Very upset I arrive with a little over 10 mins to spare and they say no were close like really you close at 5pm not 445 and laughed at me. I've always come here. So disappointed with this service to a loyal customer who brings all three of my cars. This is not okay and hopefully the owner see this.

I've been coming to this full service car wash since 1998. They vacuum, out the interior, run it through the wash, hand dry, and clean the interior in about 10 minutes. The new monthly unlimited subscription allows me to come as often as needed. My car has never been so clean.

Best car wash. First time customer, used deal from Groupon. They spent a good amount of time pre-washing my car before going into the car wash. My car was very dirty and came out super clean. Hard working employees. Thanks a bunch.

Paid 250 for their top package- they said it would be hand washed and waxed. My car was sent through their automatic car wash and clearly unwaxed. I pointed out a few areas that clearly hadn’t been touched on the interior and they briefly wiped it down with a micro fiber cloth. Not detergents or cleaning agents. It looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. They kept my car for over six hours and didn’t even send it off with an air freshener as their sign promised. Absolute rip off.

Low key disappointed. I paid the $28 service which in essence only got my outside clean “enough” and speedy vacuum. Their “wipe down” was minimal. I still saw my son’s French fries openly visible and I cleaned as much as I could before hand. It’s like they went over everything once and called it a day. I ended up going to auto zone and got a microfiber cloth and a $6 detail spray and did a far better job on wiping down than they did. Will likely not go back.

Waited for somebody to show at the entrance, and no Hi or good mourning No customer service what so ever! everyone seems pissed and for almost 30 bucks for the car wash? can u at least fake a smile? and the car wash it self! you are better of going to a gas station… What of waist of money and time… Never again!!!

A year ago this car wash was good I can say now that unfortunately it’s not the same anymore I have my cars detailed all the time and today I brought it in and just realized how bad their machines scratch your car take a look I have pics of a week before and trust me not making it up! 6/13/2020 2:00pm I guarantee you that it won’t matter which package you get. Disappointed 👎

I like to give the benefit of the doubt and decided to wash my car here despite the reviews. NOT WORTH IT. I paid for the $29 package. My car looked semi-clean on the outside but still super dirty in the inside. They said their package didn’t include wiping the inside of the doors, the mirrors, the seats, or anything inside the car besides the vacuuming. However, they didn’t even vacuum my trunk, and my car still had stains from spilled fluids in the seats and doors. I had to ask them to pop the cover for the gas tank open and wipe it because there was a bunch of foam coming out of it. I kindly asked them to clean the doors where there was visible dirt and they said I needed to pay $80 for that in a very rude way. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN.

It really is just okay. Ur car will be cleaner but not sparkling clean. It's good enough but not what I'd expect when paying for a service. I'm just too lazy to do it myself and the other car wash was too busy.

I had not been here in years and let’s just say I will never return. For $29!!! My car was still dirty they couldn’t even clean my center console. Ugh so mad!!!

While my car was being washed the cover To My gas lid was popped off with the pressure of the machines that were washing and train my car. When I went straight to my car once I seen what was happened, The guys that were wiping down the car begin to tell me. when I came to have my car cleaned I did not have one. So I started walking towards the inside of the car wash area where the machines are and buy one of the big brushes there was the gas lid all chipped and cracked. As they are putting on the cover which took them 15 to 20 minutes to get done and figure out I looked inside my car and saying that the car did not get vacuumed. so at that point I asked for a manager they told me that the owner was in side the building. I requested to speak to him once. Once he spoke to me he stayed It must have been loose and that it popped off on its own I let him know no that’s not something that is loose it was never lose. I told him look at the inside of my car it is not vacuumed and I paid to have my car washed and vacuumed my car is still dirty. I begin to tell him that I watched the machine pull my gas lid cover off. while standing there listening mean to him give me his million excuses of why this happened. I Looking at my car I pointed out that the brush scraped my car and he stated that that’s not possible That he is not responsible for any damage that is done to my car. I demanded that my car be spot cleaned By hand and vacuumed twice. I let him know that I have been there many times before and never had any problems whatsoever for any damages when they wash my vehicle. He apologized . That’s all I can do it just say sorry . I recommend if are going to get a car wash and do not want your car getting damaged . DO NOT GO HERE The service that I paid for I did not get. I will continue to let everyone know that lives here in Chula Vista or around the area do not visit this car wash if you do not want your car to get damaged.

This place is close to my home so it was convenient but I started to notice that their costumer service and overall service wasn't the same as a couple of years ago. They don't bother to even vacuum the inside of the car no matter which package you pay for. Now I have a huge problem because they offered a package for $40 a month but it seems like they close down for good since they haven't opened for days and I am worried that if they closed down for good they will keep charging me every month.

**UPDATE** New owners have heard our voice and have brought back the spray of fragrances inside the cars. Great to hear. Great service, Offer Military Discount. The only portion I miss was the mini item shop where they sold all there misc car stuff. Now they put in a vending machines, coffee machine, and 2 massage chairs. It looks nice, but do I miss the mini item shop. Here are some more phots New owners. Trying it out today. They no longer spray fragrance. They give you a little card to put in your car.
