The touchless is absolutly horrible. Don't even try it. I could still draw in the dust on my car after my $15 Supreme wash. The most expensive wash they have. Pretty disappointing. The manual wash is well maintained which is why I didn't leave a 1 star.

A little spendy, but the touch less car wash does a great job. They have 3 touch less bays, so it's usually easy in and easy out. They also have vacuuming stations and hand wash bays.

amazing car wash. all self done, with 2 stalls for many cleaning along with 2 for drive through. I believe there is 3 or 4 options for the drive through ones, also fairly cheap for good products and services

Honestly not a very good car wash. I’m not sure about the drive thru feature but I tried using the self serve wash and halfway through me washing… I realized their spray gun was broken??? So, no soap which meant no washing the car. Complete waste of my time and money! I tried calling the number on file to see if I could at least get a reimbursement to use their drive thru was for the inconvenience but, no reply. This place just doesn’t care for customers apparently!

I dislike being negative but had bad experience today. I was waiting in line for a manual wash and decided to soften the bugs on the mirrors and windshield using the prewash brush/fluid in front of the empty automatic Wash stalls. An employee came up and said that was for the automatic only and when I explained what I was doing he said it was like stealing. I was a bit flabbergasted at this. I am paying money to Wash, whether auto or manual should not matter. The stuff is free at gas stations. I felt like they didn't want my business but I completed my wash anyway and spent more than the most expensive auto wash. Its a minor issue but sadly not a good way to make customers feel welcome.

I'm pretty disappointed with this car wash They charged $10 on my card for using the vacuum for around 4 minutes and it said it would charge my card $2 It said $2 on card or something similar to that and then I used the fragrance option which was $0.40 which has not shown up on my card the $10 is still pending so hopefully it'll go down to the $2 that it said when I stopped vacuuming and turned off the machine. The carpet shampooer is quite painful to hold and it does not get in crevices and it is very hard to use and does not do anything at all unless you have a completely flat surface to clean which I don't know of any car that does. This is an alias account and I would like to get in contact with the owner to be reimbursed as other people have so if you read this please email me at this email.

After some dusty mountain roads, my black SUV was worthy for business once again after a quick stop at the Elephant. Thank you for making my car shiny and no longer covered with a thick layer of dust! Even a used 2004 SUV looks road-worthy after my multi-layer wash. 🚗 🧼 Easy, quick, in and out and top notch tech. (Customers service is friendly if you have the opportunity to say hello)

April 9 - so we’re in the middle of the state stay at home. This car wash is my favorite in the Tri-Cities!!! I love that it is touch less and the (except for a time or two) vacuums are great. I usually pay the $1 extra for the turbo vacuum setting. Was saddened late last week to find the vacuum section cordoned off. And I am betting even the touch less wash is now probably closed because you’d have to touch the pay station. I am not sure, only guessing. Love you Elephant Car Wash!!!!

Best touchless carwash in the Tri-Cities. Would've been 5 star but there is definitely one bay better than the rest.. I will let you figure that out. Lol 😉

Water pressure is too low to remove all debris and basic rain dust, I purchased the $16 wash and within about 4 minutes it was done, I feel like it is too expensive for the amount of time it takes, also the air pressure is not enough to dry a car, i would recommend the blue dolphin car wash!

I have been washing my car with the Elephant automatic car wash every month for the last four years, and my car still looks new. I dry my car with a microfiber cloth and have never waxed it. The protectants in the Elephant Car Wash water make waxing obsolete.

No touch wash does a really good job, plus no drive in track and no pulling your car through. Favorite place for us.

This is a quality automatic, or self service car wash, with quality hose pressure and various soap application choices, for a reasonable price. I have 2 complaints though. First, is with the self service portion - if you use a credit card, but wash for more than 20 minutes, the credit card system times out for further credit card use, forcing you to either switch bays or buy tokens. This was very inconvenient as there are only 3 self-use bays and they were all in use. My vehicle was covered in product for a lengthy period of time as I waited for another bay, before realizing it would accept tokens - so I had to use my card for tokens. If this is a fraud feature, it's silly when I can just go to the next bay. Second, the system does not clearly tell you how much you are paying, after the first 2 minutes, when using a credit card. And when you finish, there is no total price charge notification. I will still rate it 5 star for the location, convenience and quality product, as I can just buy tokens with a card...and if you buy $10 worth of tokens, they give you $11 worth.

Love this place, very cheap way to wash your car. Wish I could give more input on the automatic portion and how effective the wax and tire cleaner are, but those are two things I have not used yet.

Clear coat only went on one side. The middle one doesn't go all the way around your car.

I usually use the elephant car wash but lately it hasn’t done as good of a job. I just got home and noticed it must have a leak in one of the bays cause I have soap drip lines down the whole drivers side of my pickup. i paid for the supreme wash so it shouldn’t have left all of the soap as you see in the pics. I gave 2 stars cause usually it does a decent job but I have not been impressed at all the last couple of times. Edited: The owner was gracious and very kind to address my concerns. Updated rating to 5 stars

Favorite place to wash my vehicles, tap to pay is very convenient, bubblegum soap smells amazing and leaves my cars clean.

I go out of my way and always have no matter where im living to wash my car here. They have the nicest car wash, I don't have to interact with anyone, the vaccums always work and they have options to shampoo or use a super strong suction for those pesky pet hairs. Today I had some free time before I needed to carry on my day and I stopped by the wash, went through the hands free one and had a little problem so I called to let them know and the guy was so nice and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it and even gave me a coupon for the next time I come by. I will never use any other car wash. 1000/10

For $15 the touchless wash added more dirt to my car than I came in with. If your car needs a mud bath this is the place to go.

Self spray is good and reasonable price. Likes the brush free automatic wash but wouldn't buy the expensive option again as I can't tell the difference from the cheapest option after doing both washes.
