300 bucks, didnt even clean the roof of my truck. Sat there and waited for 3 hours for them to finish. Absolutely terrible service. Definitely not going back. Also no air freshener! Amateur hour.

First time there saw a great price on gas... but no no you have to get a car wash price changes by 30 cents with out a car wash. I think it’s very deceiving and bad business practices. It a no name gas and it was higher then the National brand across the street. I support small business but to raise the price of your gas by 30 cents without a car wash is not fair

Worst car wash in the history of man. The last time I went there I was up-sold to a wash that included carpet shampooing and a few extra services. They washed and dried the car, but I watched as they didn't perform the extra services. When I asked the manager, his response was, "Oh, we don't actually do that stuff UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK US TO." So why was I paying extra?? It's the closest car wash to my house. Never again.

By far one of the worst places I have taken my car for a car wash. On 6/6/2017 I took my car to get waxed. My car is now at a body shop due to my door being caught in someone's tire as they left tried to drive off. All my doors were open as the woman tried to drive off from the bay and now my driver door and passenger door are damaged and bent. I had to get my car TOWED!!!!!!!!! The manager on site was rude and nasty and didn't even come look at my car or nothing! Then he tried to talk in Spanish to the guy who reported it to him and little did he know I spoke Spanish. Very rude and he never came out to see if i needed anything.... NOTHING..... NONE of them did!!!!!!!!!!! I spent $60 for a wax on my car that is now sitting at a body shop awaiting fixing.....

This is the WORST place east of the 805. Do not ever get your car washed there. I went there, paid $94 for an oil change and upgraded car wash. I had to go back after waiting for 2 hrs because they did such a bad job. They then forgot to put back the floor mats and I had to drive back to to retrieve it the next day. This is last time I'll even use this place. Don't waste your money.

I have been going here for 4 years and with the new management I have to say it went to garbage. They use to be customer oriented and welcomed returning customers like family. Now when you go their whole focus is to sell you the hand wash because they get a commission. They will purposely not clean your rims if you get anything other than a hand wash. Today was the last straw when they said we are not responsible for rim damage if you get a machine car wash and asked me to sign stating that just to get me to buy a $45 hand wash. Avoid at all causes. There is another car wash down the street by Southwestern college with better prices and service. CAR WASH EXPRESS AND LUBE.

Took my truck in for a detail and couldn't be happier. The gentleman who wrote my service up was nice and had great customer service. I was in and out quicker than I thought. Great job on the detailing team. I will definitely be going back and recommending this place.

I've only been here twice, and the first time I didn't like the way they washed my car. However I took as, oh it must of been a bad day for them. So I gave them a second chance , and unfortunately it's just a very bad car wash. They didn't clean it right, didn't dry it right just very bad service all around. To top it off it's very pricey, lousy service and they took forever to dry my car. Never again will I go to this car wash!!!

My wife pulled up when it was basically empty. No cars in sight being washed or dried. Two guys doing nothing, asked her immediately if she wanted the car detailed. My wife asked how much and they told her a price over $100. My wife decided not to and to just get a regular wash. They told her it would be an hour & a half. Didn't make sense, since there were no cars being washed or dried at the time. Were they closing, trying to come up on a detail job or just being unprofessional? My wife ended up backing out and went to the one in Bonita. Very uncomfortable!

The lack of care from a single employee in this entire operation is mind boggling!! I don’t think there is anyone responsible for anything. If my customers in my service business were treated the same way this place treats its customers I would be out of business. The quality of cleaning is shoddy at best. Streaks and missed spots all around. You’ll end up having to inspect and quality control yourself and then finish the job yourself. Just atrocious. If it wasn’t for their prime location this place should have been out of business, and deservedly so. Go somewhere else… Do it yourself… wait for the next rain… do anything but to come to the Shell gas station/car wash in Eastlake. You’ll only disappoint yourself.

Unfortunately, I have to give this car wash a poor review. The cleaning was average, nothing special, but the real issue was the customer service at the front desk. The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. This kind of interaction is unacceptable and significantly impacted our overall experience. It’s important for businesses to ensure that all staff members, especially those in customer-facing roles, treat customers with respect and professionalism. Because of this, we won’t be returning.

Hey everyone, you want to waste your money and have a terrible experience at a car wash? Then come here and it will not disappoint! Worse place ever. Don’t believe me? Read the other reviews. Don’t just take my word for it. Oh and forget about talking to one of the managers. They are arrogant, rude, and offer no resolution to your complaint. How are they still in business? Maybe because they are attached to a gas station and it’s convenient for people to get a wash. Make no mistake, you will have a really bad experience sooner than later. Added 12/06- Owner responded to my review. Asking me to contact their team to see how they could make things right. That tells me that he didn’t read my review in its entirety. I did contact the “manager” which told me that if I want good results every time I have to give big tips. That’s why I said he was rude and arrogant. Anyway. This is my honest experience.

I came early to get my car cleaned. I think they did an overall good job. They spent about 20 min drying it and getting rid of the marks. They forgot to lower the windows to clean the marks left by the rain, so they are not very thorough. I think for the $40 bucks plus tips. it is worth it. The car wash is usually packed during the weekends, but on weekdays in there, morning is pretty chill.

Hands down, no matter how many times I come, they just can't clean a vehicle. If I could rebrand this place, it would be with a sly fox logo bc they have no shame in ripping people off. I have come at least ten times only because they give me free passes for their last fail and it takes 3 different times to get one complete clean!Someone PLEASE comment with another place in Eastlake so I don't have to get stuck here again!

Not very good cleaning. Turned car in @ 4:20pm. They close at 5:00pm on Saturdays. I'm assuming they rush on the cars that come in after 4, which probably isn't a good habit/business practice. I paid for the platinum option - had high hopes, really hoping to find my new car wash place here. Left dead insects in the grill area, didn't clean the headlights, had to wipe off water from window myself, left dirt around the skirt/lower part of bumper, cursing in English/Spanish out loud n proud.

Went here and paid $150 (got a $10 discount) to get my f150’s dashboard cleaned, floors vacuumed, seats shampooed, and exterior washed. After I arrived here I noticed this car wash didn’t have the best reviews but I and was not disappointed at all. I forgot to take pictures before my truck was washed but there was a lot of hair on the backseat floor because of my dogs.

This place is easy to get to, they do a decent job at washing the cars out here. I like the people they are nice and friendly. Service is good has is usually pricey, but for a fast fill and a carwash is worth it.
