Brought my 2025 Dodge Ram 2500 in for a full front end Paint Protection Film (PPF) and to have the two front windows tinted to match the back windows. Completely met my expectations! And being new to PPF all I can say is trust the process of the installation. It's really a two step process but they took the time to explain it and address all my concerns.

I brought in a vehicle I bought from Excalibur just a week prior. It was left in the sprinklers and left a horrible amount of hard water on the rear end and mirrors of the vehicle. TC Detail did an amazing job of removing the hard water! I appreciate their effort and hard work!

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing job TC Detail company did on my Mercedes SUV! With kids and a dog, my car had seen it all-snacks, spills, stickers on windows and a lot of dog hair. When i picked it up, I was blown away. The interior looked brand new, spotless from top to bottom, and somehow managed to get every bit of dog hair out of the carpets (something I thought was impossible!). The team was so friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. It honestly feels like I’m driving a new car again. If you’re looking for people who really care about the details, this is the place! I can’t thank TC Detail enough!

So I guess Teslas come with soft paint and overall bad paint jobs to begin with. On top of that, Tesla pretty much destroys the paint “cleaning” the car prior to delivery. My black Model Y was full of small scratches, swirls, and scuffs on delivery. Myron and his team were able to fill in the scratches with paint correction and then apply a 10 year ceramic coating. You really have to look closely in direct sunlight to see what’s left of the scuff marks from the factory. Some of them were fairly deep according to the shop. The car looks great. I highly doubt anyone could 100% reverse what Tesla does to their cars. I can’t wait to see how the ceramic coating holds up long term. You’ll be charged a premium but it’s worth the money if you want good results and employees who are paid fairly.

Spent $2000 for an exterior detail and ceramic coat. They did a decent job on the big areas, but “detail” should be left out of their description. After they kept my truck for 3 days, they missed a bunch. Around the tail lights, below the edge of my bed liner, the tail gate seam, below the back window, door jams. The products they used damaged my painted bumpers and nerf bars. They did a good job on the front fender well, but didn’t make the rear match. Claimed water spots are extra even though I paid to have my windshield ceramic coated. When I complained, they had 3 people helping clean my truck while I waited. It started to sprinkle and I’d had enough. Took the truck home and worked on the details. Pretty disappointed in their attention to detail. The couple bottles of spray they gave me to clean my own truck wasn’t what I expected. For 2k, I expected an excellent job. I got less than that. Won’t use them again.

**my review pertains only to the window tinting service this company provides and not their other services. I am sure they do great with their other services** I was very disappointed with the service I received for window tinting. I initially did not want to write a review as I also am a small business owner and recognize the impact negative reviews may have on local businesses, however, after discovering more damage to my car I felt the need to warn others about the window tinting services. I requested standard window tinting on my brand new 2025 vehicle I purchased 7/3/24. My initial appointment was on 7/26/24 and I dropped my vehicle off at 9:00am. Just before 6:00pm the technician contacted me and asked if I could bring back my vehicle in again another time in order to complete the back window during a second visit as they ran out of tint after trying a few times to place the tint on the back window. I travelled from Spokane for this service, but agreed and went to pick up my vehicle. Upon getting it home I saw there were several spots the tint was applied very poorly, and it was almost a mirrored tint rather than just a dark tint. I immediately texted the technician my concerns, and then stated I would just like to have the tint removed all together. The technician stated the shop could address the concerns on my next appointment which was scheduled for 8/9/24. A few days after my initial appt on 7/26/24 I noticed one of my back port windows had scratches ALL the way around the window that looked like someone was tracing the size of the tint to cut out. On 8/9/24 I again travelled from Spokane and the technician asked about my concerns. I told him I did not feel the tint was done in an acceptable way. He stated that was why they wanted me to come back in to “fix” the feathering or something. I told him that I also noticed there were scratch marks around an entire window and I’d just like the tint removed. The technicians tone immediately changed to more snippy after I brought up the scratches and he said he was sorry I did not like it and they’d take the tint off. No refund was offered at all. They took the tint off, and that all went fine. Now, on the date I am writing this review, 8/15/24, I notice that there are also scratch marks all around my entire back window as well. I am very upset that I have had this brand new vehicle for just barely over a month and now I am left with scratched windows, no tint, and wasted money.

I recently took my car for an engine detail, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My engine was in terrible shape, covered in grime and looking defeated. After the detail, it genuinely looked brand new. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail; they even made the hinges and engine hood locks look fantastic. I'm so satisfied with the quality of their work that I'm confident I'll return for future services. Additionally, I've picked up some of their products for sale, which have been a fantastic addition to maintaining my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Myron is a wonderful individual to work with. I appreciated his timely responses and the time it took for him to do the work. I plan on doing an engine bay clean with him in the future and will update my review to a 5 Stars if that work is also up to par with the interior clean he did. As this is also my first profressional interior detailing that I have gone through, I cannot give 5 Stars as there might be others that are better in the area that I simply have not tried yet. What I can overall say though, is that Myron was by far the most communicative and attentive than the other 7 detailers I spoke with, but was also the most expensive. Though I am led to believe that in this industry, the words " you get what you pay for" are most accurate. As I mentioned, I will be going back for more services soon and will gladly upgrade my 4 start to a 5 star after experiencing the next service.

Got a clearcoat touch up, plus interior detail- my car is SO shiny and beautiful, inside and out! But it's not all about appearance. My car stays cleaner longer, and water just rolls right off.
