$12 is the cheapest one time wash. The wash itself is great the problem is the vacuums haven't worked properly for months. Either they don't work or have very low suction. Half the vacuum hoses are missing.

I have been monthly charged for a service I already cancelled (didn't notice it was a recurrent charge). I've talked several times with the guys at the car wash and no one can help, the manager is never there and it is not possible to talk to anybody to cancel!!! Awful and dishonest business.

Have basic monthly service. Before entering car wash machine someone scrubs car down for a prewash which is nice. Price is comparable to other places. Many vacuums and they work descent.

Convenient location is good, but not the best in terms of the service. Price is same but offers less than other businesses, e.g. no hand drying/wipe after drive through for no extra cost. Car has water spots afterward, sometimes vacuums don't work well. Would not recommend the tire shine option, multiple occasions when paid for, but not applied.

My first wash, a man with a long brush soaped parts of the car before entering the automated tunnel. This last time, no. And the vacuum equipment had low pressure and this was written on a handwritten sign before entering. For a self serve car wash, it is on the expensive side. It's convenient for a quick wash however

The location is great, however, after using this carwash for a month multiple times a week I can confidently say it is not worth it. I purchased the 30/month "Mega" option because I wanted my tires and rims to be cleaned as well. The consistency for the tire and rim clean is not there at all. Some days it would clean one side but most days it would leave them the same as when you would enter. 100% of the time the tire shine would only be applied to one side of the car and leave a black gunk residue all over the rims. The vacuums were hit or miss. Sometimes they work well and sometimes they do not. The car wash did an average job at actually cleaning the car with soap. The car wash also stops abruptly sometimes. If they get the tire shine and wheel clean sorted out I would change my rating.

***Avoid at all cost.*** Car wash won’t reply or take responsibility for my damaged car. When I went to use their vacuum, the top part of the vacuum hose fell on my vehicle. Now I have a dent and chipped paint. Was told someone will reach out in 1-2 business days. No one has contacted me for my repair. I’m stuck paying $400.00 in damages for a simple $15.00 car wash. Thank you Terra Nova Car Wash.

After over +6 years as a member I finally decided to end my membership here due to a Car Wash opening closer to my house. I always enjoyed coming here after or before work since it was close to my job. Although I didnt want to cancel my membership, The final factors of me making that started with my membership being changed from $20 to $35 on its own. I tried changing it back but I kept going when the car Wash Manger wasn't there. Also on one occasion I got charged twice in the same month. The 2nd factor was the scanner that reads your membership when you pull up has been out of order for many months now and sometimes you have to tell the employee you pay $35 if not they'll give you a basic car wash. This made me check out soapy Joe's by my house and I ended up having a good experience so I made my final decision to switch!

AVOID THIS CAR WASH! I want to know hoowwww in the heeelllllll I left with soap still on my car. I hate “putting your car in neutral car washes” makes zero sense. I felt a bump like someone could have possibly hit my car going through this and was not sure if it the grail on the ground locked. I drove out and checked the back of my car; luckily I did not see a dent any damage; had NO clue what caused my car to move like that but the car behind me was a bit too close. Common sense should’ve came to the guy who was directing when it was clear for a car to enter…. As far as I know the car had no business being that close on me on the wash I payed for…. Long story short, I came home and cleaned my car with minimum materials and got it cleaner than that trashy wash. Your car is NOT safe going through here and you WILL leave dirty. I was surprised bc I had a positive experience the first time I came here (it was still a bit dirty) the 2nd time (this time) was the last straw. If I could give 0 stars or a hell level I would! A NEGATIVE # that is. And NO I will not change my review for being honest.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years. Recently, I noticed a new employee named "Isa" , whose behavior towards clients has been disappointing. During my last visit, I witnessed him being dismissive and unresponsive to customer inquiries, including my own. When I asked for additional towels to dry my car, he simply looked at me and walked away without addressing my request.

The car wash may be inexpensive, but remember, you get what you pay for. The brushes don't touch the top of the car. Often left without clean drying rags. But probably one of the least expensive car washes around.

I thought soapy joes on E st was a nightmare. Their vacuums don’t work. Get your shoes dirty while you try to dry and vacuum your car. Tunnel is good and the guys brushing your car before going in are doing a good job.
