Can’t say anything else but trust me this is the one and only toyota i’ll deal with. My salesman Hector was extremely informative and helpful he made it happen for us and we’re always going to do business with him he even came in to work orly just to assist me from my flight🫡. Finance manager Alex was awesome in aiding for assistance and informing us of the process. I’m from Las Vegas I flew out to pick up this Land cruiser and if i were needing another toyota, no doubt i’d be back for my guy Hector. Super convenient and brought the LC home with no Hassle. Big shoutout to Dominic and Julian! Getting the Black 2026 Supra to us was only possible because of them. Dominic helped us secure a car despite the low stock. The color I wanted was so limited but he was the only one who was able to secure it and deliver the next day! He replied quickly, answered all our questions, and was so flexible throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service! Julian even drove the car to us, an hour and a half away. He delivered it safely, walked us through everything, and made sure all our questions were answered before leaving. We had such a great experience with these two. They truly went above and beyond. I just bought a 2025 Toyota RAV4 from Hemet Toyota and I want to give a huge shout out to Sean. He truly went above and beyond. I originally went to the dealership just to pick up some oil for my truck and Sean approached me, not to sell me a car but simply to have a genuine conversation. He noticed I was a veteran and we connected right away. Not once did he try to push a sale and that alone left a lasting impression. When I got home I told my wife I wanted her to upgrade her car and I told her about the interaction I had with Sean. I called him and he immediately worked around my schedule. He even stayed late without knowing if I would actually buy anything. He made everything happen and delivered exactly what I asked for. There was a moment when I almost walked away because of a dispute with finance, and I was literally about to leave the building. Sean came in to talk to me, calmed me down, and genuinely listened. Because of him I felt comfortable moving forward. Not only did my wife and I get a new car, we gained a new friend. Sean left a long lasting impression and Hemet Toyota is lucky to have someone like him.

Alex in the finance department at Toyota hemet was a very big blessing to me I was looking to buy Gap insurance and he did a search and found out that my insurance carrier had Gap insurance only I've had my car for 14 months and my insurance company said that I had to purchase Gap insurance within the 1st 90 day of buying my car.
