Felt extremely uncomfortable shopping in this target location. Had a employee that wouldn’t state her name. She’s a bigger girl with long blond ish hair with glasses. Would not stop following me my whole duration of shopping in this store and then pretended to work and scan items. Also a girl asked her about tomatoes and she wouldn’t help her at all. Not a good experience

The inside has a variety of options of food and the outside is a movie theater which just makes the targert 10x better.

I was sick during cold season and went to buy dayquil but didn't know I had to bring my ID. An employee was extremely rude to me and mocked me. Just avoid target.

Half of the store is makeup products. I get that they're catering to college students, but humans need decent food in addition to looking nice. Stocking more food and basic living necessities (toiletries, etc) would definitely help everyone out. EDIT: Visited again and they had completely emptied one of the coolers that was previously holding food products... but the employees were busy stocking away in the makeup department. Downgrades review to 1 star.

I checked their website online to see if they had jalapenos and it said they did, so I went to the store to grab some. I go to the store, and there weren't any stocked on the shelf, so I went to find an employ to see if maybe they had some in the back, since it was listed as in stock online and it was the only reason I even went to target to begin with. So I find an employ, and before I can even say a word to her she just very rudely told me to "walk and talk" without even looking at me. So I comply, a little taken aback at her rude demeanor but shrugging it off. So I ask if they had any more jalapenos, where she then proceeded to, again, very rudely in a very rude tone tell me "no we don't" and then storming off before I could even say anything else, without even looking at me once. I get that she may have been in a bit of a rush as they were a little busy (but they weren't THAT busy, I've seen them be a lot bustier than they were in that moment) , but that doesn't excuse just being straight up rude when I would've literally only taken up like 30 seconds of her time, especially when she couldn't even look at me once in the 6 words she said to me. As someone who's also worked retail and customer service jobs before, as well worked as supervisor, trust me when I say you're never too busy to not even look at a customer when you talk to them or even just say sorry, since it'd only add one more word to 6 she said. Either way, I was very displeased with the visit.

Tried to come here for a new book that was supposed to be out. Targets website and Google says they open at 7am. I got here right before 7. Tried to go inside after 7 and doors are locked, get back in my car to wait and all the lights inside turn off. Waited more, 730 lights all come on, tried the doors again, still locked. Don't advertise you open at 7 when you don't.

I am 41 years old and went in to buy non-alchoholic beer. I had valid i.d with me, but apparently it was neither of the two kinds they will accept because it "can't be scanned". Oh grow up please. Won't go in there again.

I called the electronics department and was hung up on twice. I thought maybe they meant to put me on hold, but I called a 3rd time to tell them I think they meant to put me on hold, they immediately hung up. I called a 4th time to get a different department, but got the same guy. I asked for a manager, and was immediately hung up on. It was a young male. This experience makes me question shopping at target at all. I filed a complaint with corporate, but that level of disrespect is unacceptable.

Awful experience. Two different people at the store lied to me about the return date policy and the manager was no help in resolving my issue. Clearly not trained properly and it shouldn’t be taken out on the customer.

Surprised this place has such negative reviews - bought products here oftentimes while acting as a debate coach at the Michigan Debate Camp and was were happy with my experience with both customer service and with the products themselves. 10/10!

We had time to kill so we went here while waiting for our table at Slurping Turtle to open. It's weird because it looks like it's part of the theater, but no it's not. It's also probably the smallest Target I've ever seen.

Racist Employees. Recently someone was assaulted at this location by a 27 year old man. 3 days later a Target employee identified a completely different, 67 year old black man to police as the assailant. The police detained the 67 year old, handcuffed him, cut his backpack off, where they found his passport and could see that he was not the person they were looking for. Now, much of the blame falls on police, but this target is responsible for randomly deciding to falsely identify someone 40 years older than the actual assailant simply based on their skin color.

A cool Target located right in the heart of Ann Arbor’s college town, just a block from the University of Michigan, this store blends in perfectly with the local character. It shares the facade of the historic State Theatre, complete with a glowing marquee showing real, current movie titles. At night, the neon lights give it serious retro-cinema vibes. In an old-school town where everything feels tight, compact, and vintage, the interior of this feels a bit disproportional. It’s spacious, sleek, and modern—offering a dramatic contrast to the charming but narrow storefronts and cozy cafés around it. The iconic Bullseye dog statue at the entrance is also fun.
