We don’t live in Champaign County and we came up to Champaign for several reasons and shopping at Target was one of them. The store was a mess. Shelves were bare because it looked like all the clothes were in piles around the dressing rooms. I had never been in any store that was that big of a mess.

I visited this store with my son to buy homewares for his uni dorm. The quality of all the products was really good and the designs were excellent.

They didn’t honor this crazy discount that was obviously a typo. Don’t blame them, but still should have honored it.

I had an awful experience at this location with some of the supervising and security staff. I came in for a pick-up and to buy a few groceries and was met with a racial profiling where I am being FOLLOWED around the store by security and the supervisor turned up where I was often!! It's disgusting!! Even when I stepped outside the door with my paid items and receipt in hand, the security guard paced near me...This is not the first or second time. There were other employees who assisted me and were so helpful and I am grateful. But unfortunately the supervisor(s)/security have made every recent visit to the store terrible!! I most likely won't shop here again.

Target sucks. It was a friendly store that i didn't mind spending a couple extra bucks at. But now that their policy mirrors walmart (who i also avoid) why bother paying more? This whole thing of corporate getting rid of dei has improved my skills to find the things i want from good companies.

When entering a Target store and walking through the individual clothing departments, it is simply overwhelming. There is an over-abundance of products and items in every section. The sales racks are crammed and overflowing. It is too much. Our communities do not need this many products on a constant, revolving basis. It is a blatant display of over-consumption. Americans across the United States are being trained to be over-consumers. The production, consumption, and discardment of so many items is killing our water ways on a global scale. The production of such cheaply made and cheaply sold items exploites the countries and communities in which they are made. Bring back US Made fabrics and garments. Please be a leader in slow-fashion.

Quality really varies throughout the week! I've seen the produce area fully stocked and completely empty just a week apart. It really just depends on what you're looking to buy. The worst time to go is the first 2 weeks of college move in. I would not go AT ALL COSTS!! The lines are terrible, stock is terrible, and the store is a mess. That being said, it's not bad any other time really. Going during the weekdays is definitely better than the weekends though. Staff are alright. I've had some mixed experiences, but nothing notable good or bad.

Spent an hour picking out clothes for my 81yo mom who has shrunk and the geniuses at Target decided that closing their changing rooms early every day is a great new idea, we left a full cart of clothes sitting there. I’ll never forget Target ruining our day.

I would like to give the manager Erin at the Champaign, Prospect location a huge Thank you on here. There was an issue yesterday and it was resolved today and I truly appreciate it. Great customer service goes a long way and Erin definitely has it !

Always friendly service, great deals, the Starbucks inside the store is a added bonus. The shelfs were stacked with germ x hand sanitizer. Big bottles for 5.99.

Tried calling their customer service for a lost wallet (which is a serious issue) and after being left on hold for over 2 minutes they hung up on me, TWICE! If your job is to answer the phone, do it. I’m very frustrated by the lack of communication and response from this company, shame on them.

Ordered something online & was told it would be ready in 2 hours for pick-up. Went to the store 3 hours later & was told it wasn't ready yet. When I asked if they knew when it might be ready, I was told they were busy and that I needed to "learn some patience." Two hours later, I received an email saying that the item was no longer available because they'd failed take it off the shelf and had sold it to someone else. Your customer service is absolute garbage.

teach your cashiers to actually activate a gift card because i purchased $100 worth of gift cards last week for presents and when we went to use them there was $0 balance on all 3 gift cards. We did not think of keeping the receipt for gift cards, so now i am out 100 bucks with nothing being done about it. Did not realize cashiers are not trained to activate gift cards correctly nowadays.

Bought ear buds one week ago. They didn’t work and tried to exchange them at Target in Champaign, Il. Target verified they didn’t work and at first said they would exchange them since I had the card they were purchased with. After trying something with their computer and several attempts to enter a product serial number off the product, Store Manager Blake said they couldn’t exchange the product. Told me I needed to return it to only the store they were purchased from even tho he could see they were purchased by me. He refused to contact the other store for any confirmation. Extremely disappointing to have receive both a faulty product and poor customer service. Purchase your electronics from somewhere else.

I really enjoy this target. I come frequently and have never had an issue. Sometimes clothes are a little messy, but I usually see an employee actively working on it. Any time I’ve ever needed help associates were friendly and helpful!

This is one of the worst Targets I have ever been to. It’s consistently a mess, there are always entire sections of empty shelves, and I can’t tell you how many times I have placed a pickup order that ended up getting canceled because the items were out of stock. One time, my pickup order was marked as ready, and when I came to pick it up, they had since lost it! The picture attached is very typical of what you can find on a regular basis in terms of the mess. They seriously need an overhaul in management.
