Once again "Cash Only " sign posted at door.This is a re-occuring problem at this location.Maybe home office will see this posting and try to get this location improvements on their Wi-Fi. The staff is always friendly at Hamlin location.

Nifty place, quick, simple, works for me. It's in the Hamlin shopping center, when you see the huge water jug your at the right place. Don't knock it till you come over. Plus after all that covid pandemic I believe it's a wise idea to shop for less, cloths and jewelry and high end stuff may look cool, but the price tags are stupid and gimmicks. Just be simple, you'll be surprised how much more money you'll have in your pockets when you spend wisely.

It has a great selection of stuff and the cashier was extra nice and brought me my keys all the way to my car that I left there hanging on the basket. Very nice young man.

Although the remodeling made a difference in feeling less crowded and more comfortable while shopping, the staff did not. There were two employees there for the first 15 min or so then only one, the manager. Maybe because I had a cartful of items I'm not sure but she seemed to be annoyed when I asked for assistance. After checkout I noticed there were several items that did not ring up as advertised and it was a significant difference in savings so I asked her for credit. The look she gave me and the continued look of complete annoyance that remained plastered on her face made me feel incredibly unwelcomed and I will not return to that store, ever. I purchased well over a hundred dollars that day and regret it to this day. I will give my business to an establishment that remembers kindness and humility go a long way.

This is my favorite Family Dollar in town. It's always clean, doesn't stink, isn't trash on the floor, they always greet you & are always helpful. There are never disheveled shelves or just stuff in random places or thrown about, BECAUSE the staff stay busy & I'm sure there are customers who make plenty of mess. There are carts there in isles a lot for stocking, but it's always out of the way as much as possible. Some family dollar stores are AWFUL! GOOD JOB YA'LL
