I wish we’d looked at these reviews before going here. Was there today and paid an insane amount of money to have everything cleaned real well. The bottom of the windshield is smeared and there’s mud caked in the wheel wells. Just opened the hatch and they didn’t even bother wiping the trim around the opening. Complete waste of money.

I love coming here! I’m constantly on the go - working all over town, through wine country, and up in the mountains during the winter - so my car gets wrecked. The convenience of stopping in for a quick, thorough clean inside and out is unbeatable. My car always comes out looking flawless and smelling amazing, and the crew is always so friendly. Terrible place to wash your car, the cheapest wash was $30 , they didn't even vacuum my car right that even the guy that was drying my car told me to go and tell the guys to do it again even then they didn't do it right. See pictures, DON'T GO THERE

I’ve done both car washes and detailing here. Many services offered. Very kind and professional team! Conveniently located as well. They do a great job cleaning my SUV and always honor my inspection when finished. I joined as member here because they have staff hand drying and finishing at the end for those little details. If I can leave a half of star review, I would this place is horrible. I would definitely not take any car or vehicle there. I had a detail clean for $200 and they did a horrible job. I will never be coming back here and I would definitely not take your car there. The car was there for over eight hours, and this is how I got it back. I will definitely never have My Car here again.

Worse car wash I ever had!!! There where spots and dirt left on every panel. I asked the attendant if he could wipe down a one foot area that was glaringly missed. He replied if you don't like it call the manager. The manager was rude and argumentative and said the dirty was permanent even after he wipe away a small portion, said I had to pay extra for him to wipe clean the car. Even though I have been a Diamond member for years I won't be going back. The last two times have been beyond terrible.

I took my SUV today & it was returned with a huge crack in the windshield. When I asked to speak to the Manager he did not accept any responsibility. I asked to make a written complaint. He brought out a form where he filled out the Customer portion saying my windshield was cracked by a rock which is a lie. I demanded a new form. This is terrible customer service. Don’t trust your vehicle here. Hundreds if not thousands of $$$ in damage.

This was the toughest decision ever. I tend to like family owned businesses and try to support them as much as possible. I was in the area and decided to give them a shot. I paid $37 for the wash and quiet honestly, it’s not what I expected for that price range. Don’t get the wrong, the customer service is great, the service itself it’s not worth $37 plus tip. You are better off driving to the Shell Gas Station across the street and using their car wash for half the price.

Today was my first & last time here. I paid 65 dollars for dirt to be still on my door and the inside of my car to be half way cleaned. The outside of my car was great that’s why im giving them 2 stars. The wax job came out great. The inside was horrible. Nothing looks wiped off and looks the same as before I came.

I won’t come back. I’m not one to leave poor reviews, but I am shocked at how my car was given back to me! I paid for “The Works” and my car is still so dirty! I’m pregnant and really just needed someone to wipe down the windows and interior. The dust and streak marks that were left are unreal. I was one of two cars getting serviced at the time, with several employees sitting around, and they took no more than 10 minutes to do “The Works” aka they took no time for my visit. Not to mention the exterior of my car which still has dirt, bird crap, and bug residue. Again, not coming back. Any recommendations on a DECENT hand car wash?

Haven't been here in a while but thought I'd try them again. Now I remember why I quit coming here. The dashboard was only half cleaned, streaks left on the windshield, the arm rest were not wiped at all. I think I'll have to try a mobile washer next time. For $40 spent I should have used a mobile wash.

First time I’ve been here in years and I wasn’t super impressed. The people were nice, but the minute I got in my truck I noticed they’d missed vacuuming a couple places. My seat was all the way back, which wasn’t a big deal, but it was clear there was debris in clear sight they’d missed vacuuming. That I don’t understand that. If I could see it then they could see it. Paying $30 for a car wash I expect a thorough vacuum job. Especially if you can clearly see something that was missed. Definitely an oversight that was visible to anyone cleaning my truck. Plus the mats weren’t wiped down. Not sure if that was extra or not. I came home and vacuumed what they missed and cleaned my mats. Now I know why I haven’t been to this particular car wash. PS. I should have read the reviews!

Im so disappointed with my recent visit. I opted for "The Works" service, which cost $40, and yet the job was incomplete to be considered good service. The most glaring oversight was the condition of my floor mats. They are new all weather mats so the visible dust and light dirt really stood out against the clean interior. They were only vacuumed, and when that didn't remove the fine dust print no attempt was made to wipe them. I didn't expect the mats to be taken out and deep-cleaned—a simple swipe with a damp cloth, which is already being used for the rest of the car's interior, it would have taken less than 10 seconds and completely solved the problem along with a satisfied customer. It's baffling how a professional cleaner can look into a car and be satisfied with the service when the first thing they see are dusty floor mats. This kind of basic oversight is really unfortunate being that I was one of 3 cars.
