Most of the associates won't acknowledge you. They'll have the huge carts and nearly run you over without saying a word, self checkout there just standing there. The greeter just sitting on the stool says nothing and not just me I've watched. Let alone the associates on the aisle just chatting not acknowledge the customer. Today I literally heared a customer state a lot of bodies but no help. I often now shop online it's unfortunate. If it wasn't for the pharmacy I wouldn't be here

Absolutely fabulous From the door greater was amazing with the biggest smile... absolutely great and helpful very knowledgeable staff. Maybe they can talk with the McDonald's management team to get the 2 workers doing a fabulous job some more help. They were working so hard. They literally were doing the job of 6 people and still served everyone with absolutely the best attitude. I was in between 8 and 10 Thank you all for Great service. π

Went to Walmart today and went to self check out. We were behind someone with a loaded cart, no big deal. An open register came open and we went to it. In the middle of our check out a Walmart employee literally came to us saying you needed to wait until we told you what register to go to and can't you read this is 15 or less, it is posted everywhere. So let's keep in mind the person who was in front of us had a full cart and I checked when he got mad at us and we had 28 items. Honestly, I did not notice the sign but don't choose when and who to implement a policy on!!!

Horrible experience. Aisles are cluttered, personal shoppers for mobile orders will run over you with large carts with blue containers piled up. Check out is a joke, if you have more then 15 items you can not use self check out. Paper bags are half the normal size, but the same price as before. If you have your own bags the cashiers will not bag for you. Rude and inconsiderable employees. Have called to complain to the manager who has never picked up the phone. Complained to corporate and they will do nothing. You can not speak to the regional or national staff and when you leave your information requesting a call back, just crickets. They are horrible. A minus 10. Will go to Aldi for staples and Stator Brothers or Amazon Fresh for variety. They need a refresher course on customer service. Fire the local manager for being incompetent!

Lee was so helpful and kind during my visit! She always goes above and beyond and always has a great attitude. Itβs rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, but Lee definitely does. Thank you for making my shopping trips so easy!

Iβve visited this Walmart location both during the day & at night. The store seems βwell-managedβ during the day. I personally have had issues with an employee by the name of Peter (in automotive). When i took my vehicle in for an annual oil change on Monday March 18th 2024, went in simply looking for the additive. After them not having any on the shelve i myself asked Peter βwould you happen to have any of this product in the backβ his reply would be if it isnβt on the shelve we obviously donβt have it. After receiving the attitude i then took my business into the new oβrelies to grab my additive, Then return to Walmart to register my vehicle in, which i had tried the first time but no one was out on the service bays. After awhile waiting i then walk up to customer service requesting a member of management to automotive. Two associates by the names of Rebecca, Ray Michal. Rebecca then said we got βargumentativeβ with their technicians, when theyβre βtechniciansβ where nowhere to be found to even check my vehicle in. This Walmart employees some of the most, ridiculous looking people, some could have an education, & some donβt. Please refrain from using this walmart & walmart supercentre, San Jacinto automotive department had my vehicle finished & out of their garage within 25 minutes. Lines & wait time to receive anything from their lock-ups are just outrageous. Half of their βcall for assistanceβ buttons hardly work. Most of the βbarriersβ, they call βlockupsβ are busted out and merchandise are missing. I do have to thank rebecca managment at this location & Alexis an associate as they do put their best feet forward and provide ex ordinary customer service & excellent attitudes.

A elderly gentlemen by the name of KIM failed to assist me in the self service checkout as I was trying to redeem my store credit gift card. He said they werenβt redeemable there so I asked if he could input the card number and denied he had access so sent me to guest service . Mind you he seemed annoyed and gave me attitude. Why apply for a customer service position just to fail to do just that service the customer? As I went to guest service they confirmed he had access and could have very much assisted me he was just lazy and failed to do his only job. To top it off I got pointed out when showing my receipt at the exit and was asked if I was helped at guest service, assuming I hadnβt paid for my products mind you this was asked as she was holding my receipt PROOF OF PURCHASE!!Literally embarrassing to be pointed out while with my kids, for the sake of KIMβS laziness and failure to do his only job !

I had a truly great experience at this Walmart today. At other locations, Iβve often felt like customer service was lacking, but here it was the complete opposite. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I especially appreciated the assistance I received when a team member kindly helped me load a TV into my car. It made a huge difference and really stood out. I also want to thank the store manager for providing such excellent leadership. The positive attitude and professionalism of the staff clearly reflect great management. Overall, this was one of the best Walmart visits Iβve had, and I look forward to shopping here again.

This store is clean, well stocked, and organized. I needed Bushes canned chili beans for a specific recipe and I was thrilled to see that they have them in stock, and they have Dog Food at great prices. I appreciate that this Walmart has plenty of working electric carts, and plenty of handicap parking. The associates were knowledgeable, heloful and kind.

Really bad customer service. Susie and Rebeccaβ¦(Please wear your vest and name tags walmart dress codes, what happened?) They are not worthy of being a lead in the front end if they don't know how to talk to customers especially when there is a problem that they need to fix. Especially they don't even apologize when they have wrongly priced items and they don't want to give you the price where you saw it especially when you showed them where you saw it and refused to give it. Is it my fault if they put the items there? They still want to see it on the floor itself but they still won't give it to you, Susie said so I went back to the store and Rebecca was the one I was facing and I explained to her what Susie said but she said she wasn't Susie! So what is it that you are insulting the customer? So what is it really? Fix your treatment of customers and you need to go through training again.will be sending this to the highest corporation!

Holiday shopping is always hectic, but my experience at this location was especially frustrating. I went in for just a couple of items and ended up waiting about 15 minutes in line at Register 14 because the cashier, Deborah, would not stop chatting. There were only two people ahead of me, yet the line barely moved because she was asking endless questions, laughing, and carrying on conversations as if she didnβt notice β or didnβt care β that a long line was forming. I understand a quick, friendly interaction, but this went far beyond that. Everyone in line looked irritated, and I even tried to find a supervisor to get the line moving, but with how busy it was, no one was around. When Deborah finally finished her extended conversations, she helped the next customer with more small talk, and when it was my turn, she didnβt greet me at all. She was curt, didnβt tell me my total, and then walked away from her register immediately after I paid β leaving the long line behind. This was genuinely one of the worst checkout experiences Iβve had. Deborah was not prioritizing her actual job, and her lack of attention to the line made the situation unnecessarily frustrating. Management should really review her performance, especially during high-traffic times, because this level of customer service is not acceptable. This whole situation could have been easily avoided.

I went here today to get some stocking stuffers and other items. I went to self checkout and went up to the next available register. The person who was in front of me had a cart full of items. As I got halfway through my items an employee walked up to me. He said can't you read this is a 15 items of less line and you have to wait until we tell you what line to go to in a very unfriendly condescending tone. I had a few smaller items and didn't even count the items. He did not say anything to people who had more items and those who walked up to a register that was empty. I am not sure if it was because I am black or if it was because I was a woman. Employees should not be able to pick and choose what person they tell the "rules" too. The fact that nothing was said to anyone else is absolutely unacceptable. Employees need to be better trained and need training in customer service. Not sure if this is a Walmart policy that allows employees to do this.

It sounds like youβre having a really frustrating experience with Walmart's automotive service. Itβs completely understandable to feel upset, especially when it seems like theyβre not providing the service you expect as part of your Walmart Plus membership. Hereβs a way to express your concerns: --- **Subject: Concerns About Walmart Plus Automotive Service** Dear Walmart Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. Iβm writing to share my experience with the automotive services provided under the Walmart Plus membership, as I feel let down by the support Iβve received. Recently, I tried to utilize the flat tire repair service included with my Walmart Plus membership. However, I encountered several issues. I was informed that the service is backed up due to appointments, yet when I asked to make an appointment specifically for a tire repair, I was told that appointments are not available for that service. This feels incredibly contradictory and leaves me confused about how to proceed. As someone who relies on oxygen 24/7, this situation is especially stressful for me. I feel like my needs and circumstances are not being considered, and I believe it should be easier for customers with disabilities to access services. The lack of clarity and support makes me feel as though Iβm being taken advantage of. I would appreciate any guidance on how I can receive the services promised to me as a Walmart Plus member. Additionally, I hope you can look into this issue to ensure that your policies better accommodate all customers, especially those with disabilities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward speaking with you

I would say go to another store, save time and money. Items are way more expensive now and they never have enough cashiers open.

I hope this review finds the right person. This review is solely for the ability and sense this walmart has for hiring a young possibly Hispanic employee. The young lady on the deli side of the store maning self checkout at 6:02pm on 1/23/2026 is the ONLY reason I will ever give a walmart 5 stars. She was helping an older man at self checkout and there is no one in my 13 years being a customer service manager or 30 years as a customer that I have EVER seen give such a high level of service and human kindness to another. She needs to be praised, if every employee there performed at her level I would never shop anywhere else again. I would have loved to recognize her by name but unfortunately she had no name tag. The most amazing experience I've had in a long time. I hope karma finds her fast, people like her make this world a better place! β€οΈ

The delivery driver said he had a concealed carry permit and threatened to shoot the neighbor's dog, created fake scenarios to justify his statement, said his dad is a lawyer and 2 items are missing from my order. I went to met the driver outside before he even pulled up to my house. I went up to his car and he told me I had to grab the items from inside of his vehicle through the passanger window. It was halfway rolled down, so it was hard for me to grab my two bags and my box of pringle snack cups. The entire time he is telling me "people usually leash their dogs." I was immediately apologetics and told him I understand completely and thats why i came outside, so i can grab the items since the dog is out" he started repeating the leash thing with more aggression and before I could say that is not my dog its the neighbors he said "what would happen if the dog bit his tire and popped it or a little old lady was doing the delivery and he bit her tire and popped it, what would she do, how would she leave" he then starts telling me that he has a concealed carry permit and if the dog were to bite him he would shoot him. Insisting his dad is a lawyer, still not making an attempt to drive away. I live on 80 acres. On this property there are multiple homes within close proximity of each other. My neighbors live pretty close with their dog. I always meet every driver outside for that exact reason. Because unknown dogs can be scary no matter what kind of dog it is. We never have an issue with the neighbors dog because he is not an aggressive dog. The minute the driver came and parked in front of my house. The dog stopped barking and sat down right next to me. Despite the drivers tone, attitude and him raising his voice the dog did not bark or act aggressive in any way. He just sat there. Instead of the driver just letting me grab my items and driving off, he remained in front of my house to insist about the dog being on a leash. He didn't want to hear what I was trying to say, and honestly I was too shocked to form words , I was so dumbfounded for the statements that he made that I could only say i understand but the attitude is not necessary, along with the intimidation from the gun comment, I was so upset. I was originally genuinely apologetic and understanding from the beginning, but he didnt even give me a chance to talk at all. He kept saying passive-aggressive phrases in a gaslighting way. After about 2 to 3 minutes of me standing there, confused and concerned, I kind of crashed out and told him, "you're right, look at him he's attacking you right now through your window while you're yelling at me, look at him, he is so aggressive, so vicious , he's attacking you right now." By that time my guy friend had come out of my house and ask whats going on, and the driver rolled up the window and FINALLY drove away. I always make sure the drivers get a tip and 5 stars. Always make sure I leave good reviews, even if they mess something up. But this was too much. I did call and file a complaint, but I couldnt get through the store to talk to the MOD.
