Target has really gone downhill lately. The store feels dirty, and it’s frustrating that so many items are locked up, making it inconvenient to shop. It seems like you have to track down an employee for even the simplest things, and that really slows down the experience. While they do have a wide variety of products, the overall environment isn’t appealing, and it doesn’t feel like the Target I used to enjoy. I hope they can address these issues, but for now, it’s not worth the hassle.

The employees at Starbucks are really nice, the older man in black I think he's the manager, he was sweet enough to explain to me that Starbucks had changed their matcha recipe. I don't like to have my drinks remade cause I feel rude, but they were sweet about it. Naomi is really nice as well.

Good luck if you need to buy deodorant or face wash that's locked up. No one responds to the help buttons. Employees will walk past you and avoid making eye contact, if you ask one for help they'll say theyre getting someone but no one comes by. You can press the help button and hear it chime from the employees passing by, and still waste 20 minutes sitting for someone that's never going to come. Ive left this target to go to the ones in Murrieta or Menifee instead. I hate it here

We been looking everywhere for a Shark King. They were empty at the shelf but Jesus took the extra effort to help us out and save the day! We would have had a hour drive round trip to the next Target but Jesus saved us! We are thankful and grateful for all your help Jesus !

One of the few Targets left that doesn't play horrible music playlists from the 2010s . Please don't change Target , I actually look forward to shopping at this location for the peace and quiet.

On this particular day, I visited the store either during a shift change or at a time when the store appeared to be severely understaffed. After requesting assistance at the electronics department, I waited over 20 minutes before someone was finally able to help me. Unfortunately, for reasons that weren’t explained, I couldn’t be rung up at the electronics register and had to be walked to the front of the store to check out. When I arrived at the front, I was met with extremely long lines that seemed to wrap around the store. It looked like only two registers were open, and understandably, many customers were frustrated. Despite the chaos, one employee stood out — Abel. I’m not sure what his official role is, but he maintained a calm and professional demeanor throughout the entire situation. Abel provided outstanding customer service to every customer, even in the face of complaints and rising tensions in line. What could have easily turned into a disaster was managed gracefully thanks to Abel’s positive attitude and composure. Kudos to Abel for going above and beyond during a tough shift. His dedication didn’t go unnoticed.

Try calling guest services and pick up, You will never get your call answered. That is no exaggeration. Try finding an associate to help you out. You won’t. That is not an exaggeration. Try getting help at the fitting room, No one will be around to help you. That is no exaggeration. This place Has become worse than Walmart when it comes to customer service. That is no exaggeration. If you are the The store manager, do better. I’ve talked to the team members there on the floor, and they said that you have cut hours and not hired as many people as the store requires in order for customers to receive any attention at all. I was Also told that the stores messy shelves and Scarcely kept merchandise is due to the poor choices that you’ve made. If you can’t do the job, they are hiring at Jersey Mike’s. They could use some of your talents

Made an online order for pickup because the items I wanted weren’t out yet but said they were in stock. A worker told me they’d be able to fulfill the order if i did it this way. I placed t order and a couple hours later it said that it was ready and as I was about to head over, I got another email that they actually cancelled my order due to “Technical Errors” but my email sets I REQUESTED it be cancelled. I did not do that at all. I called 5 times to the service desk and got no answer all times with the line hanging up all 5 times. So disappointing the lack of customer service and communication here. Will be going in person. I really want that bat leopard set.

Not coming back after my last experience. I called several times because I left 2 items at self checkout and was hung up on several times before speaking to anyone. Worst service.

Target is Going downhill! Now it’s getting as bad as Walmart where dozens of closed registers sit empty, few employees, and long lines of waiting customers. I’m giving an extra start only because of Jared (a nice young man with excellent customer service skills). I stood in line for about 15 minutes to but a gift card. 14 registers and only ONE was open. The self checkout registers were also available. There were two huge lines wrapped around…a line for the one open register and a line for self checkout. After chatting and debating with the customers around me, I asked the only checker if she would call for more help since the line was so long. She said “everyone is on break” and went back to checking. She never even summoned a manager or attempted to ask for more help. I went to customer service while others held my place in line. There was a long line with two checkers. One employee (Jared) finally walked by and I was able to get his attention. I asked if we could get additional checkers. He said “ let me see what I can do“. About five minutes later, Jared found me and came and told me to follow him. He opened a register. Jared made my day! After a long wait he took the personal time and attention to let me know that he was opening a register. Had it not been for Jared I would likely just never return to Target. If I have to stand waiting in line, I might as well go stand at Walmart where the prices are lower.

9/4/25 visit. I was looking at some glasses on the end cap. There was a cart in the middle of the inner isle that belonged to an employee who was not there. I had my cart in front of the end cap which block the other cart. She returned to her cart and threw me a dirty look because she was unhappy about the location of my cart. I apologized to her and she said not but looked dirty and annoyed with me. So I told her there was no need because I apologized to her. But again she said nothing and turned her back to me. I feel she had no reason to be so rude to me.

For years i have always trusted this store and had no reason to avoid it. That is until now. A few days ago i had bought a bag of chips for a party i was going to host. However what i didn't notice was that those chips were a month expired. after the party 2 of the people who attended my party were sick. I was curious what was happening so i called the store to report it. The manager whose name was Joseph answered me and asked about my situation. i ended up filling him in about what had happened and all he had to say was "oH mY gOd Im So SoRrY" (which was obviously fake). He offered me a refund afterward. Joseph if you are reading this please try to keep track of whats on your shelves and have employees check every inch of your store.

I have gone to my Hemet.,Ca. store and they say they won't allow electric shopping carts anymore, I am 787 years old and handicapped and can't walk the store. After 40 years of shopping at Target stores I am sorry to say I will not (can't ) shop there anymore. They must be doing so well they don't need seniors or handicapped anymore.

Restrooms are disgusting! Everytime I come here the restrooms are never clean. The cleaning cart is always sitting infront of the women's restroom as if it was there FOR cleaning... Today there was feces smeared on the toilet seat. 1 stall was out of seat protectors and both paper towel dispensers were out of paper. Don't get me started on the toilet paper. It's so thin it kept breaking off from the dispenser. Skip the restrooms at this location!!

The store has only been open for 50 minutes and practically everything I wanted to order online for delivery is already sold out. I tried yesterday with the same results. I figured to catch them closer to opening, have better results. I disliked their service from the beginning and tried to drop the service after the first order but I couldn't. They WON'T LET ME. This store is way overpriced and I have never liked shopping there. I'm on social security and getting food stamps and I'm surprised that the government gives the ok to stores like this.

Nothing at this store was in the correct location, and only half of things had prices on them. Checking out was a nightmare. 2 registers open, and only FOUR self checkouts! The lines were zig zagging all over the place! I wouldn't return to this Target. The lines are faster at freaking Dollar Tree.

Staff very helpful. Reported really messy family restroom and staff member got someone on it immediately. Well stocked shelves. Really sad many items are locked up and have to await an associate to give you items.

Target sells cheap Hanes mens underwear and T-shirts. Target needs to tell Hanes produce better quality apparel or we won't sell cheap thinly made wear out quickly Hanes products. They are paper thin and the seams come undone after 5 or 6 washes. Horrible quality. They are saving on material costs but are and will be losing thousands of long time customers

I had a very uncomfortable experience at the self-checkout at this Target. I asked an employee for a price check on an item that was placed in a clearly marked bin priced at $4. Her response was immediately rude and dismissive. When I said that was fine and I would just pay the $5, she escalated the interaction by saying, “You’re lucky we’re at Target.” What made this experience especially troubling was that I was the only Black customer in the self-checkout area, and I did not see this employee speak to any other customers with the same tone or hostility. While I can’t speak to her intent, the interaction felt targeted and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Regardless of intent, no customer should be spoken to in a way that feels threatening or demeaning. I hope management reviews this incident and provides better training on respectful and unbiased customer service.

Staff were clearly the saddest people who don’t want to be there. My wife waited 10 mins to buy some Olay products that were sitting behind locked shelves after pressing / waving at the call button multiple times. Gave up and walked away. Labeling of price for Starbucks coffee was wrong and we let them know and I don’t think they cared. Empty shelves. Lousy shopping experience. Goodbye Target.
