 3% fee the credit card provider they use charges. The other issue I had is after they said they’d call me in a week, it took three weeks after I gave them a deposit before I could get an appointment to do the work which wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to call them every week for an update. Beyond that I am happy with the end results.

Purchased brand new 2023' Nissan Rogue from Hicks Nissan with tinted windows installed by Texas Excellence Tint with warranty yet, wouldn't honor warranty under defective product, spots & scratches developed on inside, what good is a warranty if you don't honor it. That's like saying lifetime warranty and your out of business in 3yrs...
