Their tire cleaner scratched my rim. It had alot of screws and bolts which are uncovered. I felt the vehicle shake when that cleaner rubbed the rim. Mentioned this to the office manager who confirmed from camera recordings that there was no scratch at the start of the wash. But conveniently they don’t have a recording for vehicle coming out of wash cycle. They denied to take responsibility even when they knew it was their machine who did the damage. To shut me down they offered a couple of months of free membership which I denied. Why would I come to you again? Just to get other rims and paint scratched. I didn’t ask them to reimburse me but to own up to their fault. Everyone who had their vehicles washed from 04-01-2025 onwards please do check your rims. I’m sure it wasn’t only me who had this experience.

I have the monthly membership and I was a little concerned when the rate went up. However, every time I go here I can see they've made some new improvement or change and I'm very pleased with the quality of the wash I'm getting. Especially love the free vacuums and dashboard wipes now. The only thing I wish they had done differently is made the parking spots wider where the vacuums are because it makes it very difficult to open your door and vacuum when some one is parked next to you.

I had a great time at this wash, i was greeted by a very friendly man who sold me my wash, was very informative and helpful! The wash itself was great too! If i remember correctly the salesman was Alex and i will be coming back again!

Forget about the laziest kid on earth not guiding you into the car wash, while he stares at the sky (with his lil' sign). THEN, he sprays, IDK WHAT, OR WHERE on your car. Im guessing it's supposed to be the windshield, but he sprays it everywhere BUT the windshield. Most of the time, he misses the car ENTIRELY. That's not the real problem. EVERY time i go thru this car wash, my car comes out with a new scratch, actually MULTIPLE scratches. I thought i was crazy at first, but then i reaaally started to pay attention, and my car is getting scratched like these brushes have nails on them. I even asked one of the employees if it's possible for scratches to occur after going thru this car wash, his response " Ohh, yes of COURSE microscratches are possible". Microscratches my rear end. The car is getting scratched, and scratched badly. I cannot deal with it anymore, and anybody who actually "values" their paint job, will either find a hand car wash, or start washing their own car, because today brought me to my tipping point. Filthy dirty cars are going thru this car wash, which are imbedding tiny abrasive sand and rock dust in the brushes, which in turn, will start scraping up your paint, when your car is the next one going in. You can tell me no, it's impossible, blah, blah, blah. It has already happened, and it pretty much makes me sick. I have NEVER seen anything "this" bad before, going thru a drive-thru car wash. Oh, and ON TOP of that, you have to actually dry the whole car and basically clean every spot that's missed, and there are ALOT of them. I think the dryers are just for show, because the car comes out soaking wet. This place is just a mess. BTW, IF YOU WERE REAAALLY WILLING TO HELP ME, AS PER YOUR REPLY MESSAGE..YOU WOULD "ACTUALLY RETURN MY PHONE CALLS!!!

First time at this car wash. Unlike other car wash places, I saw a tip bucket at the entrance of the wash. The bucket should be placed at the end of the wash, after someone takes the tape off of my rear wipers and maybe wipe down the water left on the windows and mirrors. If someone did take off the tapes and/or wipe down the water, I would be more than happy to tip. Just a suggestion on how to get more tips.

Poor customer serice and terrible technology to manage memberships. I have taken 5 separate trips to this location to resolve my membership problems and it seems the staff is trying to actively lose me as a customer. I'm very disappointed in: 1. the poor customer service skills of the car wash staff to manage memberships and 2. the difficulty it requires to update/maintain a membership here.

I went to get my car wash this morning and stood in line to be told that they only accept cash. I usually do not carry cash but was able to find $11 (short of a $1) Not only Dariel was so kind and patient with me while I was looking for cash, he offered to put in the dollar for me. Places need more kind employees like Dariel!

I’ll just be upfront that I come here even when I don’t need to 😄 Sure, my darling husband got me a membership (worth it, by the way), and my bubbly Mini is extra cute when spick-and-span. But it’s really the team here that keeps me coming back. Ricardo’s engagingly affable, Alex gives the sweetest smile and wave and I’ll hopefully get to know everyone else too! I also absolutely appreciate their vacuum station, microfiber towels, dash wipes and car fresheners. My mom-in-law says my car smells amazing all the time, though she doesn’t know that if it weren’t for the fresheners, the car would smell of kimchi 😌 TL;DR: Go to this location. If you live here, consider a membership. Enjoy your sweet, shiny car and live a sweet, shiny life ~!

Took my car here for the first time a few days ago. I asked the man that takes your money what's the lowest price for a car wash and he said $12 and it would wash the body and underneath and my aluminum rims. Then he said if I sign up for $12 I could get free car washes all month. Wanting to see what kind of job they did first I just gave him $12 cash to get my car washed. There were some bird droppings on the hood that didn't come off at all. Had the typical white spots from road salt on the back of the car and they didn't come off. The rims look like they hardly been washed at all. This was just going through the automatic wash once and the cleaning job it did is unacceptable I will not be going back to this establishment. The rest of the car came out pretty good.

Worst Car Wash Ever – Total Waste of Time and Money! Tried this place for the first time, and never again! While the staff was nice and even gave me a free air freshener, I didn’t come here for small gifts and friendly chat—I came to get my car CLEANED. For $22, all you get is a basic drive-through wash—no interior cleaning, no vacuuming, nothing extra. And even the exterior wash was terrible! The sides were clean, but the front, back, and roof were still dirty, with visible dirt spots left behind. How does a car wash fail to clean an entire car?? For the same price or even less, you can go to other places that offer full service, including interior vacuuming and carpet cleaning, and they actually do a good job. Here, you're just paying for a half-done wash that leaves your car looking just as dirty. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not waste your money! I now have to wash my car again somewhere else—what a joke!

It’s ok. I’ve been to another similar car wash and they have where to clean your mats. The actual wash here was good not the greatest car came out with some soap and there are no sprays to clean the interior or windows. If they had the window cleaner and where to at least rinse the mats it would have got 5 stars. The employees are friendly.

Came for a car wash and my car was damaged. Brand new $400 carbon roof spoiler got torn off at the very end on the wash. Grabbed it before it was run over by the car behind me. Carbon trunk spoiler cracked. Mirrors were pushed back and forth and scraped. Trunk was scratched too. Don't expect your car to come out the same as when you brought it in. Said they wouldn't cover anything because it's aftermarket parts.

I’m not happy about the wash service, first when I arrive, a very smoky gentlemen gets to my window and ask me to signup, I decided to try it and use the lowest rate service ($12 Shiny) that’s how the service is labeled. He selects the device while I’m in the car then gave him my debit card and went through the service and at the end I realized that he charged me $30 for the lowest service I paid on top of all this the car was not cleaned up properly I’m disappointed about the service and quality even if everything at the car wash looks fancy l.
