It's fine... with all the garbage with Target out in the media- you would think they might try a bit harder- last 3 times to this place specifically--? There's groups of associates bs'ng and insulting the clothing and looks that Target has-- may wanna reel that in before attitude of people that don't care...sink your ship

They have EVERYTHING behind locked doors now, and not enough employees to get what you want for you. What SHOULD HAVE BEEN a five minute trip ended up being 45 minutes of TRYING to find someone to help, and pressing the "help" button a million times. This is not the employees fault. I am never buying anything locked up from target again. Not even online, out of principle.

I order all of my purchases through drive up and Cole is exceptional at being so thorough and friendly. Superb customer service every time which makes it comfy and easy going. I really appreciate his nice words and his great attitude as he puts the products in my car. A beyond super employee that is top notch:)!

So, skipping unnecessary details of my shopping trip I get up to check out with my 4 items a dress, a cinch back pack and 2 paint your own type things i scan my things and turn to ask for the security devices to be taken off she said yes but she needs to look at my screen I'm like no problem I literally just scanned all this. She says that the bag didn't get scanned and tried to take it i said no the charge is right there i pointed to it and the description was cinc B and some randomness that rang up for 2.50 she said that price was wrong and she wasn't gonna take the security tag off, I said no you scan it yourself and take off that last charge for 2.50 and I'll pay whatever it scans as. She scanned it and it came up 10.00 still no problem i wanted the bag. She then refused to take off the charge for 2.50 that at this point I have no idea where that came from and gets her boss neither of them understood that I had 4 items and there were 5 items scanned on the screen finally after I raised my voice and got mean which I hate that I did that they got what I was saying removed it and moved on. I get home and go to take off the tag and opposite side of the Tag has a clearance tag for that bag for 2.50. I don't really know what I should do now....

This salem location Target is definitely interesting. It seems like they are all on the same page as far as being unfriendly. Every single time I walk into this store is the same story. The same employees being rude. For example I went to customer service today to do a return and the lady just looked up at me didn't even greet me instead I was like "Hi how are you?" Proceeded to say "what do you got there? " like these people have absolutely not sense of customer service makes me wonder if they hate their job that much

Incredibly slow drive up pick up. I could go into the store, find the items, wait in line, and it would be faster. Other locations do it right but the Salem Target is useless.

Every time I go to this Target I wish I went to the Keizer location instead. To start, there are almost never carts and if you really want one you have to go and grab one from the parking lot. The beauty aisles are always empty and trashed. Everything is locked up with no employees in sight. And it doesn’t matter what time of day it is, there is always a long line with only one cashier. Don’t bother with this location

Today was my first time visiting Target. I tried to find an employee to help me locate something I was looking for, but there was no one around. I spent more than half an hour searching for it and still couldn’t find what I needed, so I left without buying anything. This was my first and definitely my last time going to this store.

Very disappointed. I’ve been shopping with target for years and I understand that things have been difficult. But the fact that not one department answers their phone Is unacceptable. I was in target today and I was going to buy some hair color and I noticed that there was so many packages that were opened and product was removed. I wasn’t able to let anyone know when I was at the store so I tried to call and not one department would answer the phone. It’s concerning that this kind of stuff is happening, and I have decided that I will no longer Shop at target. They need to have cameras in these areas. I’m afraid to buy anything because I don’t know if anything been tampered with. So I will just shop somewhere else.

My daughters and I go there very often. We love that you can find everything. The only thing I had to wait a long time for was the products from the display case. I had to find someone to get me the air fryer.

I couldn't find a product that was listed as in stock so I asked an associate for help and she radioed for help in that department. I saw several employees standing around talking and no one showed up. This has happened more than once at this particular Target. I will never shop here again. Unreliable data on the website and workers who don't seem to care.

This is just gross, and lazy. They didn’t even take the time to at least close the bin that tampons go into. Toilet paper laid on-top of open, Actual bloody disposed products. If you look closely they laid tp on-top of a bar that looks to have discharge on it 🤢, I moved it to the the side to show in the photo. To top it off no soap to wash your hands after touching all of that. Just go to the Keizer location if you 100% have to walk into a target.
