EXPIRED MEDICINE I ordered items for the same day delivery and the most important one was my allergy relief. They came with one that was EXPIRED ! I wanted to ask TARGET for a refund but their system doesn’t let me !

I’m writing this because of how clean and nice smelling the bathrooms are at this location. Genuinely I always dread having to use a Target bathroom, so walking in and I wasn’t hit with that “Target Bathroom” smell but air freshener and all the stalls are clean and stocked. Super impressed they let the cart attendant have the time to keep the women’s restroom that clean on the regular. Great job by that team member.

Target is so fraudulent! Looked up a price online via Targets website. Got to the store and the price was way higher. Apparently they don’t price match their in store prices. Even spoke to the manager. Told me to buy it online and comeback tomorrow to pick it up. Such fraud. Left upset and don’t plan to ever return. Probably spend $5-$10k a year at Target. Not any more.

This is a decent target. They are often out of stock of certain items, but otherwise the store is clean and the prices are decent.

The employees here are rude and don’t know how to do their jobs. Said I wore a dress I didn’t wear when I tried to return it. I demanded them to stop racially profiling customers while contacting corporate for a refund due to poor treatment in the store. The store said they would refuse to help and have an officer escort me from the building if I attempt to return the dress. The dress did not fit. It was a large and wild fable sized it an XXL and the straps were falling down. I buy wild fable every week so I know what fits me and this dress did not. Terrible staff and service.

Went on a Sunday and there was plenty of parking and checking out at self check out was quick with no wait. One of the better Targets I’ve ever been to. Bring your own shopping bag or pay for one.

Like so many times before, I drive all the way there to get like the most common item only to find shelves empty. Not a single electric fan on the shelf. Wow!!! I keep forgetting after a few months and keep going back there. Will have to write myself a note to avoid this place. I got my fan at Longs Drugs instead….. yes…. Longs Drugs had tons of fans and they were 75% off.

They are terrible mean workers, half shelves are all empty, price tags aren't in the right spot and products just thrown in different places . Placed a pick up order for 1 product and it wasn't ready until 5hrs later smh .

First time visiting this location and it was very underwhelming. Staff was nice, but the selection and amount of merchandise left a lot to be desired. Overall a decent Target for the island, but not the best one.

I am extremely disappointed and honestly hurt by the way I was treated at the Target in Kailua by an employee named Ong. When I asked about certain items that I had been told were on sale, Ong insisted they were not. Instead of kindly checking or clarifying, she spoke to me in a very demeaning and aggressive manner. I felt disrespected and belittled as a customer. When the manager confirmed that the items were indeed on sale, Ong still made excuses instead of simply accepting the correction. The way she handled the situation was not only unprofessional, but also unnecessarily rude. What should have been a simple shopping trip turned into a very upsetting and hurtful experience because of her attitude and behavior. I have always thought of Target as a place where customers are valued and treated kindly, but this experience left me feeling completely the opposite. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously, because no customer should ever walk away feeling the way I did.

I usually like this Target but I had a bad experience today. I put my baby in the shopping cart seat for the first time today. While my partner and I were scanning our items, the woman working self checkout today at 1:10pm came over and started touching my baby- rubbing his arms and face. This employee needs to learn boundaries- you do not touch other people without consent (theirs or their parents). My baby was visibly scared having a complete stranger touching him.

Here’s my worst experience at Target, which happened today (9/24) at around 9:50 PM. The cashier I encountered was unprofessional, rude, and seemed poorly trained in customer service and communication. She refused to sell me a simple pack of two long candle lighters because I did not have my ID with me. When I asked why an ID was required for purchasing lighters, she could not provide an explanation—only insisting she could not complete the sale. I told her I could quickly retrieve my wallet from my vehicle, but instead of handling the situation respectfully, she laughed and remarked that the store would be closed by the time I returned, since closing was at 10 PM. That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. Managers, please take note: According to HRS §132-17, the restriction applies to novelty lighters sold to individuals under 18. Long candle lighters do not fall into this category. Furthermore, standard ID checks apply to alcohol and tobacco purchases, typically only for customers appearing under 35 years of age. I am nearly 40. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope management addresses this by better training staff on the law, store policy, and how to treat customers respectfully.

Usually a great store with super friendly employees. Today I went to the self checkout with a basket that seemed pretty full with bulky items. As I started scanning I overhead a worker snarkly comment to another worker “oh my god, can people not read!? The sign that says 10 items or less!” I shrugged it off but she came over later to remind me of the limit, which I replied with a sorry and thanks. I thought I was at 10 items but turns out I forgot I grabbed a few seasonings on my way to checkout that put me at 13. So I apologize for miscounting and to the worker, please don’t judge a basket by its fullness and if you make comments about customers keep them to a whisper
