7-Eleven 256 Kuulei Road. Big shout out to store manager, Patricia. On February 24 at 0500 I witnessed her going above and beyond in being very kind and helping a customer. 7-Eleven is fortunate to have this employee with fabulous customer service,

Come over from New Zealand and needed the real 7-eleven experience. Got a slurpee and was recommended to get a Spam Musubi. First slurpee was nice. The Musubi was delicious, interesting and I'm glad I took the recommendation. I think the best part was the staff here were so kind to me making my first USD purchase ever. Thanks guys, appreciate it.

Racist, shortchanging cashiers. I was in line behind a clearly Hawaiian man, whom the cashier was just so incredibly nice too. It made me smile seeing how the two interacted and wished each other a good day and what not. However- when I approached the counter, a white guy, did not get the same treatment. She scowled, said nothing, took my money and refused to give the correct change stating “if I have it I have it”. I literally just watched her take only $5 from a native whose total was $5.17 but I guess since I’m not Hawaiian I don’t get the same luxuries. Absolutely deplorable. Avoid this place unless you enjoy overpaying, or are visibly a native.

Good to know that 7-eleven now carries Keto items! Not sure what is in the dressing, but rest of the ingredients are good to go. It is very nice to have more choices! Mahalo 7-eleven!

I normally don’t write reviews, but after multiple uncomfortable experiences, I felt it was worth sharing. There’s a heavyset, middle-aged female employee (noticeable by the tattoos on her right forearm) who works here and consistently gives off an unwelcoming vibe. She always looks irritated, like she’s being forced to be there, and I’ve never once seen her show even a hint of basic courtesy to anyone Most recently, when it was time for me to scan my barcode, she didn’t say a word. Instead, she hovered her hand near my phone and made a counterclockwise motion to silently tell me to turn my screen toward her—despite the scanner working either way. It felt controlling and unnecessarily rude. I was planning to grab more snacks after my initial purchase, but I didn’t want to interact with her energy again. It’s frustrating when one employee’s attitude makes a quick, convenient stop feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I’m not sure why she’s still working there when everything about her demeanor says she doesn’t want to be. On top of that, I’ve also had repeated issues with the Gulp beverage dispenser—specifically the Coca-Cola. The last few times I’ve poured it, it’s had a sour, off taste. I always let it flow for a second before filling my cup, but it still ends up tasting like it’s been cross-contaminated, almost as if the vitamin water hose was accidentally connected to the Coke syrup line, or there’s a leak in the system. Either way, it’s not what you expect when you’re paying for a simple drink. Furthermore, 7elevens normally restock at nights when it’s slow, especially on a Friday night to prepare for the weekend chaos, so this location either ran out of inventory, OR, they’re just lazy to restock.

Your typical 7-Eleven convenience store. It's wheelchair accessible and has the key items that you'd expect from such a store. It's obviously more expensive than a supermarket, but this is expected for the quick stop convenience factor. It isn't anything special, but certainyl nothing negative to say about it.

It felt odd for there not to be a gas pump, but it's literally iconic. The store manager was super friendly and the food there was spectacular. They also had a really good deal on two items and a drink for $5. Idk how long it'll last so get it while you can

had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named novalee. my wife and i were both given dirty looks as we entered the store. After 5 minutes of trying to look for stuff she only told us that they would not accept card payment and only took cash. I ended up having to pay a $5 fee just to use the ATM. We will definitely not be going back to this location.
