Yesterday I went to purchase a new television. There was no one present in the electronic dept. I am a senior citizen with bone on bone arthritis in my knees. I could not the box into my cart. I pressed the call for service and waited, waited, and waited. Employees walked past me and offered no assistance. I finally asked a stranger walking past me to assist me by lifting the box into my cart. By now I can barely walk, needless to say I was extremely angry. I will not ever purchase so much as a candy bar from Target! Very poor service!

I am here often, pretty clean good selection. The lines have recently gotten shorter so wait times are better. Staff is nice. If you like dad jokes there is one cashier that tells them the entire time. If not avoid his line he won't stop even if asked or ignored.

Clean store, seems that a lot of people were just hanging around outside. The setup was unlike any Target I've ever seen, and they seemed a little low on some stock. I'll go back again but there was nothing outstanding to me about this store.

Should you decide you want to buy an item worth more than $10 you'll now have to find an employee to come unlock a case for you. Think you're gonna find an employee in under 10 minutes with how understaffed their stores are? Great job target, I now no longer want to shop in your stores. A 15 minute shopping trip has now blossomed into a 45 minute slog back and forth looking for someone to help.

I have never had a positive experience at this Target. I rarely go here but when I do it’s always awful. The people who work here are very rude and cold towards customers. It is impossible to get help with anything. If you do manage to get ahold of anyone, they will treat you poorly and make it known you are a major inconvenience. I don’t know what the deal is with this location. It’s just an absolute mess, both in staffing and literally speaking. It’s super disorganized and unclean. If you need to go to Target, choose any other location but this one. Target Rohnert Park and Target at Coddingtown are much better.

I know there may be an issue with not as many people available to hire these days but still I would like to make it known that I called on a Friday many times between 9:35 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. and no one answered the phone. I think I tried every department, including human resources, some departments more than once and no one answered and I let the phone ring, each department, plenty long enough. I appreciate the Target store, they have very useful things for sale that we all need and no real problem with the store. So for awareness to management, the phone service could be much better. Thanks.

Returns even with a receipt are difficult. Although my main complaint is regarding a different location where items were originally purchased, this location just reconfirmed that my dollars are better spent elsewhere.

The store was dirty and cluttered. Clothes were wrinkled and stained not sure what was going on inside that Target and their manager Chase needs to take a leadership class or a management class because yikes

Rotten customer service. Wanted to by a shaver, pressed button for help, asked a young lady for help. She would call someone. Half hour later, no one showed up. Lost a sale and customer.

What can you do in 3 minutes? EXCUSE ME!!!! I have a work schedule!! Recently I came 3 minutes before SCHEDULED opening, and I had to wait watching an employee go with the wait-for-the-clock protocol. That is about the 10th time I had that experience as I have seen others waiting with me. Later on that January 2026 “squeeze” errand, I got some nice help at the register for redemption of a gift card. Other than that, a big spacious Target. During Covid, I did a Costco errand so I walked into Target while I was there to check for Lysol spray and wipes. Obviously, you can't blame a store for not having those items, but shoppers behave well in this well-organized store.

So many goodies to find! Clothes, electronics, make-up, home furnishings, decor and on and on. I'm shocked at the selection and good quality of fruits and vegetables in here. They also always have great seasonal items for indoor and outdoor fun!

Love this place! My daughter is so excited whenever we travel to Target to shop for groceries, toys, ear phones. Target is a treasure chest for fun weekends. Excellent store.

Excellent Target. The remodel is really nice with everything laid out in a way that's fun to browse. The customer service was also quite helpful. Self checkout was easy to use and quick. We had one stumble because a couple of items we came for showed as available in the app but were out of stock on the shelves. We really appreciated the aisle information in the app. It made things super quick to find. Our trip was fast and easy though I could have stayed for hours.

Activated the help alert in the personal care aisle and got zero response. Activated the alert again and NOTHING. Finally, after ten minutes and when I was ready to scream and leave, I went in search of someone who couldn't help me but finally got someone. Amazon is so much easier. Make me want to shop locally!

The core of this store is a small army of young people that fan out throughout the store ensuring the smooth day to day operations. The store is a massive undertaking. Whether it's clothing, groceries, electronics, pet supplies, just to start with, Target offers a huge selection of merchandise. Priding themselves on a diversified workforce, offering great value and customer service, Target seeks to earn your loyalty. Whenever I have a question about where to find something a Team Member, no matter how busy, is very respectful and guides me where I need to go. On my last visit, my wife and I were leaving the store, when the check out employee came running up to us and presented the new phone my wife left behind. This store is a class act.

Was told by an employee to go to another store because there was no handicap scooters available or charged. I just had surgery and rely on those to get around and shop. What a disappointment

Ease of store location and convenience for shopping can not be beat. I liked being able to shop many times, in many different types of merchandise. The South Store in Santa Rosa, where the Raiders used to train in the olden days, like I like to think of this town and place particularly, is a great store mainly for the groceries and the inexpensive kind. I finally wrote this, for being offered a shopping cart by an employee, perhaps never before happening to myself. I do not like being questioned about processes I need to do as a customer, and that brings up a key point in which I also go to this South Target Store on Santa Rosa Avenue most usually. Between them, these two have different merchandise, and this is a lesson learned from a mother who made Ice Cream Pie that way it HAD to be, by kindly checking in and developing the panoply of options in vital ingredients necessary to be offered, spread over time among the differing grocery stores(3 at least, 3 Brands among National Chains as Moniker about them on the Marquee fronting them above the Masthead.) It is just so much more than bathroom products, to have no language for it, to have many good, clean offerings in products to pay for-that these are necessary to for us, the long time people who have lived here, and worked as long as possible, with a mind to this place called hometown. Santa Rosa since 1967.

Very bitter experience. Shopping at this location from 2008, but no more. Few weeks ago me and my daughter was checking out , my cashier was very nice and humble, there was no customer behind us , so she turn her light off and wanted to take a break. This young man came in , and started scolding her right in front of us and gave her lecture. The cashier was new probably. She was sad, but the manger was not done yet came back to her and schooled her again with lecturing rules and regulations. My daughter asked , if people who work at target get this kind of treatment? I came called the store to talk with manger, no one picked up the phone!!!!!. Yesterday agin I was checking out with my daughter at self check out , same manger was rude and nasty. This morning I went to that store and spoke with mangers and this gentleman had a rude tone and mockery face. Not for a single moment , said sorry .Now I know who are running this place and most of the employees are j

Target at this location is excellent. The recent remodel really upgraded the store, making it feel modern, bright, and easy to navigate. The layout flows naturally, so browsing is enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Each department feels clearly organized, and it’s easy to spot new products or seasonal displays. Customer service stands out here as well. The staff we interacted with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Self-checkout worked smoothly, making the process fast and efficient. Even during busier times, the lines moved quickly, which made shopping less stressful.
